Currently, I have not had the best time at this disappointment. I moved in in October and have had several work orders input for my dishwasher and jet tub. Today, neither are functional and this is caused for concern as the reason we selected the unit was because of the jet.

We are very happy with our new apartment - and we very much enjoy our floor plan - the living room is very spacious and so is the master bedroom - the closet space in the second bedroom is small - it would be nice if it was twice the size, but all in all we are very happy.. thank you.

Community is tucked away and fairly quiet. The apartment is temperature efficient. I have yet to run my HVAC system. Perfect location with access to interstate and back roads in case of traffic. The rent is decent. I'll be upset if it goes up much when my lease is up. The price is good for the square footage as it is now. I can hear the neighbors upstairs walking around, but thy're VERY heavy footed. I can't hear any voices through walls.

This apartment complex has been constantly upgraded since we moved here. New appliances and new floors greeted us. During our 2 plus years here, we have seen new roads, all buildings have been painted. Anytime we have had any maintenance requests, they have been fixed in less than twenty four hours..

I have been here for over a year now and I am planning to move. The biggest issue I have is maintenance work and request for work being closed as complete when it has not been completed. When you work from home your home should be peaceful. My upstairs neighbors are loud and there are days when peace cannot be found

The staff has bee wonderful and is always available when needed during business hours. My apartment is adjacent to the pool and during the summer months, it was hard to find parking on weekends. It would be nice to have at least one assigned parking spot for each apartment. I also wish that the apartment had better soundproofing. I can hear the residents upstairs constantly.

Community is very nice and the amenities are great. Overall no complaint and the complex is very quiet. All of my neighbors are friendly and social. Love the no dog bread restriction as I am a pitbull owner. Only complaint I have is that tenants leave trash pilled infront of the garage compactor. Nothing the apartment complex does wrong they clean it up daily just others being lazy.

The people working here were incredibly kind and responsive, and after we moved in when there was a few maintenance issues they were solved right away and without complaint or delay. Work orders are typically solved the next day, and emails don't go unresponded. If anyone is trying to tell you their apartments are perfect and don't require any maintenance, they're lying to you. I'd much rather have a helpful and responsive maintenance team to fix the problems that are bound to turn up. They also hold to their promises of weekly pest control of you need it, whereas others may not actually bring out pest control services consistently. Overall a positive experience here.

I like the complete staff. When something breaks or fails to work they always come and fix the problem. The apt layout is perfect and I love having a porch. Neighbors are pretty quite and keep to them self's. I took awhile for me to get use to hearing someone above me.

It's has been a pleasant experience, everyone has been helpful in a way . The only bad side I have had since living out here are residents leaving their animal droppings. And the fact maintenance never fixed the reason why behind the wall of by the washer. No matter what I do a foul odor constantly filling the air.

Living here at this community for quite sometime has been enjoyable. This is not just an apartment for me, but a hone. The staff has changed over the time that I lived here, not to worry, All has been Super., very attentive to your concerns. Also the Maintenance team are great. They work together to make sure that your apartment home stays in good condition. The surrounding grounds are kept well. Living here what now is MAA Belmont, previous Paddock Club are contently located close to shopping centers, groceries store, schools, and mostly all that you need for daily living. Yes, I invite those that are looking for a nice place to call home, you have found it. MAA BELMONT

I like living here, everyone is friendly . The neighborhood stays clean. The front office is good at communicating with its tenants . And maintenance gets stuff done quickly even the small issues. And it's quiet for the most part.

Gates are abysmal. Sticker sensors don't work and keypad doesn't work. Such a pain to enter. Trash is terrible. The compactor doesn't work more than half the time. Most of the residents don't even put their trash in the compactor, they just leave it in the street. Maintenance is a joke. You put in a work order they either 1. Just mark it as done without doing anything. Or 2. Pretend to fix it and nothing changes. The actual state of the apartment interior is okay. Less than patchy repairs and patchwork (land lord special). The pools very good, it's always clean.

