Management doesn't return phone calls or emails. My apartment wasn't move in ready and things are still yet to be fixed. Neighbors have ZERO respect. No one picks up after their pets. Over all, worst experience I've ever had.

    Solid community but maintaince workers need more training ,and the dumpster has been full the past week ,very prt friendly so that's a plus ,there are alot of meetings?in the parking lots, overall it's a good place to live

      This community is quiet and away from traffic. The people who live here are friendly but not so clean when it comes to trash????. My neighbors are quite and respectful to the peace. Wish we had a pond with ducks because I find this so peaceful and natural.

        For the most part the management staff is helpful. I have an existing problem with roaches that the property management does not take as seriously as I do. Sometimes the maintenance has been slow to make repairs. Other times they have been more than prompt. I really would like to see better enforcement of dog owners cleaning up after their dogs. I find it disgusting in an otherwise well maintained property to see piles of dog feces on the lawns because the owners are lazy and do nit care. I would also like to see increased maintenance of the grounds as I have noticed that some of the tenants who rent here like to discard trash on the grounds and not clean up after themselves.

          I love living here. I was hesitant since the last apartment I had wasn't as great. They welcome children and pets. They keep the grounds in beautiful condition. Maintenance team has been responsive to the two requests I put in. I have nothing negative to say.

            I love living here. Shannon is amazing best manager i have ever dealt with. The office staff is very helpful as well. Jose and the maintance staff are awesome as well. There is an issue with the other residents not picking up after themselves or their dogs however that isn't a reflection of the staff here.

              The community is decent, we have lived here for almost three years though and I can count on one hand how many times the gates have been closed. One of the reasons we chose this place was because it was a gated community. They won't offer to lower your rent since the gates aren't working, but if your one day late they charge you fees.

                Very dissatisfied with this community. Promises made, never delivered. Nothing works properly. There is no sense of security whatsoever. The staff only cares about nit picking the minor things. When residents go to them with major issues that are happening they ignore you.

                  Very long response time for issue if they are even addressed at all. The property keeps raising rates but doesn't improve the property. Safety is not an issue at all and gates have not worked for 7 years.

                    Since one of the caring staff members Jakira has left, the services have not been the same. Looking to break my lease. Since the COVID, there has been a lot of misinformation rated to me concerning rent. I make all attempts to contact the office and submit required paperwork. Each month it is a hassel with making sure the information I receive is correct. It is very unfortunate that staff, maintenance is not completely aware of the state this virus has put tenants thru. Losing jobs, unemployment, to only name a few.

                      So far ok. The parking lot needs to be resurfaced there are quite a few potholes. The maitenance team is quick to respond to work orders. The gates to the complex are infurating. I haver had to tell the office people 3 different times what my code i selected was. I have had to send them two messages about my code not working. They need to fix the code issue immediately. If i am coming back from getting groceries and the gate wont open because myt code doesn't work i run the risk of my food melting or getting to warm, also if i am picking up medication and the code doesnt work the medications could be ruined as some meds need to be kept at very specific temperatures and if they go below a certain temp they are useless, unusable and must be thrown away. If this happens the apt complex is not going to reimburse me for medication opr groceries that went bad. I will also not park/leave mny vehicle by the office and walk my groceries or medication home as that could also cause items to go bad or be unusable by the time i get to my apt as i live near the back of the complex. The gate needs to be fixed immediately and the gate not working is why i hate gates.

                        Experience has been HORRIBLE. Property management has no cares about anything, if you can actually contact her. Community is old. There is nothing at all good I can say about this community. I would not recommend this community, especially for the pricing.

                          Don't move here! They don't fix or complete work orders, they patch them. Rude people. Drug deals in the back parking lot. Shortcuts and patches.. Find another place or get use to living where people don't care.

                            Very clean and open landscaping. My apartment is spacious and I got all new appliances and carpets throughout. Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick with work that needs done. Nice area and it is close to everything.

                              So far since I have moved in, there has been a few issues. Gates for community stays open 24/7, didn't get mail keys in time so we had to break into our mailbox. The post office is holding our mail. Key fobs for pool and fitness center do not work. The office management gave my fiance a hard time when she tried to solve the issues while I was at work. Stove top only has one eye that will boil water and maintenance said they couldn't fix it. I believe we just need a new stove top.

                                When I arrived at TPC Mariah was very welcoming and assisted me my questions. She gave me nice brochures to take home and she wrote down a variation of move in prices and dates. She even did follow up calls and went above and beyond to assist. I wasn't happy with some things upon my movie in but with COVID19 and social distancing I understood. Shannon was very attentive to my concerns and she immediately addressed them and made me feel right at home! Thanks TPC leasing staff your gals rock!

                                  No work was performed. And the work order was porch has flooded twice with nothing done to correct it. I pay for the porch and smoke there. the drain for the porch doesnt drain. it allows water in not out when it rains.

                                        It was always nice but in the last few months there are abandoned cars, men hanging in the parking areas at night drinking beer and the areas are full of trash-lights are out and when the complaint is taken to the office it still is not fixed . The trash is gone since there was an inspection but the floodlights are still out!!

                                          This apartment complex is not at ALL what is advertised. Our experience, is currently, horrible. Starting from the trash heap and the used condoms that were behind our apartment at move-in, we have had trouble with rampant mold, mildew, ants, leaking windows, independently tested and verified water damage (even though we were told the apartment hadn't flooded), pet urine odors from the previous tenant, and being trapped in this lease for the threat of being charged two-months rent if we refused to move in. The fitness center is a joke for anyone who actually cares about fitness, and the pool is usually disgusting and fill of dead bugs and debris. We were lied to, cheated, and trapped to live here for a 14-month lease. Please, do not EVER move into this cesspool if you have any other options.

                                            I live here for the elementary school. The area is congested but convenient to the highway. I don't feel like it is a safe complex. It shouldn't be able to advertise that it is a gated community if the gate hasn't worked for 9 months It is nice that it allows dogs

                                                The gate has not been working for years , and the unit has been renting as a gated community!!!There is no parking at all , some people parking trucks(commercial vehicles ) at car parking lot !!!The hole way has not been washed never , some neighbors walking dogs that are not on a leash and taking them to use bathroom behind the building what makes really bad odor , I been asking for the gate for 11 months and been told the same answer all the time what is that the they are working on the gate lol!
