If you think you want to stay at this property, you should reeeeeeally reevaluate your options. Management isn't very considerate and does bare minimum in terms of communication. You would be playing with fire if you decide to stay with them.

    Only been in my apartment for about 7 months so far I love it very quite staff responds very fast to come fix everything the only thing I wish we had was assigned parking space overall I love it thanks

        For anyone looking at residing at Lake Gray apartments. The 1 star comments are true. I've lived on the property for nearly 2 yrs. I'm very thankful for the experience. But for the money paid to live in Lake Gray. Let's just say renting a house is a better choice.

          So far it's great, the staff has been very polite and professional. I enjoy staying here I have a lot of space and room for my things in the storage the community is rather quiet and the neighbors are nice.

            This location is convenient. This location is accessible to the highway as well as shopping centers. The staff here is friendly and the maintenance staff handles any issue that arise quickly. I don't have any complaints

              Everything was perfect at move in. My second day in a had a huge abundance of flies swarming around my apartment. Also when I tried to use the washer and dryer neither one works properly. The dryer doesn't get hot and the washer doesn't spin at all.

                Positive over all. Nice and quiet. Maintenance people are always working and easy to talk to. They try to make sure you know where everything is if you forget. I like the fact that if any of the maintence individuals say they will be back a particular time and date they are. That has been our experience on several occasions.

                  its nice we like the nature by the pond and the apartment is close to everything including 103 and blanding blvd.Just around the corner you got walmart which in fact has a lot of good choices for gas station , to carwash

                    When we first moved in this complex the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Not that way now. The breezeways were cleaned regularly but are a mess now. Inspections were done regularly, ie sprinkler heads, fire extinguishers and all around safety, but not now. I would definately say the complex has gone down since first moving in.

                        The experience has not been great! I reside on the first floor and the tenants who live above us make so much noise all day/ all night which consists of hard, loud, stomping. Very aggravating. These are adult men with no children. Made several complaints. The office has not responded to our concerns. The doors are very dusty/dirty and requires pressure washing. There are roaches in the apartments. For the amount of money paid for rent each month, I would think that it would be better than this. What I mentioned can be easily fixed. The person living above us should be asked to move to another apartment on the 1st floor, Maintenance should pressure wash the doors monthly and the apartments should be provided with extermination service every 2 weeks or monthly. Overall, the staff in the office is very nice and the environment is nice and not too noisy.

                          Never been happier to be moving out of the complex. The community seems to do no pest control, exterior of apartment complex is dirty and Not maintain. Lawn service blows all the dirt and yardage on to residents porches. Cleanliness is none existent, trash area is always destroyed and over flowed. Maintenance does bare minimum to fix issues and issue occurs again in result of it. Tales time to complete request.

                            Misleading!! They say its luxury apartments and its not. When i moved in I thought bedrooms was bigger and its was super small. Plus the bathroom need a upgrade plus the washer and dryer needs to be replaced. Plus when you walk outside there is duck poops all over the breeze way!! They should have some someone to pressure wash the breeze way. Its very nasty and embarrassing. Also they need more lighting in the parking lot.

                              The apartment is nice, but the customer service from the team is the worse. Many incidents of safety where the property manager refused to speak to me face to face or set up a meeting. Lack of respect as a resident. Not the best experience. I've given up reaching out and for the money paid in rent, I'd expect better.

                                The staff is nice, but the appearance needs work. The halls are dirty and never get cleaned. The plants seem to be diseased causing any plants that you out outside to go bad. The inside of the apartment is falling apart we have constant repairs. The dumpster area is disgusting. And the pest control company that is hired does not appear to solve the bug problem. I typically have to spend my own money on products to help with the issues.

                                  Very nice apartment complex, wonderful staff, super convenient package handling, and competent maintenance service. First apartment complex I've ever been in that I've called for maintenance service and had it taken care of the same day. The people working at the office are very personal and polite.                                         My experience has been very poor at Landings at Lake Gray. When I moved in the place smelled like marijuana. It took 2 weeks to get the smell out, my dishwasher broke the first week I was here and it still has not been fixed. I have tried contacting the office and they tell me they will get to it when they get to it. Another thing that has been a terrible experience is that you have to pay for trash services, and someone will come to your door and pick up the trash outside, but if you order anything from Amazon and it is in a box broken down they will not take it. There are no dumpsters on the property so for me to throw it away I would have to find a dumpster to throw away my boxes. I would rather not even pay for the trash service if you want pick up my trash. Also there are thieves in the neighborhood. I ordered a package from Amazon one day, it said it was delivered with a picture in front of my door, an hour later I arrived home from work and it was gone. So, be careful with your things if you are going to live here.

                                          Just move in dont know to much about it but we like the nature ,ducks,geese and it is close to shopping ,restaurants blanding blvd ,103rd st, good location all around got walmart up the street with lots. Of restaurants surrounding it with carwash.

                                              I moved in end of November, it's now March 2021, I signed a2 yr commitment. I'm not in a state of regret just annoyed. I love my apt, I'm in the third floor, balcony, wood floors throughout except bedroom, vaulted ceilings , fire place laundry / panty.... very nice space and area is mostly quiet and tame. The office is not helpful. Once you get the keys they move on to the next. The will not answer the phone you have to go to the office to speak to them and the one with half her head shaved is not very nice. There's a pond/lake/sewage runoff I'm not sure some body of water behind me near the trash compactor....it is disgusting!! Fortunately my balcony faces the parking lot smh but it also reaks. But my review that matters to me the most is the lack of service for the fees rendered. We pay for pest control and maintenance BUT I have had a wasp next on my balcony for a month, I have asthma and an allergy so this is rather urgent. Also since I've moved in, I'm on my second dryer bc the dryer takes three cycles to dry a load of laundry. My living room light was broken by previous maintenance and has yet to be fixed. The pantry door has been broken since I moved in and the grout in the bathroom has been deteriorating since before I moved in so mold is falling out of the wall into the tub. How can to give my niece and nephew a bath knowing the water will be contaminated. All these issues are being held and unanswered because they only have one guy on duty. But what does that mean for the residents. What does that mean for the amount of money we pay each month without receiving services. I pay 1252 for 1br/1br ...valet trash is 25 but then we have to pay 15 as well for trash reimbursement??? 5$ if you use the luxer locker this month.... SO MANY FEES FOR THIS COMMUNITY BUT THEY ONLY HAVE ONE MAINTENANCE MAN AND THERE'S NO COMMUNICATION ABOUT WHEN SERVICES WILL BE RENDERED. I LOVE my apartment I hate the administrative side I feel it's needs to be reevaluated

                                                Love my apartment. Community is well maintained and quiet. Office staff are polite and prompt when dealing with issues. The only issue I have is parking. Most of the time when I come home from work I have to park at the next building. Assigned parking would be great.
