The grounds are kept very nicely, and the staff are very professional. The amenities are terrific, and the price range is relatively fair. I must say, however, that the apartments are very small. Also, many residents of Bella do not follow the rules of the community. For example, residents are not suppose to bring liquor, beer or glass bottles near the pool or sauna, but despite the rules being listed very clearly in the pool area, residents disregard it. I believe there should be an employee who works until 10 p.m, which is when the pool area closes, so he or she can supervise and monitor our grounds. Many residents take advantage when the office closes, and when the staff leaves to do as they please. Also, I believe that for the price we are paying, we should have the right to live peacefully. If you live on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd floor, and are lucky, you may live under a neighbor that considers others, and doesn't play their music or television sets too high. I believe that the level of noise should be controlled by management, considering that we are living in a community. There are a few apartment complexes that prohibits the resident from disturbing their neighbor, and is usually sent a notice or called by management when they do disturb their neighbor. There are also times where I visit the gym, and the radio is blasting music. The gym doesn't belong to just one person, it belongs to the community. I haven't complained to management yet, but these are the things that make me re-consider extending my lease, and not recommending Bella to other people. Management can do a much better job.

Bella is amazing and I love it. I see people complaint about stuff that is so dumb. Honestly Bella is the best place to live. The staff is awesome. Our leasing agent was ------------------ and he is so nice and took care of us. We even had a welcome package in our home when we moved in with wine. Im so happy we came here! Thanks BELLA

When we first moved to Bella we were impressed by the new construction and loved the amenities, especially the pool. The first few months were actually enjoyable then the tenants from hell moved in upstairs. I understand the property is near Disney and there will be many kids in the college program or young starting out but they would be up all hours of the night, not only partying, but moving furniture and out on the balcony just acting as if they were the only people that lived there. We complained to the office several times and only when giving our move out notice did these complaints get taken seriously. The construction within this community is a joke. You can hear your neighbor sneeze, cough and urinate- among other things. If you are not a considerate neighbor and watch your step it sounds as if you're doing jumping jacks. Now when I told the office this they said all apartments are made the same and that is just apartment living! Ummm, no it isn't. I have lived in several apartment communities here in Central Florida and have never dealt with such fixable issues yet gotten no help from the management. Upon moving in they give EXCELLENT customer service but once you sign that lease forget about it. Every other complex I have lived in has greeted you when you come into the office, even when they are busy. They would say, "Hello, we will be right with you". Not Bella! They will see you standing there with a rent check but COMPLETELY ignore you while they try to charm their next victim...I would've just moved on and forgotten Bella and their terrible service, poor construction and increasingly questionable tenants until last week when we got our Final Account Statement from Bella. It took our entire deposit plus $80 ? We have no children and no pets and the apartment was professionally cleaned. We left it cleaner than we got it so my boyfriend went to question Bella. First off, they say all objections must be in writing. He told them he was there to resolve it and that either they confused apartments or they are not honest. They charged for a tear in the carpet when there was none. They charged for painting when we didn't hang one picture!! They quickly agreed it was their mistake and said they had 26 apartment vacating the same time so they must've mixed up apartments!!?No wonder they won't do a walk through with the tenants! Can you say CROOKS? BEWARE Bella!!!!

Bella is highly overrated. It's loud. People are always drunk at the pool. There were some guys down there the other night and they were showing their PP's. In my time at Bella. I've seen PP's, -----, --------- and what have you not. It's like a gay porn. I'm sick of seeing buttons on fur coats, and most tools. That's nasty. The people above me are insomniacs they do not sleep. But they are very good at stomping in making noise 24 hours a day. There poorly built you can hear every little thing and you can hear people PPing in the toilet all the time. Not to mention the rent is as of the house. The police are extremely lazy. They don't take their calls it seems like because when I call nothing ever gets done. There's also obscene prostitution illegal sales of drugs. There's also gambling in the far southwest corner of the complex where the garages are. Inside one of them I saw people gambling over chicken fights. One of the apartments I know is being used as a porn studio by one of the porn companies in Miami. If your in to all this kinda stuff. Come on down to Bella! And when you report it be prepared to have somebody cocking attitude with you and look at you like you're in idiot.

