Not worth what you pay
I have lived here over a year and cannot wait for my lease to be up and I can get out of there. For this place to be on eof the most expensive in Mandarin, it is not worth it. I have had problems with roaches (probably from the nasty people that live around me).....as well as fleas (and I do not even have pets!!!).<br>For a gated community, the gates are never operating. Parking is a joke and I only have one car. <br>For the price, I do not recommend this community.

Starting to resemble public housing project
Within the past year this complex has changed from a quiet family-oriented complex to a noisy housing project atmosphere, with hoodlums loitering in the parking lot and lurking in the breezeways, day and night. police are frequently called to the site. Drug activity and burglaries are increasing. Cars speed thru the parking lot day and night screechiing their tires. The security gate stays broken most of the time because of cars ramming it. This deterioration of guality seems to have commenced with the change in management last year.
