This is my first apartment experience. The person that we signed the lease with was so nice before we moved in. As soon as we were residents every encounter I had with that person was completely unpleasant. No privacy. Everything breaks. After it gets fixed works for about three days then breaks again. Overcrowding. The location has become horrible with the sounds of sirens all hours of the day and night.

Our experience at The Elements has exceeded all of our expectations. The staff is very friendly and more than willing to help in any situation. Maintenance requests are answered in a timely manner if not almost immediately. Living here in the short time has already been a great experience.

So far it has been a great experience. The sense of community and safety in my area is highly valued and appreciated. I appreciate the fact that background checks are done prior to moving in and that the staff seems to be familiar with the residents and their apartment number.

Great staff, great neighborhood. Cheap upgrades. Not really worth the price after a couple of years - things start to fall apart. Rent doesn't go up a lot each year, which makes it easy to stay. Maintenance is friendly and the apartment looks great to people visiting, it's not a place to be embarassed about at all but things do fall apart. I enjoyed living here but probably won't move back if I had to again.

Love the apartment , the price is good , love the garage . Maintenance is great . The path to my door could be cleaner , that's my only compliment. Keep doing the good job . I wish someone could help with opening up the apartments at night , I locked my self out and had to pay a $100 . I'd rather pay it for the community .

The staff was /is very friendly and helpful. They made my transition from NJ to Florida very helpful. I would recommend these Apartments to anyone and everyone. This place is more about Community and making you feel like home. You couldn't ask for a better TEAM in your staff department. I checked out Elements towards the end of my lease and fell in love with the upgrades. I also liked how quiet and well kept the complex is.The only reason I didn't move in was because I got a job offer in a different city and I couldn't pass it up. I like the fact that the garage is included as well as the washer and dryer. They also would have allowed my black Lab which is hard to find in an apartment complex. If I ever move back to Jacksonville I will definitely move there.

I found this community very unfriendly, and poorly run, it is not what you are promised, when looking at the models and contemplating to move in, I only been in my unit a month, I will NOT renew my lease, and I am actively looking to relocate.

It's been great experience. The staff is super friendly and personable. They know my name and every other residents name and make us feel welcome and like a valued resident. I also like that they are super pet friendly. The maintenance crew is awesome! I trusted them and their work. They always came right away if I put in a work order. I also really enjoyed the events the staff put up, like the mi is nights by the pool and random nacho night.

Elements at Belle Rive is a great place to live. Apartment provides a luxury feel; maintenance is quick to do repairs; community hosts various events(e.g., movie nights etc.), and staff is very friendly. You will enjoy it here !

The community is very quiet, cozy and pleasant. The property is well maintained and the apartments even though are a little older, are updated with wood laminate floors and newer appliances. Parking could be better but the garages are a plus.

Great, nice and clean place to live but peace is a concern of mine. As a law student, I stay up late nights a lot (4am or 5). I value quiet more anything but the fact that I??™m next to Southside Blvd and the fact that I can hear the garbage man on days that I don??™t work or go to school is a no no for me. I would love to renew if I can switch somewhere quiet.

The Elements of Belle Rive apartment complex offer great apartments. The location is very convenient to the major roads to get anywhere in Jacksonville. The apartment is pet friendly and they have a small dog park to allow your dog to run around outside.

The only complaint would be upstairs neighbors, very noisy. Loud music and have walking and jumping. Having said that, it is not property's problem. We have not said anything to neighbors. Hoping they move soon.

We had seen several apartment complex and actually settled on another place all together, when we refused to take possession of the apartment we viewed, we drove a little further and TA DA we instantly fell in love with the Elements apartment style. It is roomy, and has the feeling of a house no just another apartment complex, the maintenance personel are wonderful, management are always courteous and know you by name. The neighbors are also wonderful.

I love the apartment upgrades and the friendly staff. Upon move in they did cut corners and luckily I caught those but things were eventually fixed. Nice overall place. Wish there were more places to park!
