Its been alright. I've been here a couple of years and I've enjoyed it enough. Only real problems I've ever had is that circulation in the apartments seem bad and causes the AC to run constantly and occasionally stop working

I really like living here, it's quiet, spacious and the property is always kept really neat. The only things that could be better are the amount of time it takes to respond to a maintenance request and the actual quality of the repair requested.

Just moved into the apartment a couple weeks ago and it's been a pretty good experience. I really like the space and the community. The only thing I was not a huge fan of is the fact there are no light or fan fixtures in the rooms.

Fairly quiet everyone just keeps to themselves only have had one horrible neighbor but they were gone fairly fast after a couple complaints. Apartments are clean and haven't had any bug issues. Parking can sometimes be an issue.

This is a very nice place to live there is a nice dog park if you have dog. I like my tarsh pick up every day.The apt are very nice and keep up if you need something fix you just let the office know and the get right on it.

Wonderful living experience! Apts are very open and light! Great office staff very helpful and nice! The apts are very nice and beautifully landscaped. Love the valet trash! Maintenance always right on time.

QUIET AND CLEAN!!! It's a nice hideaway. In a great location. Everything you need from good schools to grocery stores, close to 95 which is a big plus. You don't need to travel far for the things you need. Very nice apartments, absolutley love the layout. The grounds are kept up daily. Pool is clean. Very friendly staff and maintenance is fast.

It's nice. I'm close to everything I need. Staff has always been friendly. Nice and clean complex. I really like my apartment. Maintenance is quick to respond and the package locker is a great way to ensure the security of your deliveries.

Living at this community has had its ups and downs. I think it needs to be gated or have better security. Also the maintenance staff needs to do a better job with their work orders. One major downfall that I have experienced is that the property has been under several management companies

A very Great and very peaceful community get along pretty well with everyone the only downside is parking with such high vehicle frequency it can be very difficult to always find parking conveniently next to your apartment

This is a great community. The office staff is always eager to assist and very friendly. The property is beautiful and quiet close to everything. I'm happy I chose this apartment complex over others surrounding.

Love the proximity to the highway and the neighborhood . They resolve your maintenance or any issues you have in a timely manner . The office personnel are very nice and friendly . The apartment is quite spacious

I've been living here for about 3 years. Nice, clean, quiet community. Staff is amazing and very helpful. Maintenance crew is fast and efficient. No problems with my neighbors, nice people. I would recommend here to everyone searching for an apartment.

I have lived here at the Landings at Lake Gray for 1 year. I absolutely love living here. The off staff are fantastic. Always helpful. Omgosh, maintenance staff are extremely very knowledge. Always fix your problem the same day you report it. I recommend highly that you make this your new home.

I love it at lake gray. It is really quite and relaxing neighborhood. I have lived there for 2 and a half years. The pool area look cute and welcoming. I have invited my parents and siblings over for a lunch At the pool during the Summer time.

Great customer service, always fast and friendly maintenance work. Maintain the ground well. Pool is always well keep. The only issue is that the pool is accessible 24/7. The gym is great and is also accessible 24/7.

the prior management is not reliable. But the maintenance is really great. I never had any issues or problem. They go and fix it right away. I like the new management now they assess the problem quick. I don't know her name but she is awesome. I think she is the manager. But definitely I give them 5 star

Fast courteous service. Office personnel and maintenance personnel displayed friendly and professional courtesy. Property week maintain. Need strict policy on residents walking that their pets. Cleanup behind their pets. And walk them away from sidewalks.

I moved in June 2019 and haven't had a problem staff is awesome always there to help with anything and the area is very quiet. Love that I'm close to everything(Wal-Mart, Publix, Costco, gas stations, Starbucks etc.)
