Move-in was simple. Apartment was as advertised and there have been minimal issues. Quiet place to relax and plenty of things to do in the surrounding area. I think it is one of the best apartments for the cost.

My experience at The Elements has been amazing. I love how peaceful and quiet it is even though Southside is right by us. The neighbors and staff are very friendly. The staff does an amazing job by putting together monthly resident events, the dog park is great and my dog loves to run around there.

Recently moved in about a month ago and we are very pleased. Some minor things that could be fixed or updated. But the lady??™s at the front office are always nice and willing to help. The maintenance team is always quick to fix the problems you have and always say hi. Everyone is very friendly.

The property is well maintained. Amenities (pool and gym) are small but well kept and nice to use. The garage is a huge bonus for both a car and some storage. The exterior of the buildings are kind of drab, but the insides are updated. They took care of the apartment before I moved in: fresh paint, fixed almost all maintenance issues (and resolved any others on day 1). Great location on Southaide.

I love the property with the big trees. The landscaping is really nice and welll maintained.The interior features make it more like a house than an apartment. Parking is limited. But it is worth iit! Office staff is very friendly.

Community and living experience is great and the staff is friendly. Love the community gatherings and free breakfast and treats. The pool is well maintained and the new hammock was a nice addition. Very pet friendly and garage provided is an additional plus.

Very satisfied. Questions, concerns, requests are received in the spirit of cooperation. EVERY one of my requests was met in a very short period of time. I had been in a 2-bedroom at this property and moved to a 1-bedroom. Staff worked with me me on scheduling and all went smoothly. Great staff, and for my part, I'll be a good tenant.

All the staff is excellent! The office staff is great and prompt with any type of assistance whether it is related to the complex or adaptation to being new to the area in general. My highest raves go to the maintenance manager and his staff: the manager is always seen and has lived on the property himself for a very very long time. He's the ultimate professional and very personable.

Wonderful staff, experienced maintenance crew, feel safe and secure walking the dogs at night and very early in the morning. Beautiful place to live. Every issue that has come up was handled quickly. Moving in was a breeze and was getting approved.

This is the worst apartment complex in Jacksonville, Fl!!! The apartments themselves are old and not very well maintained. Our appliances were spray painted silver to look like stainless steel. The staff is the worst part about this place and especially the manager! They are unhelpful, rude and will do nothing to address any issues or concerns. Maintenance will answer your request within a day or two but they will have to come back several times to actually fix the problem because they like to do quick cover ups and don’t actually know how to fix the problem! The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbor does! There is no parking, and yes there is a garage but it’s only for small cars and you are not allowed to keep anything in the garage besides your car. The staff like to send out threatening emails saying they are going to charge you extra money for things including inspecting your garage to see if you have too much stuff in it. This complex is deceptive and will definitely disappoint you!

Numerous repairs. Most repaired quickly. Items told to keep an eye on: Bubbling laminate flooring, peeling shower tiles, smoke down draft in fireplace. It would be nice to have double pane windows. I realize there is a lot to maintain in anolder apartment complex.

When we moved in they were very helpful with anything we needed. We we're invited to share in the Christmas spirit with them .they made us a dinner and we got to meet some of our neighbors.That is something we never did at our other apartment. We have been to the pool on several day and past the staff they are very friendly and kind.They are very helpful when u need something and don't seem to be bothered. We love it here so quite here.

I don't know what 93% has given this complex such a rating, but they will never get that from me. What saddens me about living on this property is the fact that I wanted to move here badly. I have lived in multiple apartment homes but this is the worst experience ever. Every step my neighbor makes I hear all through the day & night when he is home. When he runs his bath water or drains the tub, when the washer is going or when he flushes the damn toilet... his surround sound tv.. etc... I pay almost 1,000 for a 1 bedroom & the office staff is not as friendly as they appear. The manager has no people skills at all & I am one midget from breaking my lease & freeing myself from this evil.

I moved in October 2017. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath apt is adorable and beautiful. Comes with a garage and outside storage. The back patio is screened in and huge. Also contains what looks like a green house window. My building is right next to the dog park, which is perfect for my dog, runs straight to the dog park.

This complex is in a very good area for shopping and eating. The grounds are kept up nicely with the exception of the pet owners who don' clean up behind their animals. The office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and respond quickly to requests. The appliances aren't the best but none have broken down. They also come with washer and dryer.
