All is well at his point. Had some unruly neighbors a few times but the staff finally got the issue handled and things are better now. At times the music can be rather loud from neighbors but overall, I've been content with this community and my apartment.

This has been an excellent place to live because the staff has helped me so much. The grounds are kept nice and clean. Also the work orders are handled very efficiently and completed the same day. So close to a variety of stores to shop in

As soon as I walked into the doors to take a door, I was greeted by Skylar. He is a phenomenal staff member. That had helped me a lot through this process, considering this is my first apartment I've owned. His character and personality really reeled me into renting a place here. Shout out Skylar! :)

The Landings had what we were needing for our new home. Office staff and maintenance are all knowledgeable and friendly. Understanding of needs and concerns when addressed. Convenient to shopping and interstate for travel.

Not a bad place to live at it is a pretty quiet community and kinda hidden the staff is welcoming and the maintenance is quick. They hold food truck which as a big back is awesome to have. Need 10 more characters ok im done now.

Quite frankly everything's always been handled extremely professional on a promptly basis with wonderful attitude and help when I needed it. Management here made me Jamie and Erica are outstanding. I don't plan on moving anytime soon

The lake gray apartments are a great place to live. Very convenient to the mall and the 295 bypass. There are many wonderful restaurants to partake in the florida cuisine. You will be happy here at the lake gray community.

The apartments are very well kept, the staff is fantastic. They helped me move in in about 1 day and they were very accommodating. They helped with all the paperwork and did a nice job checking and cleaning the place before I moved in Skyler was the best. He did everything and never complained. He was extremely nice and professional. The managers were also very nice and helpful too.

This community is in a great location that is near a lot of stores and restaurants but also in a secluded area. Maintenance is very quick to repose and resolves the issue in less than 24 hours. Well managed complex with great amenities.
