We like all the trees and our neighbors seem to look out for each other. Management really cares about their residents and go out of their way to make you happy. When you have any kind of problem all you have to do is go on the web site and fill out your request and problems are taken care of.

Great community, we have been very happy here. With how rent is increasing in Jacksonville, we aren't sure if we can afford to stay though. We have enjoyed living here though and it's central location in the city is fantastic.

We know value looks different to everyone and nobody wants to break the budget; however, moving can incur expenses upwards of $1500! Spread over a lease term, you'd actually be saving by renewing! Once it's time for you to renew, we have multiple options for lease length and rental rates that might work for you. And, we'd be glad to review a cost comparison of moving versus renewing. Very good community with a great mgmt team. The grounds are very beautiful and well-kept. Easy access to 95 and 295. St Johns Town Center is not far away.The maintenance team is very responsive and I've taken care of any problems quickly.

Nice staff and well-maintained property. Maintenance personnel go above and beyond and are always friendly. The in-unit fireplace is a plus! The pool and deck common area are clean and accessible for visiting guests.

I Love living at the Elements. The neighbors are friendly. It is a clean community. The staff put on fun events often and allow us to participate. It is very close to shops, the mall, restaurants and other stores. Very quaint.

Conveniently located, in a good neighborhood, very well maintained with friendly office and maintenance staff. The community is well kept and near to shopping and other great amenities like parks, schools and recreational complexes as well as the beaches.

Loved it when I moved in - after they got rid of the roach infestation in my apartment. HATE IT NOW!!! Manager is an absolute jerk! I now can't wait to get out of this place and they can have another empty apartment because of how I've been treated.

The community itself is small and mostly quiet outside of some small amount of road noise. There have rarely been power outages which is worth mentioning, and the front office is very communicative when it comes to any maintenance or water outages that arise. The biggest problem I have is with the management company itself. Like everywhere else, rent is on the rise, and I've seen more people move out than in.

I love my apartment, I love how spacious it is for a small 1 bed 1 bath and I love that management has always been so accommodating to our needs. Our neighbors have always been friendly and we always like to meet them. The only real problem I have is that even with the garages the parking situation is terrible. I have had to park across the complex and walk all the way to my apartment anytime from 6p-3a, and it happens all the time even with the garages provided. It's incredibly frustrating and unsafe, but that being said, it's really my only complaint.

As you are aware, each apartment does come with a single-car detached garage, and the lease maintains that residents are expected to utilize their garages for parking rather than for storage. We recently sent out a gentle reminder to the entire community and we do conduct audits from time to time to ensure compliance. And, we do offer VIP parking spots for those residents who are in multi-vehicle households. We're unable to determine which of our valued residents left this review, so if you'd like to chat more about some parking options, our doors are open!

We love it here. Our neighbors are great and the maintenance staff are the best! We have been here since June 2021. The property is so well kept and we feel very safe walking in the complex. The complex has a lot to offer in the way of food trucks, movie nights, and other activities. The office staff could not be nicer or more knowledgeable. The swimming area is well maintained.

I love this community but the rent is getting ridiculous during the pandemic and I feel like those who been here and renewed their lease before covid should be grandfathered in with Rates as the apartments are nice, but not worth what y'all asking esp with that terrible gym.

Ashleigh and Jeni are the most wonderful and kindest people I've met. They both were very accommodating before we moved, during the stay thus far. My family and were entrusted to live in this wonderful community we've very much enjoyed. Whenever maintenance situations have come up, Ashleigh and Jeni were on top of issues and have taken care of situations immediately.

Quiet community in a great area of Jacksonville. I lived in this area long ago and am glad to see its still a great area to live. I did have a bad experience with an upstairs neighbor when I initially moved in and the mgmt did everything they could to solve the situation. Having a garage is also a plus.

This is a "Great Place to Call Home". The apartments are amazing and the location is terrific. Our office staff and maintenance crew are quick to respond and are friendly and always with a smile. We enjoy getting to know our neighbors through our social events or just walking through our neighborhood park like setting. This community is beautiful, well-kept and extremely peaceful We have been here for three years and wouldn't think of calling any place else "Home".

The staff and maintenance team are very friendly and do an outstanding job. The grounds are kept nice. The only problem the residents put their unwanted furniture out by the dumpster and if the dumpster is full the bags of trash put outside the dumpster .

The Elements is the best place in Jacksonville Florida. All the employees are fantastic, friendly and very helpful. The Mantinance department always does a fantastic job and are very polite! The grounds are kept manicured and clean.

Ok but above neighbors have a big dog and it is very noisey. Wakes me up at night and interfers with sleep. Someone should look into this because according to policy a dog on second floor cannot weigh over 35 pounds.

I've enjoyed my stay here at elements of belle rive. It is peaceful and clean. My only complaint is the parking and rent price but that's what you're gonna pay for a nice apartment in Jacksonville. I love how spacious the apartments are and the neighborhood feels safe which is the most important thing to me. If there wasn't a convenience fee for paying rent online and there was more parking spots it would improve the entire experience.

The apartment complex is old but well maintained. The two-bed is roomy for two adults. The screened porch, pet policy, private garage, nearby open parking and laundry in the apartment make living convenient and easier. Garbage pick-up is 3-days a week so that's a nice feature to not have overflowing bins throughout the complex.
