I am a returning tenant. I chose to live here at Bella because of location. The staff has been helpful and accomodating. ----- has been an exceptional staff community leader and her cheerfulness and dedication shows amoung her staff. Happy to be back.

The experience has been good for me. I've been here for two years, however am moving due to traffic to and from work. The Complex is nice and kept well. I haven't had to deal too much with the staff since I haven't had many issues. No complaints. Thanks.

A beautiful community complex, good attention from the Management Team, clean areas, lot of parking spaces (wide enough for your vehicle), easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, highways (US 27, HWY 429) and roads. I recommend it.

it is a great community...its very clean. Very nicely maintained. I have a suggestion about the painting. I like the amenities here. But the rent while we renew the lease is little high. Otherwise everything is good. we are happy to live here.

I enjoy living here and the amenities provided. The office staff is very accommodating and cordial. If I have one complaint its the lack of tenant parking on the weekends if you arrive home after midnight. Must do better job for the residents who pat there money to live there.

I have not experienced any problems living in this community, It's location is central to many attractions and businesses but its setting feels like a quiet suburban neighborhood . The pool area needs updated furniture and fitness center needs new free weights and machines.

Bella is a very clean, quit, conveniently located community. There are a nice mix of families and young adults. I would highly recommend the Bella Apartments Homes to anyone willing to spend a moderate price on rent to get excellent amenities, a clean apartment and a beautiful, quiet neighborhood!

Overall nice place to live. Clean and spacious and maintenance is very good (when you work directly with the staff, not the maintenance manager who does inspections. She was in and out so fast I didn't get to ask about a few issues.) The biggest problems I have are pool use and FLEAS. I notice a lot of unsupervised children in the pool who make it hard for the rest of us to enjoy. I know this is hard to deal with, but since we can have constant notes about dog poo (a serious problem, especially from some folks with seriously large dogs) a note about respectful pool use would be nice. Also the pest control boxes work well for spiders and mosquitos but something really needs to be done about the fleas. I am on my third round of fleas having used every remedy on the market and with both pets on flea control meds. I have even done a fogger in the house. Yet the dog keeps coming home from walks with fleas. I've checked over the apartment several times and can't find bugs or eggs, and my thought is they are coming from the grass. The pest control team needs to put down a flea and tick repellent on the grass. They work wonders. I have done my own little yard and patio area but we seem to bring them home from walks. You can tell that management is trying very hard to improve the community (and build a sense of community) but a few tweaks and it could be even better.

So far with the new management it has been less than satisfactory. Some staff in the office are rude but others like ----- are fantastic. I don't feel it is right that the rent was raised so high either. I think a little more concern for your Tennant's and less concern about everything else you would have for much happier tennants especially when the previous management was so understanding.

I left a review on this site a month and a half ago. I did not see it listed on the reviews, so apparently Milestone only puts up the reviews it wants to, so you aren't really getting accurate reviews when you look on this site. With good reason, this place stinks. Dog poo everywhere, I stepped in it on the way back from the pool. I no longer go to this pool after being run out several times by drunk, belligerent folks, who may or may not be residents, out drinking and partying at the pool, and with small children running around that they are not watching! The apartment is okay, but for what you get, along with amenities that are subpar, it is definitely not worth what I pay in rent. If you go to the office to complain, they just say okay, thanks for letting us know, and then absolutely nothing gets done. They have a lot of rules here that are supposed to make it safe and enjoyable for everyone, but no one is enforcing those rules, therefor, people do what they want. At certain times of the month, there is an apartment that smells like a skunk for a couple of days, strong weed is being processed there. We have to pass background checks to live here, I thought that was great, I felt safe, but knowing we have drunks and drug dealers living here does not make me feel safe at all. I will not be renewing my lease, I wish I had only signed a 7 month lease instead of 13 months, then I could move out sooner. The only good thing about this apartment complex is the maintenance guys. They respond quickly, they are very friendly, and they get the job done.

