Overall it has been very positive. My primary complaint is that the sidewalks and walkways to the apartment are often poorly maintained, such as an even concrete and debris such as sticks and dirt and mulch on the walkways and sidewalks.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!! - Roaches - Mold - Poor Management - Incompetent Maintenance Moving to Elements of Belle Rive has been a complete nightmare. The first unit they moved us into was in such bad condition that they had to agree to move us to another unit free of charge. The second unit looked nicer but after one night we found out that we had a roach infestation. After talking neighbors in our building they all confirmed that they have had roach issues as well. When we tried to cancel our lease to move somewhere else they strong armed us and told us that we would have to pay the full lease to break it. Basically they offered to waive the penalty to break the lease. Since we've lived here there have been two different management teams, both of which have been terrible except for Sarah. For example during our whole move-in debacle it was agreed upon that we would switch our lease agreement to 12 months from 15 months due to the poor conditions of the units. They told us that they would make the correction on the original document and send us a revised copy. However, they never sent us that revised copy and we made the mistake of not following up. This came back to haunt us when 12 months rolled around and we were looking to move. Even with documented emails outlining the agreement to change the lease to 12 months they told us tough luck. Literally, they told us tough luck. This place is on its last legs. Every week residents are moving out and no one ever seems to be moving in. Several units, including the original unit they tried to pass off as livable, have been left vacant for nearly a year. Some units have been left vacant for more than a year. Bottom line, avoid this place like the plague.

It has been excellent. Maintenance is responsive. Grounds are maintained. Very pet friendly. This is our third year here. Having a garage for our second vehicle is excellent. The pool is clean. Get togethers are fun and we usually attend.

The apartment has been wonderful. The community is great and the neighbors have been very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff has been very prompt in responding to maintenance requests, within a day or two. I live in a single by myself and it is very spacious and has everything I need. It was clean and maintained well when I first moved into the place. I work on the other side of the river and to get to work everyday is very easy since it is right off the highway. The community is peacful and respectful of each other. If you are looking for a more mature group of people to live near then this is the place. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

I moved in last year and it has been amazing. The apartment is built very well and the design is set up perfectly. It allowed me to make my apartment very comfortable, cozy and exactly to my liking. The rooms are big and the living room area has a lot of space as well. The maintenance and staff are all very friendly and respond to our needs right away. They are very flexible when it comes to meeting my needs.

Nice community and maintenance staff has been fantastic. Office staff has always been very helpful. The grounds are well maintained, they were out first thing after the hurricane working on clean up and never lost power during the hurricane.

I am overall very pleased with the property, management staff, maintenance team and the landscaping crew of which all are extremely friendly. I don't know what my new neighbor above me is doing, it might be exercising but the footsteps are very loud. I have not confronted him with this because I don't want to cause any problems now or possibly in the future. I have a small dog and would like to have the ground cover at the screened in porch area trimmed along with the fern area cut back. I do take him out the storm door especially when it is raining and he goes into the ground cover area and gets lost in it because it is so high.

So far, all is good. Shopping and dining options in this area are plentiful and most are close by. The property is very attractive with lots of mature trees that provide an abundance of shade. The garage that is included with each unit is a real bonus.

Nice concept, horrible maintenance. If you had a doctor for 15 years and it seemed as if he were so comfortable with you that he didn't take your concerns seriously, and the problems that you had were only getting worse...you would get rid of that doctor right??? The apartment was nasty, dirty floors, roaches and ants dead and alive, dirty carpeting, sour smells in the kitchen. Buildings don't become slums and ghettos until the people that live in them and the people that are supposed to take care of them...don't. Why did I give the staff only two stars, because they are nice girls, smiling in your face, and deep down they don't give a ____!

Beautiful, well-maintained, safe and friendly apartment home environment. Spacious rooms, garage and washer/dryer equipped. Staff is highly professional and responds to Resident requests in a timely fashion. Maintenance staff are always available upon request. Great team-work and Staff are highly motivated to fulfill Resident's needs at all times. I would not choose another community as this is far superior to all others in Jacksonville. The added upgrades add class, and elegance to an already fabulous interior.

Way over priced for what you are getting. Manager is extremely rude. Maintenance crew has NO idea what they are doing. They destroy your apartment in order to "fix" something that doesn't even get fixed. They'd rather put a bandaid on a broken item than actually replace it. I lived without consist AC for an entire summer because they didn't want to fix the problem. And now we have to start paying for our own lightbulbs included the $7 lightbulbs they installed in the kitchen...ridiculous.

Living at Belle Rive has been wonderful! The staff are all very friendly. I feel very at home as they all know my name and/or recognize me. All of my concerns are always addressed in a timely manner. The space in my apartment is great for the price!