Bella definitely deserves serious consideration. My young adult moved into Bella over a year ago, the first apartment after moving out of home. Very recently there was a serious issue with the apartment. The manager and assistant manager, -----------------, worked with all parties to resolve the issue with the apartment. They genuinely seem to care about having a comfortable and worry-free environment. During every visit I see something good about the property. Having lived for 8 years in an Orlando complex, it helps to quickly notice things. Landscaping, the clubhouse, pool, apartment amenities, trash collector, ample parking are just a few. At the end of the day, the residents who take pride in the property help make Bella a comfortable place as well. With the apartment issue, ----------------- could have had a taken a completely different approach. Instead they met with us on several occasions and found a workable solution. Residents and management working together can create great results. Hopefully ----------------- will stay at Bella. Central Florida has hundreds of apartment complexes. Their efforts to improve the property and work with the residents stands out from the rest. So if you're looking for an apartment, please give them a serious consideration.

Don't waste your hard earned money. Bella Apartments are the most overpriced apartments in the Disney area. Their advertisements show an abundance of great amenities but in reality the few that they do have are lame. Unless you like bingo and 80's movies in the clubhouse.

These people are completely untrustworthy and you will regret living here. If you're considering this place, put that thought out of your mind and go somewhere else. There are better places that don't come with the additional hassles. Thank GOD I only needed a short-term rental and I didn't stay here one night longer than I had to.

I just moved in and after 2 months am ready to move out. Good thing they don't show the apartments at night or the place would be empty. Drug dealers? It is obvious that they are here. Just the other morning police took a drug dealer out in handcuffs. Thank God there wasn't a gun battle. The office staff is useless unless you speak spanglish or appreciate people lying to your face. The place is only 2/3 full and they wonder why. My recommendation is to look elsewhere.

I can vouch for the fact that Bella is no longer a preferred place to live. Remember the saying "Beauty is only skin deep". That is Bella. On the outside it is beautiful but once you're stuck in a lease they treat you like crap. Lease up in January thank heaven for that. And I place all the blame on Management as they are putting all the money into their pockets instead of the complex.

The police are at Bella all the time, It's getting scary here, there are 15 sex offenders within a 3 mile radius of the complex, check it out your self googling Florida Sex Ofender Registry and doing a "neighborhood" search plugging in the address of the Bella. I'd be very careful about moving a family here.

This is a legitimate review. Why are all off the negative reviews attacked, Regardless I loved Bella but it has become a common apartment complex and is not worth th5e rent they charge. The tours and ads do not reveal what Bella has become. Look to Celebration area. Living here has become a living nightmare.

Hello everyone! I've lived at Bella Apartments for 2 1/2 years and have absolutely no desire to move. The office staff are wonderful at meeting all of our needs. I'm disgusted to see all the biased comments about a place I love living at and only hope the trouble makers that keep changing their identification and writing negative online reviews will just move out of here. I've referred several people to live here at Bella and everyone that has moved in is happy. So, if you have a chance, stop by and walk around the property so you can see how wonderful this place is. Unfortunately in this world everyone can't be pleased; I'm sorry Bella team as I know you're always doing your best to meet your resident's needs...you are doing a fantastic job! I wish people wouldn't purposely try to degrade others, but what can you do? A special thanks goes to Manager ----- who always goes out of her way to help residents in need. Such as taking a resident shopping when in need, taking a resident to the hospital when that person was in need and always sending "Get Well" cards when she hears that residents aren't feeling well. And especially for organizing a "Welcome Back" for a resident that was in the hospital for a long time. I remember the resident crying in joy when he returned home to find that Bella employees detailed everything in his apartment, from cleaning the carpet and buying the resident a new toaster oven. Thank you Bella team, you are the best! Sincerely, A truly happy Bella resident!

I lived in Bella from July 2011 until September 2012. The staff has always treated me with respect. I even requested documents of my cat from them and I received it (ID required). People need to understand that most of the staff is very polite and they address their issues. There is another complex named Bella that is in Orlando... Maybe they are confusing those together. People are also making ridiculous complaints. $250 pet deposit is NOTHING to complain about! My biggest complaint has nothing to do with the neighborhood itself, but that there is now a Flea Market down the road. I may actually move back!

All of the negative comments that everybody has been writing about the office staff are true. In late July a staff member called me and asked me if I was renewing my lease. I told them no as I was moving to Texas but would stay on a month to month basis until February. Yesterday a resident stopped by and asked me if I was me! She asked a maintenance person because a letter sent to me by the office had her address on it! I walked over later to ask when they received it and the address does not even exist. I emailed Bella very early this morning and have yet to get a reply by email or phone. How incompetent can they be to write a non renewal of lease letter and the manager signs it with the wrong address in the heading and in the body of the letter. I was leaving the Orlando area anyway but now just might not wait until February.. While I am posting this let me say that I walk miles upon miles around the complex every day I am in town with or without my golden retriever. If any of the residents who are going around saying I am posting negative comments all of the time and just generally spreading lies and innuendos about me come on and say it to my face if you have the balls. Oh I DO know who some of you are and a lot about you from my walks so don't even think of vandalizing my property like you did to the guy living across from the pool.

