Well-located in Jacksonville's southside area. Convenient to shopping, schools, and the interstate. Neighborhood environment, warm and welcoming, not high-rise. Good use of space in apartments, and reasonably priced.

The staffed here are very friendly very helpful. The properties clean looking seems to be well maintained. The move-in process is a little different than I'm used to, but they were quick to answer any of my questions and walk me through the process. I have not fully moved in but if they are as quick and helpful as they are with my move-in process, I could see myself living here as long as my coworker has and she's been here 13 years.

The office personal and the maintenance staff are very quick and helpful for all types of questions and issues. I had some maintenance requests that were done on the same day. Never happened before. I would love to do a shout out to Jon and Luna. They were the best.

Great place. Nice vibes with all the trees and mature vegetation. Units are really nice. Good quality apartments at a pretty good price point. Very professional team in the Leasing Office led by Mrs Luna Tran. The maintenance team is also fantastic. And the detached garage really seals the deal for me.

We have lived here, for 11 years. We started in a 1/1, a year later moved to a 2/2. We find that the staffing...office and maintenance alike, to be efficient, friendly, and kind. We just renewed our lease for 18 months, having no plans to leave. We love it here!!

This is the Best place I have lived in Jacksonville out of 16 years. it's clean and quiet. Staff is nice and quick to fix or help. Would love to be here as long as possible. No crime, everyone is nice

The staff is extremely nice, knowledgeable and patient. Love the fact that a garage comes with each unit. That was a plus for me. The older apartments do not charge a lot of the fees that the newer ones charge. That is also a plus. I feel safe in this neighborhood. I have not had any issues.

Safe community. Great maintenance staff. Well maintained grounds and apartments. Friendly neighbors. Close to shopping and medical facilities. Rent continues to go up annually. Established long term renters often pay more in rent than new renters. I have nothing else to say

Good location decent and spacious apartment for the price. Also from the garage. Close to the mall and freeways. Apartments has wood burning fireplace. It's not a brand new apartment need updating and new appliances. However good for the area.

Well maintained and fairly quiet. I feel safe here even to walk at night. I love having a garage and a front and back door. Neighbors are generally friendly. People with pets are very conscientious about noise and pet droppings. Best living experience in Jacksonville so far...this is #4 in 12 years.

Love being here. I've been here 28 years and still enjoying living here. Location is easy getting to every place easily. Walking around is pleasant and there are sidewalks to get to once you leave the complex.
