It has been greatly so far. Neighbors are respectful and nice. They're friendly. It's like a community. The staff are friendly. The security is always on call and professional. It's a safe environment.

This is a clean and safe community with a friendly staff and newly tenovated ammenities area. The complex is close to stores, restaurants, and the interstate. There is also a full service emergency room in sight of the property.

I just moved in a week ago.This apartment complex is a quiet place to live,the neighborhood is very quiet,the neighbors are friendly.The apartment complex has a beautiful pool and lots of comfortable lawn chairs and two grills to cook on and also a shower and bathroom's,very nice.

My experience moving to landings at lake gray has been amazing so far from the staff how quickly maintenance handle any issues when you place the work order online is truly amazing and the community is awesome .

One of the few and top clean places I found to live in. Has an in unit washer and dryer. Friendly community. Very close to movies, mall, Costco, Publix, Walmart, interstate. Nice staff and amenities.

Pros: Caring and professional office staff and an EXCEPTIONAL maintenance team (A+). Ongoing community events. Diverse community, both young and older folks. Semi-Cons: Bldg stairways need a good scrub.

Staff made the move in process simple and easy. Helped me with all of the questions I had. I was able to move in sooner than I had initially planned. I love neighborhood and the neighbors seem nice also.

I will be moving out in July due to previous experiences and management. The rent is steadily climbing and the cost is not worth what I receive in return. The location is great and the pool is a nice luxury to have.

The only thing that needs to be improved and or changed is the descriptions and pictures on the website/ listing. There's needs to be a disclaimer that not every unit is the same. There's differences to each unit even if they're all renovated.

The community is nice and still looking good. The staffs are welcoming and attentive, I will also say the application and paperwork process is smooth and easy. But the community need a trash compactor to make things easier than leaving trash outside the door for couple days before it's get taken out by the people in charge.

Ready to leave!! Quality of life within the community has tremendously declined! Management does not care and only cares about filling apartments! NO care for the quality of people they put into their units. As a Balfour Beatty community, there should be a rental partnership in place seeing as how the military is a big part of this community and the Naval base is less than 5 miles away.

The process was super easy to move in and I've already had some issues within the apartment fixed the day after I put in the work order. I would highly recommend this apartment because of how easy the process was.

The apartment is nice. The office staff is attentive. My only complaint is that tenants have to contact vendors like trash pick up when service is missed. There should be a way for management to handle these problems once notified by tenant.

Gomez the manager is rude and disrespectful. She will lie to her employees. Gomez has no professional behavior they also will have your check in the corporate account and still charge you $150 late fees I will be taking my issue to small claims court this is part of no diversity only Spanish work here no white no black Then they pretend as if they don't understand when you asked a question no English ma Gomez no hire her family and her man family. Before renting here ask about all their fees surprising fees and Trash people always cancel. I'm breaking my lease I can't live with the nasty roaches and Gomez is stealing my money. The Office employee manager Gomez is rude and unprofessional.

I have requested the same maintenance repairs multiple times since my 10/1/22 move in. My stove has not been repaired, l am always told a part has been ordered. My floor was damaged when maintenance moved the stove, that has not been repaired either despite multiple requests

Great choice moving here. The location is close to base and I-295 which is very important for me and my wife. The staff who work here both at the main office and maintenance are always respectful and do an amazing job. It's very peaceful and quiet and we love our balcony view of the trees and pond.

The team really puts in extra effort to assist, My heater went out during one of the coldest nights i put a work order in and st rhe time it was only one staff that f maintenance available he made sure he came and fixed my heater and took the extra effort to make sure it didnt break. I appreciated that so much

Everyone in the community are pleasant including management. I just wish people with pets would utilize the clean up station instead of continuing to let their pets poop in front of my patio. Very quiet.
