Really nice and peaceful place to live. The facilities are great. The gym is impressive, and the staff is really cooperating. I put in 3 to 4 service requests and the staff responded in a timely manner.

The approval process was easy and move in was smooth. The amenities are great except for the gym, it's very small and has hardly any equipment. The pool is beautiful and the parks are great. The grounds are kept up really nicely. The front office staff are always doing events and activities for the residents. Overall it's a really nice community.

A pleasant place to live. Community well cared for. Community staff pleasant, friendly and helpful. Units are clean and well maintained but could use some updating. Bathrooms are getting dated and some Appliances could use replacing. Overall a good place to live. Not cheap but no place is these days..!

This apartment complex is very good, the maintenance people are wonderful, work order are done quick. I love the peace here. Overall I love my apartment. The office staff are very nice to all. Pet friendly.

The only good thing here is the maintenance crew. People moving in are paying less than I am. Doesn't seem right, and needs to be fair. I have , aasked for the grounds to be cleaned up a few times and nothing has been done. We are good tenants and not once paid our rent late.

When I first visited the property, I was impressed with the grounds and the stated amenities. I now regret moving to this property. What I suggest is carefully inspect your unit before signing the lease. What you see is truly what you will get. The maintenance staff is very prompt and polite but lack the skills need to maintain a property of this age. The office staff is pleasant and professional at all times. However, the property manager is lacking in both areas and could learn from her staff. The grounds are well maintained in the front of the property but are neglected in other areas.

Nothing has changed, nothing will change. Still can't wait until August so I can move from this apartment community. I really like how this survey MAKES ME TYPE 200 CHARACTERS. Don't email me these anymore, I am sick of seeing these surveys, they change NOTHING. DON'T SEND ME ANY MORE OF THESE SURVEYS. They will be DELETED! The noise from the upstairs guys is still as bad as it was on day 1, nothing has been done, nothing will be done about it. Counting down my days to move from here 7 months to go thank God.

It is beautiful place stay but few issues I wish the management fix before. 1st. Floorings. I have been to an apartment where the floorings were made of concrete. You don't hear the stumping sounds of residents in upper floor unlike here. It's an annoying experience. From the stump of the feet, vacuums and moving of furniture. 2nd, some cars with loud mufflers don't even think how they bother neighbors early morning or late at night. 3rd, when I moved in to my unit. There light bulbs not working. Am pretty sure it will be me who will replace it. Also, few dilapidated wood flooring that I reported but never resolved. I guess I just need to finish my contract and find another place.

Managerial and staff decline to demonstrate integrity and respect

Managerial culture and best customer service practices has definitely changed, over the past 9 1/2 years since moving here. There used to be a sense of community and residential compassion. I recall an elderly neighbor who could no longer take her trash to the dumpster, due illness. So a email was sent out for assistance, not only did we respond, but the maintenance team, too. Those days of community commitment, has been replaced by dismissive behavior and rudeness. The lack of integrity, respect and honesty, can be identifiably traced as the new normal, here at Elements of Belle Rive Apts.

I haven't had any major concerns since I've been here. When I put in work order is it handled the same day which I love. I love the dog park. We have a vacuum and air station, it would be nice to have a place to wash your car.

Maintenance is great, come out quickly and resolve issues quickly. Apartments are older/aging, but nice layouts and have big closets. Parking is an issue and not enforced as stated in the lease. The cost to have a pet here has been recently increased by over 65%.

I've been here for several years now. Its safe and well maintained. Maintenance does a good job and they show up within a couple of hours. It's quiet and the neighbors are great. I love my apartment and plan to stay. The office staff is very respectful and they listen. I'm very satisfied living here.

When I moved into the apartment unseen it was dirty and needed may repairs. Nothing like the show apartment. I took pictures of every issue and they were not fixed. My rent went up from 1500 to 2000 with no upgrades or repairs. Mold growing on the ceiling. Old outdated appliances and counter tops. Water logged damaged bathrooms. Shower has peelings on the wall. Windows and screens are dirty and old. Everything is old and outdated. Definitely not work 2 grand a month for old outdated for 968 square feet. The leasing office is so inconsistent with their rules and regulations plus there's NO parking

I love living here! It is more of a community then a cookie cutter average apartment complex. It feels like home. The staff are incredibly and very welcoming and always helpful. Elements of BelleRive is definitely home!

Our stay in this community has been overall very satisfying. It's a very quiet community, whee we feel safe, comfortable walking around the community, enjoying the dog park and the two ponds/lakes with waterfalls. Maintenance has always been very responsive and timely. A new leasing manager has come on board and the projects that she has initiated have truly improved this community. The only complaint that comes to mind is the rent being too high.

Apartments are quite but can hear some traffic from southside (to be expected). The grounds are well kept and there are always improvements in work. Maintenance guys are quick to respond when there are any issues.

My experience has not been very positive. The apartment was very dirty widows, floors, kitchen cabinets (They said tops of cabinets are not cleaned thirty years of dirt) and grease my addition. Bathroom sink painted white first time I cleaned it, the paint came off revealing rust and porcelain chips. Fireplace painted with non heat resistant paint. With paint peeling from previous tenants fire. Pictures taken to prove this. They said they cleaned it the manager and assistant manager not a professional cleaning company. They have come into my Apartment without my permission many times. Also, the only time they have cleaned the green moss of the stair railings is just recently since my neighbor moved out.

Best kept secret in southside

The Elements is such a friendly and quiet place to live. Oh my gosh I just absolutely love this place. The maintenance crew is always on point Larry and his crew are top notch. The grounds are always clean. The bark park is a plus if you have a dog. There is a dog washing station at the bark park as well. I truly think this place is the best kept secret on Southside.

The community is well located with easy access to main roads and shops. The property is visually pleasing. The properties are old, need of updating. Countertops are warped, windows don't close properly, cracks in molding/baseboards. There are several pleasant older neighbors, however, on the whole the residents are a very broad socioeconomic background and inconsideration of the basic courtesies which should be extended to the property and others.

Great location and staff is awesome, any issues I have had were resolved very quickly, quiet, clean, just a great place to live. One bedroom is spacious, patio is nice size and is comfortable, I also love having a garage which is a great plus.

I lived in back in 2018 and left in 2019 . Been trying to get back here since 2021. Finally made it. Love it. Friendly staff and neighbors. Grounds are always clean. Never have to wait more than a day for a ticket to be worked. Fireplace is the best along with the garage.