I moved out in recent weeks, so I'll give you my take. Pros: - The maintenance guys are really nice and get things done right the first time. - The apartments are decent and big enough. We had a two bedroom and it was plenty of space for us. - The location is good if you're going to be working at Walt Disney World. Cons: - There are a lot of trashy people who live in this complex. People are frequently out on their balconies at 2 and 3 AM talking and yelling loudly and playing loud music. Don't bother telling the front office - nothing gets done about it. - Valet trash + trashy people = the breezeways for the apartment entrances have become disgusting. People leave trash bags wide open. We have a trash compactor up at the front, but it's usually completely full, if not overflowing onto the sidewalk. - The breezeways have spiders everywhere and I had mosquitoes constantly swarming around my front door. AND WASPS. WASP NESTS EVERYWHERE. Also, the grass is infested with fleas. I asked the apartment about spraying, they told me I could pay to have my apartment sprayed and that was it. - Pool is always overrun with people who don't even live in the complex. - Elevators break frequently. Any major storm, they go out. Complain to the office and they'll remind you that you can't withhold rent for broken elevators, even if you never threatened to. - There are dog poo bag stations everywhere yet no one seems to use them. - Lawn maintenance has been iffy. The grass was almost a foot high and when it was finally cut, they left lawn trimmings all over the sidewalks and in the breezeways and didn't clean it up. - New management/office staff - meh. They rotate in and out faster than you can say "hello". Some of the new leasing agents are absolutely clueless. I've called with questions and been told flat out "Uh, I don't know, can I get someone to call you back?" and never received a return call. - The rent increases too much year to year, with no increase in quality. I started out at a little over $1000 a few years ago and when I got my renewal notice early this year, it was at almost $1300. Bella isn't terrible, but it's not "luxury". I would rate Bella as average and overpriced. If you're a Disney cast member making enough to live here, it's not the worst you can do in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend this place, and I certainly didn't stay here for another year.

I truly feel as this apartment complex has gone way down as far as the new management /owners took over. I do not feel we get our money's worth what we pay to live here. Things need to seriously change, Also the dog poop around the complex. Tenants need to be stiffly fined for not cleaning up after their animals.

Bella is a very nice apartment complex. I just hoe they don't increase our rates so much that we will have to be forced to leave. We have been very good and quiet tenants over the years and it would be a shame to leave what we have come to call home...

We have lived at Bella for almost three years. The views are amazing! We can see the fireworks from Magic Kingdom, EPCOT and Hollywood Studios! Plus, many mornings we are in the flight path of hot air balloons! Another bonus, the maintenance staff is fantastic!!! We haven't had too many issues, but they were always fixed quickly and friendly.

In 2011 was a perfect complex and I was happy to have found my "home". Since the property was sold a few months ago it has all gone down the drain and really fast. Complex no longer mow the outside areas weekly, snakes hide in the grass, the pond Is usually covered in white and green foam, the pool is disgusting towards the end of the week, there are spiders and wasp nests all over the entrance and breezeways are super dirty and never ever cleaned. They said it must be requested. Elevators have not worked for weeks and they refuse to reply to the tenants requests and pretty much said to get legal aid if wanted. Poop bins are not emptied and smell horrible with poo bags overflowing. They have also decided to start charging for pest control, raise the rents by hundreds and charge 2 service fees for garbage pick up. I have paid the same amount and after the sale of the complex they said it was not specific on the contract and I am now paying an additional $30+ not to mention that they now bill you for the water and the fees have doubled even though I still use the same or less water and there is no water pressure. The office staff take your requests for service but do not submit them or reply to your calls or emails. I canceled a garage months ago and they are still trying to charge me. ----- is completely disrespectful and likes to pick on tenants that complaint. Also canceled community events and workout classes. They say they have animal restrictions but have pit bulls everywhere... I don't care but they only pick on you and give you violations if you complain about anything. I addressed the reviews online and they simply said "they are posted by people we deny renewal" NOT TRUE... I am not even close to renewal and I am ready to leave. Also there are a lot of drugs and when you call the courtesy officer to report people outside smoking pot they tell you to call the cops and do not come out and most of the times do not even answer the phone. the gate is also broken or simply left open 80% of the time and sometimes will not open for you even with a code or remote so you are locked out of your home. IF YOU WANT A SAFE, CLEAN HOME AND RESPECTFUL AND HONEST STAFF... STAY AWAY FROM BELLA/ MILESTONE MANAGEMENT.

