My experience has definitely been positive. The complex and the apartments are very well maintained; any service request is handled promptly. In addition, fun events are planned for the residents. It's also a community that attracts lots of friendly, nice people. It's just an all around nice place to live.

Community has been great. Very quiet at night almost always with few and not particularly egregious exceptions. Parking can be an issue for some, I understand, but has never been an issue for us. Very disappointed that the community is going entirely non-smoking. Will be sad to leave when I can find a new place to live that doesn't restrict me from smoking on my patio.

We love our actual apartment. The space is perfect and we love the setup. The staff in the office and maintenance are great. The pool area is really nice and they are always making improvements. Never really used the gym all that much but the equipment did need updating the last time I was in there. The parking situations are something that really need to be worked on though and we even park in our garage.

Satisfactory, excelent apartments. The staff are very kind. Good neighborhood, near of all shopping center, theather, ect. Very kind administration staff. I have only one complain The counter in the kitchen are very damage and old The floor are damage as well. Specially in kitchen and nook.

Fantastic Staff including Office, Maintenance and Grounds Crew. Luxurious, Quiet and quite Beautiful. Minutes from anything. Maintenance requests are completed always under 24 hrs and so far the average has been less than 2 hours.

The management at The Elements of Belle Rive is the best I've ever found! They are responsive, caring, organized, vigilant and provide a wonderful living experience for their tenants. The complex is clean, quiet and friendly and the maintenance team is fast and responsive. Coming from a similar complex that was very poorly managed and was stressful to live at, The Elements of Belle Rive is a refreshing change. I highly recommend living here!

I love living here. A lot of the newer apartments really try to push all their extra amenities and new high-end decor and appliances. The problem with that is their apartments are tiny and those amenities cost a fortune. I was looking for a home not a resort. Elements is a lovely community. It's focus is on being a community where everyone has adequate living and storage space, a clean well-maintained apartment & neighborhood, friendly caring staff, and neighbors who say hi and chat while walking their dogs or sitting by the pool. Rent is appropriate and allows me to have a home and still afford to have dinner out if I want.

Great Place! Great Atmosphere! My husband and I love it here and wouldn't think of moving until we buy a house. The office staff is incredibly attentive, know who you are, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Their sense of community encourages you to participate in their planned events. It is extremely community oriented and it feels just like home! The maintenance staff is amazing and capable and responsive to any requests or needs you have. They are usually knocking on your door before you hang up the phone. Hats off to Larry our maintenance manager. The management company continues to make improvements in the development and this is a good thing. We enjoy our surroundings; the grounds are well kept and clean. Very nice landscaping. The layout of the community is spacious and even with all the units here it never feels like you are on top on one another. The apartments are a great size. and in a very convenient location. We like the open concept of the floor plan. And we really enjoy our wood-burning fireplace. There is plenty of storage. To top it off, we are located in a very convenient location to shopping and entertainment.

The staff has been excellent and I have had no issues with any of them. I have only been here for about six months and most of them know me by name. Maintenance is wonderful and typically takes care of issues the same day or within 24 hours in my experience. They are also slowly making this place better by upgrading appliances, the dog park and pool amenities and more to come. Overall great place to live and relatively quiet for such a busy side of town.

If you desire WATER PRESSURE - DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Their idea of "Going Green" is to take away your water pressure so you can't use the water that YOU pay for!!! Everything in your apartment has been there for YEARS but they charge you like it's a brand new upgrade! My apartment was disgusting when I moved it but the manager stood behind her sorry vendors and would not do anything to resolve the issues. Nothing in my apartment is an upgrade even tho I pay over $1500 a month. They're all about money over standards!

My apartment had not been cleaned when I moved it, it even had a flea infestation. The property manager was unwilling to even admit that the apartment was not ready at the time I moved in. The appliances are VERY OLD, including the AC unit. Even tho I did not see my unit before I moved in, I trusted that the price would ensure that my unit would be nice. I couldn??™t have been more wrong. The staff gives you ???standard textbook??? answers to all your questions because they are not interested in making you happy now that they have to tied into a lease. Resident Retention means nothing to them.

From start to finish moving 11 hours one way to Florida for a job promotion is a scare, to say the least Belle rive made this move so much easier. Sarah and Ashleigh helped with questions and concerns I had as well and Sarah going and getting pictures for me, I signed a lease before even seeing the property because of the effort and professionalism.

I love this complex. I feel like the management really cares about the residents and their needs. Very responsive to maintenance requests. Amenities are great and always clean and inviting! I love the way they take care of the grounds as well. Great place to live. Super close to all your shopping needs and a short commute to the beach!