We are not receiving the service or amenties we were led to believe that we would receive when we moved in earlier this year. We can not take our dog to the pet park because it is a disgusting mess. And we do not feel safe walking our dog as she has been growled and snapped at by large agressive pitbull type dogs. We do not like football games or bingo but that is the only social activities they offer here. I work out a lot and the dance room is nice but the gym equipment is broken more than working and I do not use free weights. There are a lot of nice people here but lately a lot of shady people have moved in. There is no onsite security and the front gate is never locked and accessible by anyone at anytime. We have been looking around the area in anticipation of the end of our lease and there are many better and less expensive options available, especially on South I Drive which is also close to Disney.

It's a great day at Bella! They finally wised up and fired the activities director. One down one to go. They now need to fire the Assistant Manager and Bella might return to the nice apartment complex it was before these two ruined it with their lies, bad attitudes and incompetence. If they do that we might just renew our lease. As it is now we will not renew and that is a shame. Bella does have faults such as nasty dog park and dog owners, pit bulls allowed on property, bad tenants who were caught dealing drugs and soliciting, but overall it was a good place to live. Those two changed all of that but after 2 years we have had it since it will take a while to get back to where it was after they terminate the Assistant Manager. Also the ex activities director and her husband have been spreading rumors about certain individuals. I used to be her friend until she stabbed me in the back like she did so many others to get her position that she now got relieved from. Her husband has been spreading rumors on this site and in person blaming ------------------ men for all of the negative reviews and attacks. Obviously they are not computer literate enough to know that there can be only one review per IP address/gateway and device, so if someone tries to write a second review their last review gets deleted. I do know both of the men in question and know that one of them can't wait to have a chat with both of them and give them an attitude adjustment! Even with this change, I can not with a clear conscience give Bella a good review until a few more positive changes are made.

Where is the chili? We were promised chile at a cookoff on Monday but there was none provided. More lies by Bella staff. To truly appreciate Bella you must live here for awhile. When you tour make sure you ask about the break ins, the drug busts, the teen who was running the underage prostitutes or the oriental prostitutes who were busted? Wait until winter when it's full and the noise through the paper thin walls is unbearable. Wait until the people who live at Secret Lake Apartments next door come to the Bella pool and party all night. Check out the children using the hot tub as a kiddie pool and not wearing swim wear. Look at that broken gym equipment. Wait until you call for the courtesy officer and no one responds. Wait until they raise your rent by a few hundred dollars on your next lease. Wait until the roaches invade. Aren't those social activities just great? How about that beautiful dog park that doesn't have a lot of grass but does have piles of dog feces-ask your leasing agent to show you the inside, not just drive by. Wait until you ask the office for something. Go ahead and call the answering service for immediate service and see what happens. How about the dog feces everywhere except in the bags and trash bins? That computer room is great as long as you don't have to use it after 5PM. And the negatives go on and on. Do you think they show you the BAD Bella? Walk through the hallways that do not have models and see the trash, filth, dirt, wasp nests and eviction notices. PS. Section 8 low income housing approved! PS2 Does a real reviewer who ISN'T MANAGEMENT ever give all 5's? Seriously. Just like a real review isn't all zeros.

After reading all of the reviews for a few months, guess what? We decided to visit the property. We live in Missouri, but are trying to relocate to Florida for personal reasons. We have been checking on different apartments and their ratings. We've been following Bella apartments because its indeed a beautiful property. Well we were on vacation a few weeks back and decided to check Bella to see if what the reviewers were telling the true or not. When we got there the property looked more beautiful than the pictures. It is a gated community. We went there on Saturday late in the afternoon but the gates were closed. We waited for a while a saw some of the residents. We asked them questions about the place, and all I got were wonderful answers. A lady told us that she been living there for almost a year and that she loves it. Also spoke with a married couple and told us that they were living there only a few months and they loved it too. A third resident approached us and said the exact same thing. When we asked them about the negative reviews in this website they told us that it looks like there's a resident that have bad blood with one of the people that works in the office and that's why they are making these bogus complaints. After that we left and came back on Monday, the leasing agent showed us an apartment. OMG!! Beautiful! When you open the front door you feel like you are going into a house. The apartment is so big and spacious. The grounds are immaculate. Everybody seemed so friendly and nice. We fall in love with the property. It is good to read reviews but it's also better to check the place out for yourself. There's a lot of people that hide behind a computer and write a lot of lies just to get revenge on someone. We are so glad we did our research and went to take a tour of the property. But then again, this is my experience. I am writing this review because I want to let other people know that not all of the people that are here is telling the truth. This is a response for the last person who commented on my review "themarineman". I have to do it here because it only allows one response per person per review. I was there on August 5th. Talk to a leasing agent that -----------. I was there with my husband and four kids. Now go ask the leasing office, oh and we were driving a pick up truck. We talk to residents on Saturday late afternoon if you must know. I walk throughout the property and didn't see no filth as you describing. Remember, you are living in an apartment. Right now where I live I can here my neighbors flushing the toilet. That's normal. That's what people call apartment living. You don't want to hear noises, rent a house. As for giving you my email here it is: djarimendez@aol.com And about your comment, let me tell you, it only shows that you are a vindictive person. I am not going to argue with you. I don't have time for that. I do have a right to write what I saw in my visit to Bella Apartments. People should go and see for themselves and make their own conclusions. p.s. If there's eviction on their doors, maybe its because they cannot afford the place. Also we call the police department in Kissimmee, FL to ask about the area and the apartment and we were told that Bella was one of the quiet apartment complexes they have in their area. If you want you can call them yourself.

