Bella Apartment homes are infested with cockroaches and insects. When you complain about it the staff blames you. And when you keep complaining they kick you out. bugs everywhere in every apartment. It's infested and needs to be condemned. terrible staff and managers. worst complex ever

I have lived here for just about 4 years. It is a wonderful complex. The staff is always friendly and happy to help. The amenities are nice and the gated community provides and additional feeling of being safe. Happy to call Bella my home.

It's a place where everyone will call home. It has everything a family needs. The place is beautifull. It's a great community. It has supermarkets, supercenters, stores, restaurants and schools close by. It has a great pool area, and it's a pet friendly place.

Great place to live! Quiet and wonderful getaway from a busy city. Love the rubber track and my dogs enjoy the dog park. We love the amount of storage and our high ceilings too. The staff and maintenance are very helpful and friendly and they work hard to make this a safe and happy environment. These apartments quickly become a home and not just an apartment.

They're great apartments, the staff in the leasing office is helpful, the pool is really nice to have access to, it's 15 minutes from Disney (and can see Magic Kingdom fireworks from some places) and I've only experienced bad traffic on 192 around 4:30-6:30pm.

I've really enjoyed my time living at Bella over the last year and a half. Any complaint or issue I've had has been handled in a timely manner by friendly, professional and personable staff. The complex is nice and quiet and clean, I always see staff out cleaning and taking care landscaping and power washing. It makes me proud to live here when I see how much pride the staff takes in maintaining a quality complex and amenities.

Current Management treat people like Trash,will lie to you to your face or over the phone.Apt going down mgr. dosen't know what he's doing except to try to charge you for things you don't owe,and only interested to have affair with the 18 yr old girl in the office..Streets may look good but all they did was seal it not fixing holes or cracks..Petbulls are not allowed but their everywhere which breaks everyones lease who lives there,poop everywhere some spots smells like a zoo.POOL has never been completely empty and scrub since i've been there..All activities taken away.Gate open or broken most of the time.The reason you have a opening in the front office to the other room is the apt building in front of bella come over and tried to steal the computers,and the kids from there came over to fight the kids there,saw it from my friends balcony.. no police or sherrif came for that,.maintence mgr. goes into people private files which is against the law..nothing but problems with this management since it was sold drugs being solld by the mail boxes and at night by parking spots..

Please do not give this company your business. It took five days and three maintenance requests to get out air conditioner fixed. The office staff is unknowledgable and unhelpful. Multiple times maintenance would be done on our building or community amenities and we would be given no notice. Our apartment was infested in fire ants and we paid $30 for pest control monthly. The pest control either wouldn't come or wouldn't work. They tried to short us moving in on amenities promised such as gate keys. I have two cats and was supposed to be charged $30 monthly for them and never was (perk for me), but it shows how unorganized and incompetent the office staff is. The computer lab is promised as 24 hours and it is only open when office staff is there. Overall, my lease is up in a month and I can't wait to leave.

Absolutely wonderful! The maintenance team is very friendly and quick to respond. Both times I've encountered and needed them they've been very friendly and professional. The staff here always is friendly when they see me. Nick even remembers my name every time and greets me personally. It really makes a difference, even if it seems like something small.

Hello..I am a Bella apartment resident I live here for 10 months and I just renewed my lease because I love the place the apartments are clean pet friendly and I feel safe with my daughter and I love the apartments are big and nice no roaches no rats none of those creepy stuff. Management is always working to better to grounds in terms of people cleaning up after their pets following the rules and making sure the stairs and hallways are clean and pressure wash. I give it five star

Don't move here. The staff will try and convince you that this place is great, it's not. There's loud parties every night that the manager does nothing about. There's drug deals all night long, the gate never works so basically Anyone can come in and do whatever. The pool closes super early, not sure why they have pretty lights if you can't use it. The staff claims to have printers you can use but they never have ink. The ground is always covered in trash and the maintence people spend more time going to 7-11 on their golf carts than cleaning. There's also birds that live in your balcony pillars, they also squeak all day long. Pest control is non exsitant as I always have fire ants in my apartment which is cleaned almost every other day.

