Comfy 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Love the layout, kind staff, I feel safe. Love the patio size. Easy to locate building numbers. Large pool. I don't hear my side neighbors, but I do hear the kids upstairs running around. No other noise complaints.

This is a wonderful community; the amenities are top notch and well taken care of. The area feels safe and welcoming which I can't say for the prior complex me and my significant other lived at. Happy to be here and the help of professional staff

Very nice staff Mrs.Erica was more than helpful, she cared to make sure we were properly taken care of in our transition and was always available to answer questions promptly. They were running awesome deals so we snagged one! Maintenance is on top of their workload so it's nice to know my concerns will be taken care of quickly. Overall a nice move in so far

Hands down. This is one of the best community. I can only speak from my experience. Staff are very friendly and respectful. The maintenance team are always on time and very respectful as well. I love a quiet community and this is the one!!

A Great Place to Call Home! I've been a resident at Landings at Lake Gray for 2 years now, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. One of the best things about living here is the management and maintenance team. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, usually within 24 hours. The office staff is always friendly and willing to help.

So far i love this community they have treated me very well & if everything continues to go well i plan on living here for as long as possible ! The front office is very polite & beyond welcoming when inquiring about living here . Also i feel very safe even when coming home late at night & thats a big thing for me !

So far it's has been a breath of fresh air living here. The neighbors are friendly and it's very quiet just like I prefer. I'm actually 15 minutes closer to work now than I was coming from my previous apartment complex. Looking forward to all the blessings that God has in store for me here!

It's an okay property to stay. I like it here. Staff is friendly. Maintenance is really good. They could do better with keeping up with the cleanliness of the breezeways. It's quiet. Very close to shopping.

It's quiet and peaceful. Maintenance is done quick and efficient. The office is always helping and they always try to keep everything straight forward. The food trucks every week are a great add on as well.

I've been very happy here. It's quiet here and the staff is great! Maintenance is quick and thorough. The pool is clean and relaxing.Location is good with shopping and restaurants close by. Yard maintenance is kept well too.
