The office staff was very polite and very helpful with the leasing process and was able to get me an apartment in very short notice. The apartment was very clean and was ready for move in as promised.

This apartment community has been good for me. It's quiet and if any maintenance or additional help is needed thru management they are just a phone call away without any issues. I have enjoyed my stay in this last past year with minor issues here and there.

If you visit this complex and decide to move in but can't move in that day, do not fill out an application. Wait until you are out of your current lease before moving forward because for every day you can't move in the price of rent increases by the day. If I moved in the day I visited the property my rent would have been $1,019. But since I had already paid for the month at my other apartment and couldn't move until the end of the month the price went up by $40 a month. My apartment had bugs. As soon as I stepped though the door for the first time I was greeted by a roach I had to step on and kill. Bugs happen but the apartment should have been sprayed before moving in. Eventually I pulled the fridge out and found at least one source of bugs as there was a cluster of them feeding off something behind there so I sprayed, scrubbed, and sprayed again. Stairs and hallways are pretty dirty with lots of dirt and debris that needs to all be swept away and pressure washed. There are no lights in the living room or bedroom unless you happen to get an apartment where a past tenet went out of their way to buy and install a ceiling fan with lights. My living room has a fan-no lights. My bedroom has no fan/no lights. Luckily I have lamps. Overall for the price-not worth it BUT I fell in love with the floor plan and huge patio with a beautiful, peaceful view. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, updated light fixtures, and modern cabinets in the kitchen sold me but the bathroom does not have granite and the counter is extremely low with a tiny shower. Thank goddess for the curved shower rod that comes with it. Carpet in bedroom was definitely not new but in ok shape. Washer is tiny and dryer takes forever to actually dry clothes. Again, for the price I would expect better but this is an older apartment complex so layers of paint and dust and older appliances is to be expected. Would have been nice to have a clean patio and entranceway upon moving in but hopefully this is something I can have addressed very soon.

We just recently moved in less than two weeks ago and so far we are happy with the apartment and community. What we like most is the location, east access to highway and shopping centers. It also allows pets and has a dog park allowing us to adopt a pet once we are settled.

The community it's self is good. It can use some upgrading, such as pressing washing, cleaning the hallways where someone is walking up to your door. And more lighting as you walk up to the building. But overall very quite and nice place to stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. When I finally entered my apartment everything was decent beside the weird stain on my mirror and my heat not working. But other than that everything else was perfect.

This community was great when we first moved in. Now the office staff is rude, disrespectful and will falsely accuse you of assault just to evict you because you were persistent about a maintenance issue and they will harass you about it too.

It's been fine! The landscaping is always cared for. The property is always clean. I haven't witnessed any disturbances. It's a decent place to live. The apartments are renovated nicely. The valet trash is great!

Excellent experiences with Leasing Office. Very friendly administrative and maintenance staff. All my requests have always been addressed promptly!!! Ms. Bridget from the Leasing Office is the best!!!

Its hasn't been good from the very beginning they mislead me in information about the apt. You have to worry about yourself and personal belongings because they don't care. The windows weren't clean, and the balcony railing was covered in mold and spider webs everywhere. Definitely not worth 1,060/month. Not to mention the garbage disposal area that looks like a waste dump

the first year was terrible the people above me were drug dealers and made noise all the time. I had hard time sleeping and they didnt like me for reporting them. They poisoned my dog. I was so uphappy. It is way better the 2nd year.

I transferred to the area for my employment. I am new to the neighborhood and have not yet had a chance to fully experience the community. However, I was humbled by the warm reception I received and attentiveness to any concerns I had. I will re-evaluate after a period of time. But, so far, so good!!

HORRIBLE!! BEWARE!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE. The leasing office staff is horrible. They are nice in the beginning to get you in. The only building that has clean exterior and interior is the showing apartment. I don't even invite people over because the breezeway is full of MOLD, DIRT, SPIDER WEBS, and WASP NEST You don't even want to touch the railing or invite people over. The maintenance of the buildings are HORRIBLE. Communication with leasing office and maintenance is HORRIBLE. I REGRET MOVING HERE. They undermine your experience and take nothing serious. The cost to live here is not WORTH IT. As of 10/13/20 The breezeway still has not been redone; it looks the same as the pictures I have post after they so called pressured washed the breezeway. If that's what they considered quality then you would see these pictures and realize I wouldn't want to live at a establishment that considered these pictures as high standard. I've went to the office to discuss further action, Bridgett didn't even know who responds to the google reviews. I have requested again on October 6th to have my at least my door painted. Nothing happened. I went to check online to see what the status was and it stated the work was completed. IT WAS NOT!!! Door still looks the same as does the breeze way. If you have any type of standard of living: DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! Another thing the reviews that are actually good are dated 2-3 years ago or new residents give a review too soon. That's why they still have 3 star.

The process was smooth from beginning to end. After moving in there were a few things that were overlooked but maintenance took care of it the very next day. Would recommend the community to anyone who's interested

Apartment complex is muddy. Breezeways between buildings are always dirty and have mildew like stuff on the walls, doors, and sidewalks. After the lawn care service comes, all the leaves and dirt end up on the patios.

Great community! It's pretty quiet, except for weekends sometimes, and the lawns are well maintained so people with pets don't have to worry about hiking around in mile high grass. The apartments are spacious with nice amenities. The best place to rent my first apartment.

This is a very nice and safe community. Maintenance is punctual. The neighbors are considerate and quite. I have a very great view of everything. Management is very pleasant and helpful. All essential places is a an easy commute. I love it here.

Happy to be apart of this community. It's affordable, easy access to groceries stores, restaurants, malls and interstate. All updated appliances (stainless steel), granite countertops, washer and dryer.
