The Paddock Club feels like home. The residents are always courteous and overall the complex is quiet. The staff is really nice. The pool area is always kept in great shape. When there is a service request needed they send someone with a few hours usually.

We moved here from Texas for a job that I got. We are only going to be here a year and this was also the first time for us living in Florida. The staff were extremely friendly and honestly answered all questions we had about the area along with some of their own favorite places. We ultimately chose this apartment because we found it to be the least expensive rent while also giving great floor plans, amenities and I cannot say enough about the staff. The area is also fantastic! Mandarin is the safest part of Jacksonville and everything you could possibly need is within 5 miles in any direction! So far great choice!

Im going to be very straight to the point. I lived at the paddock club for a year. Over all the complex was good. The problem came when we moved out. This is to warn everyone about this. Because what they did was ridiculous. We were told we have to leave the apartment neat and clean after we moved out. And we did. We even paid someone to go and clean the apartment. After we moved moved they sent us a letter saying they were charging the oven,refrigirator cleaning. Also charging the dish trays from the stove and charging for a proffessional carpet cleaning. Now look. I lived previous from the paddock club at another complex for 7 years. When we moved out we left the apartment cleaned the same way. They didnt came with all this BS charging us something i believe is the conplex job to do regardless for the new people moving in, and that is having someone wash the carpet, change the dish trays from the stove amd at the end have someone do the a proffesional cleaning even if we left everything as clean as possible. Im very very disappointed at the paddock club and wont ever recommend anyone living there. For the fact of being being so cheap charging this stupid things specially when they charged us over $1200 for an apartment rent. lets face it. Its high for an apartment. Now im paying the same price for a huge 4bd house

A good apartment complex with very friendly staff. A quiet area with great access to 285 as well as restaurants, shopping, and pharmacy. Most of the neighbors we have had around are very friendly and make staying here feel safe and enjoyable. Our apartment is very spacious and homey.

Our first year has been good. The office staff is professional and responds quickly. External lighting is very low and pest control needs improvement. Rent is extremely high, but is normal for Mandarin area. Great Access to 295 and shopping on San Jose Blvd.

The home is clean, well maintained, and the amenities are well kept also. The playground is nice and shaded from the sun, and the pool is clean and not overly crowded. The front staff is courteous and knowledgeable, and I was able to get into the home sooner than expected. Vut

It's been very nice, we have good neighbors and a very nice community. I don't like when some driver knock down the gate poles. I would give a four star rating for this community. I love all the office staff, they're so professional and friendly.

Community is nice, but office staff made an issue out of something that could have easily been resolved. Grounds are nice, and maintainence is awesome. Amenities are also fantastic. Just wish the staff would be more empathetic and flexible.

When my daughter and I began looking for apartments in this area last year we quickly became discouraged at the options we faced on the budget of a single mom but when we toured the Paddock Club of Mandarin we were pleasantly surprised that it offered a safe, clean, comfortable place the we could call home and actually afford.

The main reason my wife and I chose this place is because it is close to her job. The moment she visited this place, she fell in love right away, and so did I. It is close to shopping centers, freeways, has awesome amenities, and the neighborhood looks safe. It's our first week here but we look forward to having fun experience in the future in this community.

My main 2 issues are parking and I can hear everything my neighbor does. I work nights so coming home late to no parking is horrible, my new garage is perfect! My neighbor plays music at 8am when I'm still trying to sleep. The walls are super thin

I really enjoy living in this community. The maintenance staff is really on point and keep things looking very nice. The office staff is also helpful. I feel very secure and safe. The pool and other amenities are well kept I am glad the gates are almost working completely.

The Paddock Club of Mandarin is definitely a great fit for myself and my family. The office staff made the transition very easy and seamless. Upon my arrival, the maintenance guys were quickly able to assist in hooking up my washer and dryer so that I could do my favorite chore, laundry. Finally, these apartments couldn't be situated in a more prime location to shopping, grocery stores, the interstate, and great schools. I would absolutely recommend moving into The Paddock Club of Mandarin.
