Nice and close to work
I moved in last year and love it here! I have never seen an apartment complex have regualr happy hours with free drinks or host as many activities as this place does. I especially enjoy the patio decorating contests because I have a really crazy schedule and it's something I can do on my own time. We should have more of those. This is deffinatly an active place. There are always people out by the pool and always something going on, but that's why I like it. It you're looking for a slow, ordinary place to live, this is probably not for you. I work at Disney so it's one of the more convient places I've found to live at to get to and from work. Sometimes you get stuck waiting to turn on 192 for a few minutes when traffic is bad, but it's usually not too long. I don't what people are talkign about by the office staff being rude. I've always found them to be very nice and helpful. I have noticed that the office does all seem to be very attractive young women in the office, so maybe people are just jealous or don't like dealing with attractive people. I think if you are nice to them then they are nice to you. But maybe some people think you have to be mean to get what you want or maybe some people just think it's fun to be mean to other people. Either way, I think this place is pretty great. The rent is pretty cheap and it has elevators. I already renewed my lease.

More like Hella
I have lived here for a year and I have disliked every passing day. On moving day the office, more specifically --------- (who happens to be family member of an owner) messed up my contract. On to the actual apartment: The walls are so thin that I can hear my neighbors alarm clock, his wife's personal sessions / lover in the house, the husband arguing with his wife, his music, and his wife talking to her lover outside in the hallway (which I laugh at every time I see the husband). The floor shakes whenever I walk and I'm only 185lbs. Further, I can hear every conversation from people walking down the side walk adjacent to the building. Now, please note that I am not complaining about my neighbors, they are not excessively loud. The walls are that thin. I bet my neighbor can hear me when I flush the toilet. The carpet in the apartment is very cheap, after three weeks there was no fluff to it. Now on to the absolute problem; the water pressure. The pressure is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have lived in buildings before and compared to bella apt water pressure my other place had the pressure of a water fall. In the morning the pressure is so bad that if I point the nozzle towards the opposite wall, the water barely reaches about half the tub (its a 4.5 foot long tub). It takes an eternity to rinse off the soap and shampoo of the hair; I say that the pressure is equivalent to that of a 3rd world country. Yet, to this day the office has not rectified the problem and claims that its the city's fault, yet there are plenty of restaurants around the area and they do not complain about the their pressure. There is a major pest problem, for some reason ants are always present. I tracked them and they are coming from the ceiling. We have complained to management and they have yet to spray the facilities. I do have to say that the maintenance personnel are fantastic, even though one of them hits on my gf every day when she leaves for work. You will get the best results if you talk to them directly, this being because the office girls can't remember what color underwear they have on. Don't move here!!!! Instead of lowering the rates they take the extra money and throw parties almost every month, complete with an MC and everything. Yes, I can hear everything the MC is saying and every song, even while I'm watching TV. This place is the equivalent of a college community (my previous residence). To finish off, I can guarantee you that they will attempt to delete this post but I will be posting this same review every week. The people in the front office are by far the ------- in town (for exception of the head manager, she's ok). The most frustrating part is the lack of professionalism of the ---------- s that they hire. It seems like you are bothering them whenever any resident has a question. I bit of a hint to management, FIRE YOUR ---- STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE USELESS!!!!!!!!!. Overall the apartment sucks and the staff is --------------------------.

So far so good
I moved in here about a month ago and so far I really like it. The maintence is good and everything else seems good as well. There are a few people who do not clean up after their dogs which is disgraceful to those that do clean up after their animals. Parking is never an issue and it is pretty quiet here. I feel safe and secure. The office staff does have an heir about themselves, but I just give it back. There are a few nice ladies in the office, but most of them are just trying to hook up, and do not dress professionally. There is lots of traffic in the area so getting to I-4 is usually a nightmare. I would recommend this place, but with a few tidbits in the form of cautions.

Why
I just moved into my apartment recently. I have to say maintenance is very good they are quick to come if there is any problem. I feel safe in this apartment great security. The pool also is a great place to relax and unwind and get a great tan. Really enjoy the happy hours they have at this apartment. However the only problem I have with this apartment is the office staff. The girls are very rude and snobby. If you have a problem they never write it down. They treat you like you are more of a bother then anything. I would love to tell my friends about this place but they would walk away just due to the office staff. They really need to clean house. These girls in the office spend more time trying to hook up and get guys numbers then actually help. If you are interested in this apartment just brace yourself for the b**ches.

Just touring this property was a NIGHTMARE
I toured the property and let me tell you, I have never in my life met such rude "I don't give a crap about you" staff. I wasn't greeted by anyone when I walked in and I had even called ahead (no, I didn't walk in looking like a slob.) Wasn't given a tour of the pool area, etc, just taken straight to the apartment. The sales agent couldn't have acted more bored and treated me like I was a nuisance, interrupting her obviously busy day of staring at the wall. I felt so uncomfortable. There is nothing "luxury" about these apartments. When I saw the website, I was so excited to tour the property because they made the apartments look very metropolitan and high end. NO. not the case. The apartments were literally right on top of each other, very little space between buildings, lots of loud people and the parking spaces looked really really small. When we went back to the office, some guy came in to ask a question and she was SO RUDE! She said something to the affect of "I have no idea what you are talking about can't you see I'm busy." Ouch. Felt bad for the guy, he looked embarrassed. I took the info she gave me to be polite but have absolutely no intention of moving there....ever. Save a trip, not worth it.

Really great apartments, but most of the staff needs to be trained in customer service 101
PROS: Great apartments, nice amenities. Very clean grounds, beautiful interiors. Elevators in all buildings. CONS: Staff doesn't know what customer service is. Staff feels the need to be right and know-all 100% of the time. Staff doesn't know how to listen and instead cuts you off to answer you before they even know what you're going to ask.
