Wonderful complex, office staff is amazing! Maintenance is very quick to fix any problems you may have. Apartments are clean and bug free, very important to me,no regrets at all!! You will love this place!!! I am very satisfied with every aspect here!!

Staff great! Front gate works 3month out of the last 12 months. Hate going to take my trash out the trash area is so nasty and it like that for days... I wouldn't recommend this apartment base on the noise, I can hear my neighbors when they flush there toilet in their apartment. They do a great job keeping common areas clean. But the stair rails on building 900 needs serious replacing.

In my opinion: gates chronically not functioning. Pricey. Responsiveness issues. Major landwork/construction apparently going on near complex, makes for somewhat dismal setting in my opinion.

Quiet and off the beaten track. Convenient to grocery stores, service stations hardware and home maintenance stores, pharmacies, personal care salons, churches and some good restaurants. Close to major thoroughfare.

I was brand new to the Jacksonville, Florida area because I am in the military, upon looking at different apartments and locations I was happy to find the Paddock Club. I love how close it is to everything, and I love my apartment.The main thing that attracted me however was the garage and it's proximity to my apartment. I like feeling that my car is safe and I don't have to worry about it.

Great place to live it is close to shopping malls and restaurants. It is quiet and clean. The people that run the front office are really nice and caring. I would recommend this place to friends and family. The pool and workout room are a nice addition.

This is our second time my mother has lived in this community (in the same unit, too). The upgrades are really nice, such as stainless steel appliances and new shower enclosure. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Tracy and Caitlin do a fantastic job managing the office. So glad to be back!

Have thoroughly enjoyed my time at The Paddock Club. The office staff and maintenance are very helpful and courteous. Service requests are handled promptly and I would recommend the staff and apartments to anyone.

I love the community and the apartment is great. Office staff has been very friendly every time I have worked with them. Only issues is that my building has very limited parking in the front of the building. I usually have to park and walk a bit.

we have found this apt. to be a great community to live in. Grounds are kept well and the office staff are friendly and helpful. Any work which has been limited has been done on a timely basis. It is in a good area with many restaurants and stores.

The apartment is close the the high way, very noisy, the apartment is not well maintained, a lot of things are broken. But staff are friendly. The rent is not low but there is nothing in unit, no washer , no dryer, only fridge. You have to go to the public laundry room. The gym is ok.

I really only have one issue with the community and that is the garbage area. I know people are pigs so I don't really know what you can do about it. But if they are going to leave mattresses and furniture, why not tell them to take it to the maintenance area? Thanks

So far so good. The grounds are maintained, the amenities are always ready and available. The office staff is always professional and pleasant to work with. This community is extremely close to shopping centers, gas stations, major highways and byways. The police rating for this area is very good with very little high crime in census reported.

I had a great experience when I viewed the apartments and all interactions with the leading office have been great! The location of The Paddock Club is very central to all areas of town I need to go each day. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new home.

This is a great community to live in. The grounds are always kept up, the maintenance is quick to respond and get your problems solved. The office staff sends emails about your request and keeps you up to date. Everyone goes the extra mile to ensure you and your family are happy while living here. You get treated like a priority here instead of an option. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.

I just moved to jazz from Lakeland. Everyone has gone out if their way to welcome me! They even help me find some local stores and dealerships. Very polite. My brother was so impressed he will be coming here as well. Very good choice for me. Thanks

This apartment is great place to live and raise a family. I love the location because it is in a good school district. It it close to local stores like Walgreens, Lowes, and Fire House Subs. It is in a quiet neighborhood with good clean residents. The staff and maintenance are also amazing.

For a gated community one requirement is that the gates actually function. In the past 6 years the gates have worked a little more than 6 months total. Garbage is an issue both at individual apartments and at the dumpster site. Lighting in stairwells and parking areas is not well maintained. Parking rules and pet cleanup are not enforced.

The landscaping is beautiful the little parks with seating the pool area is pretty office staff excellent. The apt large and clean I love the screened in patio and have the best view. The neighbors welcoming enough parking. The grounds are well kept.mOo

So far so good. Nice apartment and good workout facilities. All of our experiences have been good here so far. The only setback is how close it is to the interstate, it can be a little loud with traffic and construction. Other than that, all is perfect.

It is great at TPC. All staff is friendly and courteous. They take care of repairs and questions whenever needed. Always in cooperation of matters and concerns. I Love being a part of TPC. Great atmosphere and community. #1 office staff and maintenance crew
