Lake Gray staff has made my move in an awesome experience. The homes look the same on the website, clean, new appliances and etc. They really take good care of their property. Neighbors are quiet and very respectful.

We have lived here for a year exactly and ever since we moved in appliance and light bulbs are breaking . It is nearly close to impossible to get in contact with management. They NEVER answer phone calls let alone emails . I expected this place to be nicer since it looked that way online . We had someone break into cars and steal and the cops were called . I do not recommend living here , you’re better off renting a home for the same price .

Easy application process, staff was extremely friendly and helpful- really liked working with them. We moved from Michigan to Jacksonville and they made us feel welcome. Really like the layout of the apartment. Residents seem nice. Not too sure about the location (as Im not familiar with the area) but it's nice being close to shopping and dining. I've been told by other residents that the schools aren't the greatest, but we will homeschool. The amenities offered by the apartment look really nice online, can't attest to that because they look to be updating. Will be excited to utilize them, though. Overall, we really like the apartment and it's nice that it's pet friendly.

I hate going home, I don't feel safe, I'm always sick, constant allergic reactions in apt, nose bleeds. I feel trapped. I just want to provide a safe home for my toddler and myself. Mold, the video surveillance of staff here doing weird, uncomfortable things in my apartment. I want my life back

It has been horrible. Our neighbors at the 600 building at Landings at Lake Gray leave leaking trash bags outside of their apartment causing the breezeway to fill with trash, stench and leachate. It is filthy! It's also a shame to advertise this as a luxury apartment if community rules are not enforced, and the smell, site, and health hazard of leaking, days-old trash is an everyday experience.

Everything is ok but the parking really needs to change. Have to park around the corner if you not home by 8:00pm. If not get ready to take that walk on your way home. Also lighting in the parking area needs to be better.

Haven't had any issues with service with the repairs, maintenance are friendly and prompt. the people that reside here are mostly to themselves, location is in a safe area tucked away off a main road close to the outlets.

Overall is a good community. Near Walmart Costco, restaurants , hospital, schools and close to highways. Blanding Avenue is very close also. The facilities are very nice to enjoy with the family. !!!!

It's a great place to live because of the location. It's a 15 minute drive for both me and my fianc?. They do need to upgrade some of the appliances and upgrade they air conditioning units. Other than that I enjoy our stay.

Everyone has been so nice from the online part of my move in to the leasing office in person on my move in day. The leasing office was very helpful and courteous and made everything so easy. The maintenance men are the best I've ever had. So attentive and quick to fix, very respectful and so helpful.

Overall the apartment complex is great. I do believe the cost should be brought down slightly, dog waste stations should be placed near sidewalks rather than in the middle of the fields, the outside of the buildings need to be pressure washed so often, and we're charged a monthly fee for maintenance to pick up litter when I see litter sitting for weeks.

Bastante bien como tal el apartamento. Solo que la parte de afuera se mantiene un poco sucia. Lo que es escaleras y frente de los apartamentos el 90 % del tiempo est? sucio. Creo que deber?an exigir a cada cual que mantengan limpio su ?rea. Y los parqueos no son designados, si llegas tarde tienes que parquear hasta el otro lado del Condominio.

We agreed to lease a 3 bedroom unit. When the family in that unit did not move out the management company found us an upgraded unit and a garage space quickly so that our move wasn't delayed. They also quickly addressed several issues we had upon moving in.

I suggest asking them for pest control before you move in because there was multiple hives on the balcony on my first day but I got a friend to take them down for me. They are nice people but need better communication during your application process. I was never communicated I was approved, just was greeted by a security deposit example so I assumed I was. Other than that, it's a quiet area and don't have to park far from my building.