I have been here for almost 3 months. My daughter and I absolutely love it. We both enjoy the amenities the staff and the safe feeling. Glad to call this place home. The maintenance has been spot on. Nothing I could complain about.

Do not move here. Bella used to be a decent place to live but now with the new management they're awful. The first issue is the maintenance, I have filled out multiple work orders to have them fix my door, spray for the fire ants that are always around and multiple other things. They will say the issue is fixed but it never is. The other issues the stupid expensive "valet trash". The trash people start at 7:00pm and are normally done around 8:30-9:00pm. The person who does this is not quiet, he slams the trash bins after he takes the bag. The trash guy also drags the trash bags across the floor causing nasty trash bag juice to be outside your apartment and cause it to stink. Are the areas out side the apartment ever cleaned? nope! Theres gross brown liquid outside my apartment that has yet to be cleaned. The trash guy leaves trash that falls out of the trash bag and just leaves it around the complex, things like boxes, feminine products and the things. There has also been pine needles on the steps by my apartment for over a week, maintenance or anyone else has not done anything, if someone falls or slips that will be bad for bella. The outside area has a ton of fire ants, Bella will tell you they have bug people come and spray, but I haven't seen anyone for months. Take your hard earned money and live somewhere better that cares about what is going on and doesn't just look the other way.

Love the community. I had referred 2 others here before I moved in so when I was moving to the area it was the natural choice. The few minor work requests I have had were addressed immediately and resolved. The staff is extremely friendly and remembers residents names which amazes me. Complex is clean and well maintained and units are in good condition.

So, my wife and I have only been here for about 2 weeks. The staff is exceptional. Jennifer is a very good person that understands customer service very well. The other members of the staff are very friendly and cordial. I understand that it has only been 2 weeks so I can only review on the experience so far. This is very close to everything (although I do not know about the schools) and is very peaceful and quiet. The grounds are kept up very well and are modern. The pool area is very nice and the people in general are friendly. They have a walk trail that is awesome. Also, the unit we live in is very clean and in great shape. Thanks Jennifer for making us feel welcome and also to the rest of the staff. Please keep it up.

Well, well well, where do I start?. Well the last office manager was horrible so just a few weeks ago they replaced her with a new manager. So far the new manager stay in her office with her face in her computer. Doesn't really socialize with the residents. The office is under construction so maybe she is swamped with work. Also the office was absolutely amazing with the old leasing agents before they left, Great customer service and very family oriented. Now the new girls are HORRIBLE. From what I witnessed standing in the clubhouse. They just all let the phone ring with no cares in the world. That's why I had to walk to the office because no one answer the phone. The other day some one answered as if it was their house phone. Simply saying Hello..... hello..... I had to look to make sure I dialed the right number. They get frustrated when residents walk in. Mean while they are sitting in the back office eating cookies and chips and chatting. Phones ringing, no one cares, when tenants walk in here goes the attitudes. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. They do not welcome you to the community , offer you to have a seat, absolutely NO SMILING.. it's very bad when you can tell they're having a bad day. But why take it out on the tenants and potential customers?. NEED NEW STAFF ASAP!!! THESE GIRLS WILL NOT LAST. OFFICE WILL CRUMBLE SOON. Do not like new staff. Looking for a new place to call HOME. We have a beautiful community. The new staff makes it ugly.

The apartments were nice when I moved in.. New management doesn't care. The hallways are disgusting! They haven't pressure washed in almost a year! The stairs are absolutely black from when the garbage guys drag the bags and everything leaks all over! The office always has a stick up their butts and act like you do not matter. I can't wait for my lease to be up.

Bella is a clean quiet place to live. The staff are friendly and professional. The maintenance department is great and will go out of their way to help you. My only concern is the front gate. The gate seems to break often leaving it open all night. Also, the key pad is in a horrible location making you have to get out of your car to key in your code.

I love living here. Good complex. Wonderful staff. Resident's here are respectful. I do find not many people pick up after their pets. Even though pet bag station's are plentiful throughout the complex.
