I just moved in and I am very please. People and staff are friendly, it is quiet, in a great neighborhood and the complex has great bonus features! Super close to disney which is great for anyone who works there, or for anyone who has kids! Plus the discount for disney workers is an awesome perk!

The apartments are beautiful, the staff is great, and the location is excellent. However, maintenance requests can take up to three days if answered at all, and you cannot pay your rent by credit card without an excessive fee of $25.00 per payment.

The staff have always been subpar apart from the maintenance staff who are typically very helpful - especially Jose. The place use to be clean but is not filthy. We always see cop cars with lights on in the complex which leads us to believe it isn't he safest. Other residents throw garbage, cigarettes, and even whole sandwiches and pizzas on the stairs and in the grass. There's lots of dog poop everywhere and half the gym machines are always broken.

The complex has gone downhill since the new management has taken over. The grounds are not as well taken care of (dying plants, long grass, trash left for weeks, dog poo all over, lightening being left broken for weeks ). Maintenance takes even longer now to show up. Buildings on the outside look worn and dirty. I used to recommend this place and now I no longer do, and will be looking for somewhere else to live once my lease is up.

the apartment is everything i had dreamed and more. needing a change in my life, i am finding it here at Bella. the property is well managed by a friendly and helpful staff.the grounds are kept beautiful day and day out.the lighting is ample making me feel safe. lots of parking near my unit.

Nice and cozy apartments. There isn't always the a lot of parking next to most of the buildings, but the building on the back have row have more than enough parking. The neighbors are really nice and don't seem to be up late partying with loud music. its a really clean and safe feeling community.

It used to be great until Milestone took over, the grass was not mowed for weeks, they supposedly have a list of aggressive breeds but we are full of pitbulls however because my son comes over with a husky we received a violation...found this very upsetting as there are 2 more huskys actually living in the property and one of them keeps running away and running wild.

Like other residents, I was concerned about Bella Apartments now under new management. Bella has been my home for over two years. Our new community manager greeted me at the office. She was professional, kind, and empathetic in assisting me with a noise disturbance in my building. During the recent Community Awareness Meeting, she was enthusiastic and connected with resident issues and suggested solutions for pool / gate security, property appearance / landscaping, and maintenance. This assured me of her commitment to the future of Bella as a luxury property and my satisfaction as a resident who truly enjoys living here

Bella has always felt like home. Sadly under new management it lost that warm and fuzzy feeling. I wish the manager was more approachable. The residents have become gossips and this could be avoided if the manager took charge and was more friendly.

We like the location of our unit because it is in the back which is much quieter and has less traffic. It has been a peaceful place to live. Our apartment was very clean when we moved in, and we like the fact there is plenty of parking. So far so good.

This place is great but the exterior hallways are covered in spiders and that's awful. Michelle has been wonderful in helping us but if I just put in a standard maintenance request it goes unanswered. The balcony wood could also use to be stained or refinished also but that is minor.

If the rental prices came down, I would have renewed my lease so I wouldn't have to go through the hassle of moving. In my opinion, the apartment, amenities, property and surroundings are not adequate for the amount of money I pay in rent each month.

Our experience in this community has been very pleasant so far. The complex is very nice and well kept. The new management has stepped up and really started improving the appearance even more. Maintenance responds in a very timely manner which makes life easier.

Where should I begin...? Don't judge a book by it's cover? True! Walking trail is a joke! It stinks of rotten water and it's full of mosquitoes. Playground is so small and dangerous. Pet park is another joke. Just a piece of grass fenced in and one bench. Pool is filthy. Water stinks. Inside the pool, you can see green stuff on the bottom. The gym's door is being locked by residents from the inside so other residents can't go inside. People take over the two tv's that are outside in the club house. You will end up paying a lot of rent and won't be able to enjoy the "amenities" that this community "offers". Maintenanceâ?? won't even fix things the right way.

This is horrible place to call home. Noise is extreme, you can hear everything from your neighbors besides, and upstairs. This place has paper walls with poor insulation and cheap building materials. My apartment was infected with roaches, really nasty and uncontrollable. Management doesn't care and do nothing about your concerns and complaints. They forge and change contracts to make you pay outrageous amounts when you leave the place. I left the apartment super neat and clean and still didn't refund my deposit. Too much money for that junk. Pets poops anywhere, even in front of your porch. Younger crowd too nosy. MY ADVISE..DO NOT RENT HERE!!! YOU WILL REGRET

I moved in here April of 2014 and I have to say it was a wonderful place to call home. The grounds always looked nice and there were lots of activities. The old manager Ken was awesome. A new management company purchased the property and it's not the same. The grand feeling is gone. Presently this place has gotten ------!! They let anyone move in. It went from quiet to people driving by with loud music in their car to yelling in the parking area. The last few months living here has been the pits within my apartment with noise level. The people upstairs from me are noisy. It's constant noise. That's what happens when you build apartments out of timber wood and no real insulation. One year ago I gave this place Bella two thumbs up and recommended to friends. Today, two thumbs down and a strong no.

We moved to this apartment a few weeks back from out of state. We were on vacation prior of moving to Florida and decided to check different apartments in the area, but none couldn't compare to Bella. The grounds were beautiful and still are, people were courteous to us and gave us good feedback about the place. So we decided to apply and got in with no problems. The leasing agent as well as the other agents treated us with respect and helped us every step of the way to make this move pleasant. It's apartment living. You will have neighbors above, under, and besides your apartment. I do hear like the noise of the water pipes when a toilet is being flush or a shower is being turned on. But the noise that it produces it's almost non existent. As of parking space, there's plenty. Haven't had any problems finding a parking space. We also have a partial view of the fireworks at Animal Kingdom. The apartment is spacious, rooms are big, kitchen is beautiful and has a lot of counter space. The balcony is a big space. You can easily put a dinning table with four chairs and still have space to move around. The community seems quiet and peaceful. Overall is a great place to live. We love it.

Moved in when Bella was new! 8/18/2010 Loved everything about the property . But as the years passed it became evident that it was going downhill. No one follows the pool rules and many who use the pool don't live at Bella. If you offer amenities you should keep them in working order ie: the grills. It has be one over run with loud and belligerent people. We had to move out early due to some personal issues and we're hit with a bill of over $2200.00!!!! We expected fees, but the cost of some of paint and carpet cleaning was astronomical! I would not suggest this complex when there are so many to choose from.

I am a current resident and have lived here for nearly three years. At first, I loved this apartment but recently has taken a drastic turn. They started out with a very community feel and it truly felt like home. However, now every corner you turn there is blaring music or possible criminal activity. The pool is beautiful, but rather than being just for residents has become an unsupervised kissimmee community pool. I am currently sitting at the pool and see people just reaching over the gate to open it rather than using the key constantly. There are people smoking and drinking in the pool. It seems as though families from other apartment complexes drive and use the amenities Bella residents pay for and abuse them. The grills are constantly left on or broken. The beautiful terrace with tvs is constantly overtaken by one large group. It is truly sad after recommending this complex to several friends to see it take a complete 180 degree turn. They claim there is an on call courtesy officer, but I have never received the number or have never seen him other than at 10 pm to close the pool. I feel things would change drastically with a stricter entry process to the pool. Simply building a taller gate that you can't reach over would also work. The "courtesy officer" needs to become a more proactive employee for this community to return to the top notch apartment I originally moved into.
