This is a very nice community which is conveniently located near many restaurants, shopping, worship, transportation and other recreational activities. I feel very safe and secure in these apartments. I lived here over 17 years and wouldn't change a thing.

    Very friendly, caring and professional staff! Friendly community! Beautiful apartment setting and nice layouts of the apartment. Fairly quiet community! Grounds are well kept. Nice pool, dog park and gazebo area.

      Only stayed here because it was a temporary situation. Tenants are inconsiderate. Smell of marijuana everywhere. Do not feel safe letting kids out alone. Two murders at next door apartments within months from each other. Pot Holes! Ridiculous mandatory trash valet system. Rarely comes on time only 4 days a week then the dumpster at the back of the apartment complex is overloaded. Maintenance is below par. Only a few office staff are actually friendly and helpful, others are rude. Ducks poop everywhere! Not a good family complex. Units themselves are basic, unless you get a "upgraded" unit bedrooms don't even come with lights, forget fans. Poor quality is evident with re-work for new move ins, paint spray, unclean, dirty carpet. Have had multiple issues with plumbing, ac, and dishwasher. High turnover rate, people are always moving in and out. Would not recommend. Only plus is the convenience of jumping on 295.

      Our apartment complex is beautiful and safe! Bridget in the leasing office is helpful and professional. The pool and new fitness center are awesome! We are very happy that we moved into the Landings at Lake Gray.

      The apartment is very quiet. The apartment is beautiful and clean. You get a lot of space and extras for your money. I love the updated appliances and the fireplace. I do highly recommend renting here.

        Very disappointed that they said they fixed in July and again in September Love the neighborhood. Th e move in experience was good. Just want to make sure the flickering light can be fixed soon. But in all successful.

          From the beginning, it's been quiet and peaceful. I have no complaints about anything at all. Turn office oks nice, trash pick up is efficient most of the time and it's just an overall comfortable quiet lifestyle.

            The place is very beautiful there's beautiful pool abd nice stuff? but most off the people who lives here are very nasty dirty and rude the stairs are always duty dog poop everywhere it's not very clean here

              When I first moved in apartment was decent and I liked the front office. The community itself tends to be very old and quiet. More recently I have started having a lot of issues with the apartment and management of the complex. In general I would not recommend.

                I've only been here a short time, but the management (especially Bridget) here is amazing! They address any requests and issues promptly! The upkeep on the landscaping is great and the crew seems to care about the property. We love it here!

                  Super great community. Everyone here is nice. It's relaxing, especially by the pool or lake. Manitience is always on top of work orders, & they are always so nice. I love this community and the professionalism!

                    Clean, courteous and a lot to do, quiet neighbors, pet friendly, one of the best apartments I have ever lived in. Plenty of parking, a dog park, pool, and the grounds are kept up. I highly recommend checking them out.

                        So far it's great upon moving in Ms. Bridget was phenomenal and very informative. She also was very proactive I looked at other places waited weeks for approvals but Ms. Bridget had an approval answer within an hour of me completing my application

                          When we first moved in things were nice. The second year things got rocky and unprofessional we were told they were under new management but that is no excuse for a lack there of. Now things to have smooth out.

                            It was nice initially, but they tack on so many fees from residents who break the rules. I don't think it's fair that the entire complex as a whole gets punished for one thing. This was also the only complex we could find under such short notice and surprisingly the only ones who would be charging us monthly for our rabbits (classifying them as cats?) something I'd never encountered as exotic pets don't fall under the categories of your typical house pets. Most of the people who reside here are very nice. Very rarely do we ever feel unsafe.

                                I have suggested speed bumps more than once. There is a blind curve around building two that is not safe. There are many different residents who speed and rev up their engines in the morning, day, and night..Why not make a sidewalk from the pool area to connecting buildings and an alternate path instead of making us walk around a blind curve? Safety is a concern with a murder not 30 yards from my stairwell. I have had my car vandalized as well. The gray floors that get scuffed and then look much worse? It doesn't help that it has been over a year since building 2 was pressure washed. I am embarrassed to walk in these halls. I do not understand prioritizing building a new structure before keeping the others looking nice. Overall, I am thankful for the interactions I have had with the staff and the new maintenance crew is a big improvement. On a side note I am also thankful to be able to switch in my new unit so I could work from home easier during the beginning of the pandemic. Everyone was helpful and nice. The tiles have never been right which makes me laugh at times. Thank you for your time. I usually do not sign surveys. Take care. Best regards, Jim .

                                  The staff, was very accommodating. She really made sure that all my queries were answered and she assured me of all my doubts moving in to a new apartment. The apartment is renovated so all the appliances are working just fine.

                                    I moved into these apartments April 2022. We immediately noticed a roach infestation. We submitted a request for pest control to the front office where we weren't put on the list until the following week. We ended up spending our own money for bombs and spray. The problem was so bad that we could not unpack our belongings for 2 weeks. I get that sometimes a few bugs can be an issue in a vacant apartment but there was an infestation. I've also noticed that the office does not answer the phone often.

                                      Maintenance staff are friendly and do a great job, but some of the staff in the office is not nice or pleasant so I rarely have any dealing with them. Lawn mowers always leave a mess on patio and talking to them or the office makes no sense.

                                        The apartments are fine, but are not renovated like the model. The actual apartment you will live in looks old and have old appliances, faucets, cabinets, etc The staff was the best part of my experience. Bridget was amazing.

                                          So far everything is nice, the staff are friendly and I haven't had any rude encounters. The walls are a little then but my neighbors always respect the quiet time hours. I feel safe when I walk my dog at night. Overall a good place to live

                                            I have no complaints as my experience has been pleasant. If I didn't need more space I would have remained in my original unit. The only downside I have is closet space and my room and bathroom for sure are a little smaller.

                                              Pool continues to be closed even though we have paid for this. No updates ever provided. I hope that the pool will be open this spring/summer. Justification needs to be provided if not and refund our money for this ammenity. Garbage can which was convenient by mail box has been removed. Another amenity taken away. I understand it was being abused. But that is what the maintenance staff is for to keep place looking good. Dog feces still abounds by some apartment buildings. Sometimes dog refuse station is overwhelmed with full bags of dog feces flowing on ground.
