I've been here for a relatively short time, but I've had nothing but great experiences so far. The front stag are friendly and amazingly helpful. After moving in I've had two service requests pit in and fixed the same day withing days of prong it in. The maintenance worker came prepared and got done very quickly. As far as affordability gotta, I couldn't at for a better price on a three bedroom two bath, with a garage to boot! The neighborhood is quiet and there are plenty of community events if you enjoy them.

This is the 3rd time I have lived here. They have the solid surface flooring that helps me with my dogs. The garage is a bonus and the community is perfectly located for me to get to work and around town.

I moved into a one bedroom in 2011 and then to a larger two bedroom unit in 2014. I really like the location and the staff is wonderful . The staff responds to emails and calls. The unit is well maintained and I never have a problem with broken appliances or delayed service calls. I have been in Jacksonville since 2003 and I gave up my house to move here. Convenience is important.

Not happy with the unit or the complex as a whole, have multiple issues with bugs...noise...litter and animal feces on the grounds. Dog owners are loud and allow their dogs to bark inside and outside of the apartment, cars drive by with loud music and patrons are loud on their cell phones. Non residents drive thru and pick thru the trash and recycling area.

I have to say Elements is a very nice apartment complex. Although it's very pricey, it's one of the best in the area. There are areas for improvement, but the staff is excellent. Parking can be a challenge, due to visitation.

The experience has fluctuated greatly depending on the problem and staff member you speak with. Most maintenance issues are fixed in a timely manner but aren't always fixed correctly. Every maintenance request for a broken item is usually followed by 2-3 more requests to fix the same problem because it was merely rigged long enough to work temporarily instead of actually being permanently fixed.

We have only been here for two weeks. Since I am coming from owning a home for many years I really don't have much to compare it too. I like the location and feel centrally located to everything I need. The unit was really clean when we arrived and any issues were taken care of immediately. There are several spot in the master bedroom where the floor squeaks so I hope I not bothering the neighbor below.

It's mind blowing. What a great place to live. Overall A Class. I moved all the way from Indiana to Jacksonville. This was the first place I found and instantly committed to live here. The staff are amazing and understanding. They always inform me via about community activities etc. those are the small things I appreciate.

I required a handicap parking space and the handicap sign and the parking space was marked off within ten days even though the handicap parking sign had too be ordered. No real complaints except for all the closet doors and bathroom are only 24" wide and the doors the two doors to the rear screened in porch are 30" wide as are the three bedroom entry doors.

Look elsewhere before you decide to settle down at the Elements of Belle Rive. I honestly have no idea how this place got so many good reviews. We have only been here for six months and can't WAIT to move. We have had an insane roach problem since we got here. Yes, pest control is included with your rent however he does not come on a consistent basis. (obviously, because we see roaches every week). We have even put up our own pest control and they are STILL all over the place. We have had multiple things break/ randomly stop working since we moved in and it required many maintenance visits for it to eventually break AGAIN. (our a/c has been down multiple times, as well as other things around the apartment breaking). Pest guy lets himself into your apartment, maintenance lets themselves into your apartment, and you never get a heads up about whats going on. So be prepared to be startled by a stranger in your apartment if you don't answer the door because you are sleeping/showering. Also more than once we have had our water turned off (because they are doing maintenance on it) and NEVER give you a heads up. So you are out of water at least half the day. God forbid you have to shower/use the bathroom. The people in the front office do not sincerely care about how comfortable you are living in the complex. All they want is a signature on the dotted line and then their whole demeanor changes. The gym is the size of my closet, the pool is closed at least half the week, and there is ALWAYS loud noises from people doing work around the apartment complex. i.e. mowing 3+ times a week when there is hardly any grass anywhere. The maintenance guys are kind but that is NOT enough to keep me wanting to live here. Cannot wait until my lease goes up!

The Elements at Belle Rive is a nice place to live. It is an upscale and quite place with a very modern accent. With a wrap-around fire-place, brand new Whirlpool appliances, and a personal garage, I feel like I am living in a much nicer place than what I am paying for.

Excellent staff, positive people ! Quiet living and nice place to live, great location! So close to the mall and 95 highway and shopping centers. There are no loud neighbors and the neighbors are all friendly. Enough parking too for everyone plus I like the fact that I get a garage!

The apartments/landscape is always clean, grass is always cut once a year. The management will do what they have to, to make sure you are good and comfortable. The maintenance always fix everything in a timely manner.

Perfect place to call home. Our friends love where we live. It's close to the best shopping in jacksonville. Come visit and you'll see for yourself. It's convenient to a lot of places. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There is a garage that comes with all units and close to the highway

I lived at the Elements for 10 years, and when I moved in July 2014 because of a relocation, I was quite sad indeed. Had it not been for this relocation, I would have remained indefinitely. The staff was always friendly, responsive and just plain fun. At many places, once you have signed the lease, the staff acts like they do not know you. Not so at the Elements. The office staff truly likes the residents and shows that in many ways. The maintenance department is superb, and Larry is sensational. He always has a smile, and he goes out of his way to help. When my dog died unexpectedly, Larry was right there to help me, and then checked on me later in the day to make sure I was okay. He even sent a neighbor to my apartment so I would not be alone. I truly miss the staff and my neighbors at the Elements. If you are looking for a great apartment, with great neighbors and a wonderful staff, The Elements at Belle Rive is where you should live. You will not be sorry.

I have lived here at Elements of Belle Rive in Jacksonville, FL for over 2 years. It is a quiet, clean, well maintained complex. I like it so much when my lease was up , I moved into a larger unit. I decided at some point I would take one of the two bedrooms, because location and amenities satisfied my environmental needs. The apartments has wood lamanent floors and lots of windows, just what I was looking for . I have discovered over the years that the maintenance team is top notch and helpful. I still remember the day they were handing out breakfast to go , one dark morning. It was such a nice thing to do .

The experience at this property is very quiet relaxing friendly. The maintanence crew is very. Knolegleble and very kind and clean when doing their work always on time resolve problems in a very timely matter the ground crew keep the grass cut every weak trim the treas edge the sidewalks mulch the planters blow the sidewalks and parking lots clean every weak rain or shine the exterminator keeps all bugs out comes as neaded if you have a problem even if is not the building turn to be service call anytime and he will come out and take care of any tips of problem you might be having at the time with a smile on his face aiming to please the washer works great and is very quiet the dryer is also very quiet and very reliable never had any problems with Esther Ono the refrigerator works very well keeps food at its temperature and the freezer keeps ice cream to the right temperature so it won't get the ice builup the stove works great burners and oven haven't any problems water heater works great haven't had any problems running out of hot water the ac unit works great cools of apartment in a very short time when y neaded colder the heater works very well in winter and very economic le the electric bill is very resonavel

We are so glad we live here. Complex has a unique quality that newer complexes don't offer. The staff is very accomodating and we never have to ask for anything twice. the landscaping is always well manicured and the older trees give it a neighborhood feel. our unit has its own front porch so we can make the entrance feel warm and inviting and not sterile like newer apartments. Until it's time for us to buy our own house this will be our home.

Love the apartments! Big open living room and kitchen with the cutest corner fireplace. Tons of space and fairly thick walls so you never hear your neighbors. Great community spirit! Like one big family.