The biggest jokes are the community activities. We walked down to the Chili Cookoff and lo and behold there was NO CHILI! There was some salsa, chips and shriveled overcooked hot dogs but no chili. There were 2 Bella employees and 4 other people. I'm sure the person who is putting these things on will brag about the great turnout. Replace this useless person already. They have taken Bella to new lows.

Biggest joke near Disney! We got a chain letter from the new manager saying that she is always available to help. We went to the office 3 times to discuss a problem with our apartment, yet all 3 times she was not available. The one time we could see her sitting in her office drinking coffee and laughing with another office employee through her window. Lies stacked upon lies. Love how her responses to these ratings is to come and see her. Sorry tenants-not available! More and more tenants are leaving every week and soon we shall join them. The number of rented units is almost as low as the rating on this site! Wonder why? First they promise to keep the noise down and lock the pool area at 10, yet people are in pool at midnight and gates are unlocked. The few times they are locked people jump right over them. Courtesy officer is non existent. Don't let your pet into the dog "park" or it and you will catch a disease or be covered in fleas. The bald headed maintenance man either doesn't speak English or he is the most ignorant person working here. We went to ask him a question and he looked at us and ignored us as he kept walking. And he did hear us! Can't forget to mention that the SINKHOLE THAT SWALLOWED A RESORT BUILDING is less than a mile from here at Summer Bay Resort. Quite a few windows and glass doors have shattered here from these buildings shifting. One night we thought our place was being broken into but it was a glass door across the street shattering. One further comment. Although we do not frequent the pool area often, when we do we can't help but overhear the gossip and the vile remarks from a group of people that includes the woman we believe is the new social planner.

Pet friendly? Yes. Owner friendly? Not so much. My biggest problem with this apartment complex came from management. During the year that I lived there, my dog passed away. Upon adopting another dog, I was informed that I would have to pay YET ANOTHER nonrefundable pet deposit ($250 per pet) even though the total number of pets in my apartment NEVER CHANGED. I explained the situation and they were not understanding at all. I found it to be a ridiculously insensitive thing to do, and easily fixed on their part had they chosen to do so.

I usually don't write reviews but, have to in this case after reading all of the negative reviews...really? We moved from WI less than 4 weeks ago. I called many apartments & management companies in my research. I even reach out to 2 realtors hoping they would assist in finding a rental knowing we'd be a house sale in the future when we sell our house in WI. Bella was recommended by one of the realtors, ------- @ Bella was the most helpful. She went above & beyond, including assistance with school & daycare options. We rented the apartment sight unseen besides pictures on the Internet ...it was a scary feeling however, I'm very thankful it was all 100% accurate!! The office staff & maintenance reps are very friendly & helpful. You know how you can be in...say a restaurant & you can tell if the waiter/waitress likes their job by their attitude? The employees @ Bella are all very engaging & enjoy their job...right down to everytime I pass a maintenance person in my car, he waves. We've met some nice folks (of all ages) and my daughter has met some friends. I don't hear my neighbors, I work from home so that is very important that it's not a loud atmosphere. Honestly, I can't think of one thing to complain about. Ask my husband, I can be a picky person & I'm satisfied here. I love the pool & hot tub, the walking trail with recycled tires is great to walk on. I haven't used the exercise room only because my daughter has 2 hours of cheer 3 days a week so I walk on the track. It's a pet friendly place & I don't hear dogs barking either. My recommendation comes highly for Bella apartments!!!! Most important, I feel my family is safe here!
