I hated it! I do not recommend it to anyone, annoying neighbors, office staff difficult to deal with. Old apartment, and the rent is always ok for more! Bad parking, not safe, my car has already been broken into twice and the office did not do anything abslutamnete!

Great place for location and apartment size and amenities. Management applies lease terms inconsistently and acts without determining the facts and argues with residents over issues instead of listening to them. Documents baseless complaints absent factual information.

We loving living here, the community as a whole is great. Everyone is very friendly and we have a wide variety of families from young couples, families with children to older couples. Very friendly. I just wish that the grounds were kept up a bit more.

My only issue is parking is terrible. Your supposed to park a vehicle in them. Most tenants don't. A lot of garages are just storage. Reserved spots cost extra $$. Even if you want to pay for one, you have to wait. If your a single occupant, you don't even qualify to apply.

So i went to apply for a apartment. So you get charged 100 for the application and 300 for the Reservation Fee. All of this is paid upfront. They say its refunded if denied. What they dont tell you is, you have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for a check to be issued by Corporate. This is something they should tell you up front. But shame on me for not reading the fine line. When i spoke with the Manager Ashley. She was uncooperative and said Shame on me cor not reading. THIS IS VERY DECEPTIVE. SO IF YOUR NOT SURE JUST KNOW THAT MONEY WILL BE TIED UP

Well the management sucks at noticing the tenants like they don't send notices 24 hrs prior they send it less than 24 hrs. Pretty much 1 hr or 30 minutes before the office closed the send it out which most people don't come home til after the office is closed. All the other complexes I have been living in they send their notice my minimum 48 hr to 3 days ahead of the time when someone is coming to our place, that is what this complex should do give us, the tenants, more time to see if we need to reschedule if needed to or not.

The Elements have the most professional maintenance staff I have encountered in living in apartments/condos for the past 30 years, whether it's here in Jacksonville or in Atlanta. They are personable and responsive, having recently dealt with an erratic garage door and and an "uncooperative" A/C unit . Management is equally responsive and courteous, always following up on things. Neighbors are civil to one another and the one time I ran into a noise issue with someone in another building, management and security had that under control . I hope to be living here another 5+ years.

Our apartment was not ready when we were supposed to move in. The window in the dining room was broken and there was a of maintenance issues. We had to have the office manager and maintenance do a walk through with us to get all of the items that need to be fixed.

I think that at the Elements of Belle Rive you get a lot more for your money compared to other apartments. Prior to moving into the Elements, my partner and I were in a 1 bedroom 1 bath. For only $200 (so $100 each) more, including utilities, we are able to have a 2nd bedroom and bath, a garage, a patio, more open space in common areas, and an overall nicer looking place. The upkeep in the community is wonderful. The neighbors are all very friendly and they all have dogs, but because of the stool DNA testing they have in place the community is always clean. The only thing that bothered me is that we put in a maintenance request because we had concerns about the garage door. A nail that connected the garage arm to the garage door came out. The service request was marked as complete, but it was clear that nothing had been done because the nail was still in the same exact place that I left it and the garage arm was still loose. A few days later the other nail fell out as well and I was unable to open the garage door using the remote or key. When we put in a second request the issue was resolved and they reattached the garage arm, but the same issue occurred again. I understand that it's an older community and there will be issues, but the fact that they marked the first service request as complete even though they did nothing didn't make me feel very good. I would like to note though that every service request was taken care of or marked as complete within 24 hours upon submission, which is great.

Really bad experience with the front office staff . Moving out from that apartment was horrible we have to pay the extra fees and stuff Because of the Front office Stuff. They were giving wrong information and it was really confusing and wasn't helpful at all and I never recommend anyone to Move into this place .And people were stealing stuff out of my garage and there was lot of break-ins and stealing stuff out of the car

Very terrible, had problems with management about some minor damages to a garage. Was always getting emails about petty things, for example: I left my windows up to let it air out, they emailed me, my son had company over for a short time, they emailed me. It seemed to always be something with management. And she had a very bad disposition about herself..

Great apartment community with beautiful mature trees and ponds and nicely updated apartments. Very quiet. Includes a nice size single car garage. It is an older complex so there are things that need repair or replacement but most have been updated with new appliances, etc.

Elements of Belle Rive is a very pleasant apartment community with beautiful grounds and mature landscaping. The pool area is lovely and has a large size covered area and charcoal grill. I wish it also had a hot tub. Staff are very quick to respond for maintenance issues or general questions. During a recent hurricane, we learned that this neighborhood is not in a floodplain or evacuation zone, an extra plus when living in coastal Florida.The neighbors are friendly, and many fur friends reside at Elements of Belle Rive also. There's a small children's playground and a spacious dog park on premises. Each unit has a back patio or balcony which gives these units less of an apartment feel and more like a condo. The floor plans are well laid out. I would definitely recommended Elements of Belle Rive for aesthetics, location, service and friendly laid back living.

Elements has been the best apartment complex I've ever stayed in. One group of friends just signed their lease for 2019 and another friend is going to be moving in when his lease is up as well. The staff is wonderful and remembers you even after your first visit. The maintenance has always responded to my service requests day off request and never been rude or invasive about fixing any problems. Electric bill is cheap even though I run the apartment at 68 if I'm home so the insulation is well done. The salt water pool feels wonderful. I regret not using it sooner. The car garage, while narrow, really makes me feel like my vehicle is safe from any kids or weather. Everyone is always so nice. It's a great place to live.

When I first moved into my apartment I felt at home. Since then much of life has passed along. When I have had a problem someone knowledgeable would come within an hour or so. When they employee left the problem had been solved. I understand a lot of people live in this complex therefore, a lot of problems all the time. This property has been beautifully maintained, both inside the apartments but the grounds are beautiful with grass mowed and the outside of buildings are kept painted as needed. All in all, the management is diligent regarding the upkeep, their immediate response to residents having some kind of problem, the beauty of flowers and other appointments that make living here a very real pleasure!

I moved in and moved out within 1 week. I wasn't able to view the apartment before I took ownership of it. Huge mistake cost me 2 months rent to be released from lease. They had told me all apartments had been recently updated. Yes in the kitchen they spray painted the cabinets black. But I won't say how I really feel. Lesson learned, always view apartment before signing lease.

Love the layout of apt. Location is very convenient to everything we need. Community is set in a lovely tree canopied and landscaped areas. Management and amenities are terrific. Friendly neighbors also.

We're enjoying our stay here; it's quiet, neighborly for the most part, good parking, the facility is old but the units are of good size with a screened lanai and a 1-car garage. The rent is reasonable for the age of the units. That is the offset for old carpet and black shelving (inside too). An upgrade would be to replace the carpets with vinyl planks and, find a lighter color for the kitchen shelving interiors.
