Quiet being on the end of the Cul de sac road. People do turn around often though. Nice they bring in a food truck on Friday nights so you can order from those as a little mixup to your weekly routine, a sweet treat.

Everything has been great so far. Office staff is very friendly. Ms. Erika is always great and helpful. I don't have any bad comments. Maintenance is great fixing stuff. Community is very quiet and clean.

I been here 4 years now so far we love it? maintenance in office work is really nice and friendly. If I have ever had a problem, they tried to solve it right away. it's not a bad place to live. They have a beautiful pool and a nice gym.

My experience with maintenances have been great. However I have addressed an issue I am having with my upstairs neighbor. I have sent noise complaints to the leasing office but I feel not much has been done regarding it. The noise is constant and daily at different times of the day. They really have no respect for others and we cannot get any rest or peace and have not since they have moved in. I just wish something can be done or if they can be moved to another unit.

staff is really friendly and professional, they were very helpfull with the application process wich made it less stressfull for me. the community is very welcoming and respectfull of one another. My favorite thing is the food trucks we get, the food is delicious.

It has been a very interesting experience. I've been judged, verbally abused by office staff in my own unit while under my lease. I hit a bad time in my life after my grandmother died and I got behind in bills. I was reprimanded and scolded in my living. This really set me back because I have PTSD after witnessing my cousin being murdered this situation triggered that which in turn turned into a mental hospital stay. Very rude ladies I enjoyed interacting with maintenance then these ladies. However, the neighborhood is amazing. It's quite an everyone looks out for each other. If the bullies left the front office I'd definitely recommend the complex.

I am pleased with my experience with living at this complex. It is in an very convenient location with multiple shopping centers within close range. Nestled away from main roads but within a mile away from the high way. I love the natural lighting that floods into this apartment.

I love it here ! It's a great place to live, the atmosphere is amazing and quiet. The people in the office are always welcoming and quick to listen and helpful. The maintenance staff are always very friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or needs. A great place to live and feel safe.

It has had it ups and downs especially with the rent going up all the time rent should be more stable in this community since covid is over with it just seems like trying to get more and more and people can't afford it

So far everything is ok, safe area, the building is quiet, need keep eyes on the trash recolector, when some emergency call need attention and keep the stairs clean, the areas on the neighborhood are good

This has been the worst apartment living since relocating to Jacksonville. The only upside is the convenience to stores and the interstate. The maintenance staff delays repairs and when reported to the leasing office, they uphold the maintenance wrongdoings. There is no safety officer on site. The tenants dump trash in the breezeway and the trash compactor is a constant eyesore.
