So far so good can't really complain. Whenever I call they handle the issue. Even through the emergency maintenance line Edgar was fast to respond and made sure that the issue was fixed and followed up with me when he saw me on property at the pool

The staff is amazing always willing to go above and beyond to help. The grounds are kept up and everything is clean. It's a very quiet area. What's nice about living here the food trucks that come out. You can meet your neighbors and get to know people.

I'll give 5star for 6500 Lake Gray apartment Because it's a peaceful and good environment ,good neighborhood and their maintenance work was only one I want to recommend is to has a children playground will be perfect .

It has been a very good one. I like the community, how involved the staff is to meet all our needs. I enjoy the tranquility of the community. If you like to walk around the community it's fairly an easy walk within the community.

All of our work orders have been addressed within the day or next day. The staff is quick, friendly and efficient. It's good knowing that any issue will be addressed asap so that we don't have to be inconvenienced for long if something does stop working.

The community is quiet, maintenance staff is truly the best. They keep the grounds cleaned. Everyone is friendly and I really enjoyed ATP EGGROLL FOOD TRUCK. Some of the best efforts EVER. OVERALL THIS IS AN AMAZING COMMUNITY!!!!!

My experience in this apartment has been positive. We have nice neighbors and it's a quiet environment. The maintenance staff is friendly and responds quickly to requests. The office staff is also very nice. We enjoy various events and food trucks that come every week.

It's very quiet out here. I love it. There are two issues I do have. The dishwasher, there's a horrible smell coming from it all the time. And its smells bad driving into the apartments. Other than that its not so bad.

Things are ok would be much better if parking was enforced. Everyday people without handicap parking plaques Park in the handicap parking spots preventing people with handicap parking permits not to be able to park there.

We have lived here for 3 months and are very happy with everything. The maintenance department always responds very quickly to any problems we have. The staff that works in the leasing office are amazing! We love our apartment. The only things I could suggest is fixing the potholes in the parking lots.

Decent expetience so far. Esthetically the property could use work and updates. The maintenance crew is great though and is very timely. Leasing office listens to concerns and works hard yo solve them.

I enjoy the location the apartments are at. Nothing stays the same, but it's a lackluster environment currently. No vibrant plants for beautification. Residents need to be proactive with there dogs and clean up behind them. Otherwise things okay

We moved into the place this year and love it so far. The place is kept clean and looks beautiful, office workers are very nice and maintenance is fast. They have parking spaces and parking is usually not bad they have garages also.
