So far, it is a decent place to live. Units are in good condition and maintenance is right on top of anything you may need. My only concern is about the water/ sewer shared, that I could be paying more than what I use..!!

I like living here. The convenience cannot be beat and all of the staff is very helpful. The apartment community is well maintained and maitenance issues are resolved quickly and everybody is very courteous.

My experience has been positive, however it could be better. One of my concerns is about maintenance of gardens in my area This needs more work and supervision. My front garden needs some improvement and care.

The worst experience in Florida and in general so dont waste your time and get caught up w/model home. The fees pile up and you are lucky to find parking even tho you pay a bit for it ?????? better elsewhere

This apartment complex is a hidden gym. It feels more like a townhouse than an apartment. From the office staff to the maintenance staff, they are great. I would definitely recommend Elements at Belle Rive.

DO NOT RENT HERE! There are 20-30 places in the same zip code that are better! I've had so many issues since I moved here and instead of the manager coming to my apartment to check them out, she just defends and excuses all the issues. I've been here for a year and I have yet to meet her.

This place, specifically Apt # 104 is complete trash for one reason only. Refer to the photo. Air conditioning is completely inadaquate and my Apt runs at 86 F during the summer because of it. Have tried three times to have them address the issue but management just puts it off or makes excuses. 0/10.

A well maintained property with a very nice atmosphere the staff is always willing to listen and any issues are taken care of promptly. The property is very well situated on the southside conveniently located to I95, shopping, and restaurants.

Apartments a spacious and quiet location is convenient and in a great area. Maintenance people are quick to react and very nice. There is a park for kids and a park for dogs the pool is nice but the gym is very small and not well equipped compared with what I've seen in other apartment complexes.

Wife found this community when we needed to find a new residence on short notice. She loved the appearance ans since moving in, we found a friendly, well maintained and quiet community of all ages and ethnicity.

I love the complex because of the mature landscaping that many complexes do not have. The area is quiet and convenient to anything you might need. If any repairs are needed the staff is very prompt. Also garage is included.

Don't rely on the property management office to be forthcoming with rental details disclosed in your lease- from use of garage to increase in rental premiums. Neighbors turn over very quickly and some of the apartments are owned not rented, so rules are not consistent across property.

This is a true community not just apartments. The office staff makes you feel like family and the resident events bring everyone together. Maintenance is always around with a friendly smile and willingness to help. My apartment is spacious and I love that they are not right on top of each other. Close to everything in town.

The manager, Ms. Dugan, is very responsive and willing to take care of us. I don't have any other comments to make as I have not lived in an apartment for over 40-years. This was a choice when we moved here to get acclimated to Florida before looking for a place of our own somewhere in Florida. May take a few years as my bride is a patient at Mayo Clinic

Apartments are about 40 years old. The people that live here are ok. The property management is only Interested in her title not very knowledgeable of what goes on here. Head of maintenance very nice guy very knowledgeable. The other staff working here do you have a question they make you feel like you're wasting their time. Is this place worth 1000 dollars plus a month no.

Quiet but he upkeep on the apartments I am not happy with for the amount of money I pay the apartment homes should be upgraded. Everything is old and I had mold in my bathroom all that was done was maintsnce spray painted my bathroom. Covered up the problem instead of fixing it. Also when sprinkles are on They face the sidewalk and my guest and I get wet everytime which is ridiculous.

I have been living here for 1 and 1/2 years and I am in love with my 2 bedroom apartment. The community is beautiful and the floor plan stole my heart immediately. I have a garage and private stairs with a screen porch. Management is amazing and the atmosphere is close knit. I would purchase it if it became condominiums. I especially love the trees.

The most important issue that many of us have, is the lack of collection of the recyleable's?(Can's, newspaper's, bottles, etc.)...There are only 7 containers for the entire complex, and they are usually filled 2-3 days before they are picked up...They are also located in just one area, where there should be more locations throughout the complex...Being overflowing, more often than not...Could lead to rodents settling in...The smell can be over whelming at times as well...

This apartment complex I would say it is a good one. They keep up with the trash and the landscape which is a plus. The staff is cool and they are really helpful and things get fixed in a timely manner

I have loved living in this complex. Ever since my roommate and I looked at the spaces, we fell in love. I have received nothing but excellent service and I genuinely feel like the people who helped me sign my lease and co to he to go matience on our apartment are good souled people. I would hate to leave this complex

Poor management. Junk. Parking sucks. Ac has gone out 6 times. Office staff is fake and not friendly and need to put their ----- away. Garage isn't long enough to allow me to close it with my truck parked in there. Tools where stolen out of my truck and no body cared and would not let me review camera footage. Rules for garage use is not enforced and makes parking horrible. Sometimes unable to find a spot and forced to park on curb. Lawn service scratched our car and refused to speak to me. Front office ignored me. Maintenance left my back door unlocked twice when fixing AC and lights left on. For 1300 a month I should be able to park in my own apartment complex. Air conditioner should not go out so often. Office staff should be nice and friendly. Don't need eye candy. We need good management. Maintenance should be held more accountable and probably drug tested. We all know what weed smells like. Do we have to smell like it every time I encounter a maintenance man???? It's a place to sleep other than that not recommended. For what I pay I feel Ripped off.

Pros: quiet neighborhood, nice layouts, garage and a saltwater pool Cons: there is not enough parking for every apartment to have a space. If you are a 2 car household you'll forever be looking for parking.

My experience has been horrible from day one when I moved into my dirty apartment. AC had to be replaced, the dryer had to be replaced, flea/bug infestation, you name it. Then management had the nerve to implement aerators so that we can't have adequate access to the water that WE pay for. I have wasted a year of my life by living here and I cannot wait to get out in August.

Generally I like the way the complex is arranged and that there are windows on all 4 sides is very nice and gives a roomy feel to my apt. The apartments are 30 years old and my apt has not been updated in quite a few years, except for water saving toilets and showerheads. Overall the resident are pleasant and seldom make enough noise to bother neighbors. A big problem is the lack of adequate parking near my apt. Other parts of the property are somewhat better. Management does not enforce its requirement that garages be used for vehicles not solely for storage or commercial workshops. This exacerbated the problem. Basically this is a pleasant, reasonably priced and quiet complex to live in.
