We have had such a wonderful experience here! The office staff has always been so helpful and friendly. Maintenance has been absolutely wonderful. They are so friendly and efficient. I have never lived in a complex where they respond to maintenance request this quickly.

When i first saw the apartment complex i was driving on the expressway but then i noticed i would like tour that when i fell in love with the apartments the cleanliness of the apartment the amenities were good here really you don't need a lot of stuff and also the leasing department is clean smells good and everyone is nice and will help no matter what and the do stuff with the community

Lovely apartment complex. All leasing agents and maintenance workers are friendly and helpful. The apartment complex is quiet and we have not seen any issues or troubles living here. The apartments themselves are very cozy and nice looking.

I love living at Lake Gray! A note I keep on my door reminds me I got the keys on 1Juy 2008, moving in from a nearby facility, I chose to do so because the arrangement of the buildings here provides much better use of sun and shade. My utility bill here is bout a third what is was t the former place!The availability of assistance is always professional and orderly. Both from office and maintenance personnel.I never(!) had a single instance of slow response to any need for maintenance. One new neighbor, years ago, goofed and caused a small water leak into my unit, which I learned of when maintenance came to fix it! Before I even realized it had occurred! The staff is amazing in prioritizing our needs,

So far everyone is very friendly! I think my main issues have been with neighbors leaving things messy. I notice trash around here and there, as well as mysterious liquids. Aside from that I really enjoy living here.

The staff was extremely helpful on getting everything worked out lease wise. Probably the most helpful staff I've ever experienced. The housing complex's are quiet and the neighborhood seems nice. It's in a decent location with multiple stores and gas stations nearby.