Worst management and very poor quality apartments

Worst management that doesn’t care about maintaining the apartments . They have mold and bugs. Management will bill you for things they should have take care of from the beginning. As soon as you leave you will get a bill as high as the rent .

MAA Belmont is so lovely and nice. Even the staff here are super friendly. It's also nice being really close to the interstate. Gated Community also makes me feel safe. I've lived in 3 different apartment complexes, and this is the 1st one that I've actually really liked and renewed my lease for a 2nd time.

Great atmosphere, and super helpful and friendly staff. Super close to Publix and shopping. The pool and gym are nice and clean. The area is nice and away from main roads. The play area and dog park are a big plus as well

Since moving in, my experience has been far from ideal. There have been several issues that significantly affect my quality of life: 1. Noise disturbances: The upstairs neighbors are excessively loud, both the adults and children. The noise happens throughout the day and night, with no clear quiet hours. This makes it difficult to have a peaceful living environment. 2. Marijuana smoke: The smell of marijuana from the neighbors smoking indoors regularly seeps into my apartment, which is unpleasant and concerning. 3. Maintenance concerns: Upon move-in, my apartment had several unresolved maintenance issues, including leaking sinks and tubs that caused an inflated water bill. The delay in addressing these problems, particularly during the rainy season when I have a window leak, is unacceptable. 4. Common area upkeep: The common areas are consistently dirty, and there appears to be little effort in maintaining cleanliness. Overflowing trash at the dumpster has also been a persistent problem, with garbage frequently littering the surrounding areas. I would appreciate more proactive efforts from management to address these concerns, including noise regulations, improved maintenance response times, and better enforcement of cleanliness standards. Without these improvements, it's difficult to fully enjoy living here.

It seems that the community has gone down since moving in.. There's trash strewn about the property.. People loitering in the parking lot drinking . we have a neighborhood mechanic who uses the parking lot to conduct his business.. Then there that car man that feeds alll the strays so there an over abundance of cats behind the courtyard.. The gym is not fully functional and the trash situation is out of control, I've had to keep my trash on my balcony for days on several occasions due to the trash compactor being overfilled.. The security gates are hit or miss.. I was thrilled when we were getting them installed but they aren't being used properly by all the tenants causing issues, the hallways are long overdue for a good pressure washing.. Finally the carpet is good in my unit it's old and dated and the living room blinds are also old and keep falling . I don't think they'd been replaced in years.

I've been here for 5 months and so far it's been ok. The staff is great and attentive. The only thing that I don't like is the security gate. It takes forever to scan the barcode to get into the gate and sometimes I have to back up 2 or 3 times just to get the gate to open.Other than that, it's a pretty decent and quiet community to live in.

As far as safety I feel good about the area .the aoartments are nice and spacious however I don't understand why we have gates if cars can tail in and there's spots around the complex where people can still walk into the property I think when rent goes up as much as it has ($1425 in 2021- $2025 2023) so should upgrades in individual units. A grace period of at least a day or two should be give for rent especially to those reveiving ssi in a specific date every month you shouldn't have to pay additional fees for pest control especially when you have water damage in in the walls and ceilings .tge frint office staff is nice and respectful delivering the bad news regarding things they have no control over . I love the mandarin area and the convenience of stores nearby. The middle and high schools are good.

Good not great, Pros: pool is nice, maintenance is helpful and quick, good size apartment Cons: dog poop is everywhere, trash is always either broken or overflowing or just piled in front of it, the gate is such an inconvenience since it's either broken or not working and I live in the back and can hear it beep constantly at night so I feel sorry for people who live near the front, also the worst "dog park" possible, it's very small & riddled with poop so not even worth taking your dog there.

Place with little maintenance and care, no access control, common areas dirty and with dog poop everywhere, people smoke on the stairs and in the pool among children, It's just not a good place, people always move to more organized places.
