    This is an extremely quiet community. The young ladies in the office are helpful & kind and they try to attend to problems quickly. I think we could use another trash bin in the community, but overall I am pleased with living here. It's a peaceful community & the location is central to lots of shopping & good restaurants.

      Nice community, maintenance is usually very fast and courteous. Would be better if pest control was an on going every month thing instead of us having to call in to get it. That would be my only issue.

        The people here are friendly and always helpful and quick to answer our questions. If you would want a quiet safe neighborhood I recommend this one. They are better then any place that I've lived in and neighbors are nice.

          Cristal is awesome and very helpful. She help me, my son and grandson able to move. She work effectively to help us. The only concern is the balcony door need fixing, still waiting for the bathroom draw to be fix and the fridge to be replaced. Other than that great community so far

            So far everything that I've asked for and maintenance they have complied with and everything else seems to be running fine. So far I am satisfied with my new apartment I enjoy living here everyone has been nice and cooperative friendly and helpful.

              Overall the community is good. I haven't had any issues yet. The apartment at first was dirty but with some scrubbing and time the apartment looks so much better. The location is great to get onto the major highways.

                The new staff is great. The maintenance could be better. Would have to wait several weeks if a part needs to be order. The gate has been broken for several months, when asked about the gate I been told several times that it's a "part" that they waiting on to fix the gate.

                  Started off good then rent continued to rise. Property without a manager for months. There was an assault on the property recently. Gates constantly broken and not repaired immediately. You pay monthly for pest control you never receive. Many evenings no parking near my own building.

                      Very quiet and peaceful. The landscape is maintained very well. The people are pleasant-I feel very safe to walk around without being harassed. The pool, tennis court and the gym is a bonus. The front office staff is awesome!!!

                        This is a great complex to live in if you don't mind riff raff and the like lurking around at all hours of the night. The staff are usually very helpful and prompt when it comes to fixing issues in the apartments, however they are terrible about the upkeep of the actual complex. For example, the front gates never work and there are so many street lights out it's like living in the dark side of the moon.

                          Nice complex. Friendly neighbors. Quick maintenance response. Friendly office staff. Be prepared for your apartment to look nothing like the model they show you. Unless you pay extra, you will get old and outdated, and sometimes unreliable appliances. Gates only work a few days out of a month if lucky. Always broken. Garages have pest control problems.

                            Awesome staff from front office to maintenance crew... All very friendly and cooperative in assisting with my move in... Only aesthetic suggestion is to place a recycle bin near the Mailbox area for those pesky ad days, where some lazy people will not take their unwanted ads with them... Other that that, thanks bunches to Stephanie, Cristal and maintenance crew...

                                Moved into a unit with roaches and a carpet that smelled like dog/cat urine not a good experience for the cost of rent each month. I think the carpet should have been replaced instead of shampooed. this was address with the front office

                                    Overall everything is okay. However, I did notice some of the gym equipment appears broken. I have two small dogs and I have been picking up they're feces and discarding it in the recepticals which are full but I noticed some of the larger dogs owners do not clean up their dig feces. I will continue to do my part but I hope they will do the same.

                                                I love living here besides the roach problem. I am a very clean person you can practically eat off my floor, like seriously. They seem to come around at night in the bathrooms and kitchen. I don't normally see them during the day. I do not do bugs in my home, so this is an issue for me. Pest control came out and hopefully this resolves this problem. The place is very quiet besides a neighbor occasionally slamming their door and the place I live in is very spacious.