We committed to a lease of which's terms were contradictory of that which was explained upon move out.The stipulations were clearly outlined with a leasing specialist. It seems that upon issuing, the terms were misunderstood by the lease specialist. She had explained to us terms of the lease, but it was not properly executed in the leasing contract. Essentially, a misrepresented lease is what we were duped into. Because of this... We were bribed by management to remove a bad review (which stated true facts), or we were not to receive our Pro-rated rent which was $2096. Upon the approaching move out date, we verified a a few times how many days notice we need. Later we are told that we do not receive the remaining 25 days of prorated rent because we did not give amble move out notice (we did, as per information they provided 4+ times). Angry, a tenant on the lease wrote a review,a TRUE review. It included issues with the apartment complex. Due to the timing of the review, ----- was to assume that the review was written by one or both of us. -----, was made aware of her employee's shortcoming on executing a proper lease, & was working with us on resolving the issue to get the full $2096 back. Weeks go by, & when I follow up ,I am told that I am not to receive the money owed because I have yet to remove the review posted (Mind you, two separate adults are on this lease, & one's actions should not impact the other.)I reiterated what was being said to me to by -----, "I need to change a review to get my money, isn't that bribery" & indeed, that is what was expected of me.I complied just to get my money,& I wrote a phony review about my appreciation for the management teams' effort. After all, this phony review was required of me to obtain MY $. This was unprofessional and unheard of.My $ was held hostage in exchange for her to look good to her boss?!I understand that a lease was signed with unclear terms of which were contrary to that of which was explained to us, and that's something I will take a small amount of responsibility for.The rest of the responsibility remains with -----, & them allowing ill equipped "specialist" to draw up leasing contracts.I have a multitude of e-mails proving what we were TOLD our lease was. Only to be told months later that its totally different terms. All the while, the reservation sheet we have explained that we were on a month to month basis all along because they charged the $100 extra per month for this. Either way, ----- wronged us. They either tried to not honor that (I do believe perhaps that was to take place after X amount of months, not all along), OR they just wrongfully charged an extra $100 all along. When it came time for ----- to furnish the information to argue with me, they did not have the most current and accurate papers to furnish. However, I did, though nobody seemed to want to see it? Also, upon reservation we were explained to be receiving a corporate unit. The reservation sheet verified CORPORATE as well as many e-mails with specialist.Once we moved in, we discovered more then half of the Corp amenities were not in the apartment. When asked about this, I was told that she misused the word and is fairly new to -----.Rent remained the same cost, despite the amount of amenities no longer being offered.I agreed to a (at the time) $2500 rental BECAUSE of the amenities, which were non existent. Throughout our stay, all employees continued to refer to our unit as Corporate. This included stuff such as a king size bed, flat screens in all bedrooms, pull out sofa, DVR, etc. I have in the past much appreciated the staff. I did appreciate their efforts to quickly resolve issues. If it were not for this bribery, I'd have considered a "nicer" review. The un-organization is careless. ----- presented a print out to one of us with a statement of $100 difference on the 1st month we were there. We saved canceled checks, so it didn't affect us as it would had we not have.I imagine that this disorganization is bc of the apt being bought by Milestone, they didn't keep existing information within their system. This is foolish,& is going to result in a lot of issues if people are diligent enough to notice.I'm just an incredibly detailed person, so not much goes unnoticed. I believe ----- is a nice person, but her method of management is unorthodox and unprofessional. I get mixups happen, but this was one full of evidence and explanations that she would not even take the time to listen to. Rather, she presents me with a bribe so that she can look good, rather than just saying 'Hey this was all just a big mess, let's work it out ETHICALLY'. For that alone, I would never recommend ----- apartments to anybody. Ethics goes a long way.

i was concerned with milestone purchased bella and most of the staff disappeared. fortunately Karen remained and is invaluable to you. she took car of everything for us. the bella maintenance crew was great but yours is equally great. I reported the bike in the workout room broken several times. i didnt use the bike daily but it seems it was never repaired properly or it's dead. the facilities are wonderful.

the level of noise is way to high.there is nothing in the walls or celling to reduce the level of noise. the type of renters has gone down quite a bit since I have moved in.For the cost to rent it is not who you would be living here. This is suppose to be an upscale apt. complex and is no where near that
