Superior resident services from the best Office and Maintenence team we've ever known. We are in our second year here, and have nothing to complain about. Great location, conveniently located to multiple shopping sources, pet friendly, immaculate, well manicured lawns, safe, friendly community and always the feeling of coming "home". This community is beautifully maintained. The staff goes out of there way to make you feel almost as if you were family. They do a great job of keeping up with maintenance requests, caused by wear tear associated with an older facility. This is a great place to live!

This is a great place to live. Everyone else I spoke to from other communities also do not have their carpet cleaned when their lease renews like we do. My daughter lived here 10 years ago and brought me here when I got a job in the area and moved here so I would live in a safe, nice place.

Wonderful and nice. Staff is very professional and always available. Rent is reasonable and very comparable to other complexes. Maintenance personnel are always professional and always try to fix everything immediately. I will miss living in Jacksonville.

Do not rent here. Management is more concerned with how many apartments are rented than the quality of the people who rent them. This used to be a nice place to live but has gone down in every aspect over the last year. The only nice thing I can say is that the staff is courteous even if they are in effective. I used to feel safe here living alone. I no longer feel that way.

As a long term tenant, for the most part, the Paddock Club has been a great community to live in. Maintenance has been quick to resolve most issues and the staff are friendly and polite. Quiet and well located in the city

The community is nice, the location is ideal for getting to and from the naval base near by. The nearby interstate offers very minimal road noise. Close to most needs you could have. The staff is great and very willing to help anyone out. I am very happy since I have moved here.

Maintenance does Good job - I just wish we would get a text/email when complete/comments from the staff. The noise in the apartments is ridiculous-I am constantly hearing the people above me walk around, and the people below me bang on my floor/their ceiling when I walk around my apartment after 9 pm. I have never had an apartment where I could hear people walking-that is unacceptable/the buildings should be improved.

Very Satisfied with where we chose to live. The apartments are very spacious. The wood burning fireplace makes the apartment feel more like a home and is perfect for those colder nights. The residents are friendly and considerate. The office staff is excellent.

A great value, the price per square foot is amazing. We needed a 3 bedroom apt for under 1300/mo. The location and surrounding neighborhoods are also a plus. The access to 295 and 95 provide a quick way to get to the beaches, Downtown, the Baldwin Trail, Town Center, and shopping needs -all within 30 mins depending on traffic.

Love our apartment,Staff is nice. Amenities are great and the grounds are kept well. However, they should clean the breezeways more often due to many WASPS nests and spiders. Also, Lighting at clubhouse and the gate needs to be fixed. Also, some of the residence need to be re-evaluated or at least warned. When the gates did work but people kept running and breaking the guard poles, instead of waiting for the gates to open, they would fly into the outbound gate (guard post broke) and since they don't pay attention, I was almost hit by a car a few times, or when I am backing out of my parking, residence don't pay attention, they are all about speeding out of the neighborhood.

I just moved in. The community is very nice, well maintained, and quiet. It is in a nice area with good local necessities within a close range. The office staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The community has a number of perks, including exercise room, a tennis court and gated parking.

This is a great place to live. The staff is really nice and friendly. I had a big item delivered to the office and Tracy in the office helped me carry it out and helped me put it on my car. They are always willing to help. The maintenance guys are just as friendly and helpful. I would have to say this is a great place to live. no bugs, no mold and no issues. Its a little expensive but you get what you pay for. Definitely worth it.

Maintenance of exterior safety/security lighting very poor. Numerous outages get reported with little or NO action taken. This includes area lighting at both the entrance as well as in/on the buildings themselves. Routine maintenance requests are met with varying degrees of attentiveness. Very "iffy", with spotty followup.

Had a bad experience when I moved in. My car was towed although legally registered in the state of Fl. Other than that the communit has been fine although apats are overpriced for the quality they offer. Kitchen has old style appliances etc...

Nice staff, small quiet community. Enjoying. Would like to see monthly activities/events for the residents. Would like a speed bump placed prior to pool entrance in parking lot for enhanced safety of children and residents. Overall, nice place.

I like the location of the community. The grounds are always clean. All of the common areas are alwayd maintained well and in good condition. I was not fond of the previous property manager Jennifer and how she spoke to the residents re: issues. Direct quote "we are not responsible for the way residents act. We are not the police this is not our problem". Jennifer was a HORRIBLE property manager. Better response time to a fire alarm would be great. It took over 2 hours for the fire alarm to finally be turned off after the fire alarm was pulled by someone.
