I enjoy living in this apartment complex and appreciate how well-maintained the grounds are. The pools and gyms are clean, accessible, and add great value to the community. The maintenance team is readily available and meets expectations for upkeeping your unit. However, there are a few ongoing issues. The entrance gates frequently malfunction, which can be frustrating, and the clubhouse is not accessible despite being included in the rent. Parking near certain buildings can also be limited during peak times. Overall, it's a nice place to live, and with improvements, the experience would be even better.

Great apts and the service office and employers very caring and respectful. If your gonna diced coming to milla I am very recommend , for anybody, that's clean , honest, respectful, and super super nice place , just need more opinion and more control with peooles stay here to broken plates , pool and GYM many people aren't have a education and respectful.

Mila is an amazing, gorgeous and safe place to live in. Apartments have patios and baconies with beautiful views. Staff is friendly and attentive. They act quick when something needs to be fixed. I highly recommend it.

Report of noise

I’ve been living in this apartment complex for 1 year and 4 months, and I’ve been dealing with a serious noise issue since September. Every single morning from 7 AM to 9 AM, my downstairs neighbors make excessive noise—banging on walls, dropping objects, moving furniture like beds and couches, and creating constant disruptive sounds that make it impossible for us to sleep or rest, even on our days off. I have reported this issue multiple times since SEPTEMBER. Management has come to the apartment several times, confirmed the noise themselves, and still no action has been taken. I have also sent videos and audio recordings by email as proof of how disturbing the situation is, and they simply ignore them. Three weeks ago, I spoke with a manager who assured me they would send a notice to my neighbors about noise limits and quiet hours. That has not happened. Honestly, I do NOT recommend moving here. My partner and I are desperate to leave because this is not a place where you can rest or live peacefully. It has been a nightmare since September. The management focuses on making the property look nice on the outside, but inside, both the apartments and how issues are handled are a complete mess. When you move in, they promise everything is perfect and make you sign a contract with many rules—but those rules are not enforced. For example: - Parties are supposedly prohibited, yet neighbors regularly have loud parties with music until 7 AM. - Smoking marijuana in common areas is supposedly banned, but people openly smoke at the pool and in the hallways. - The patrol service is useless—if you call after office hours, they never answer. In conclusion, do NOT move here if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place to live. This place is the complete opposite.

Great place to live. The community is well maintained, and the management team is responsive and helpful whenever anything is needed. When i moved in i expected a grand luxury apartment especially since we're paying $3000 but it was not what i expected at all. Blinds are cheap & fall off, things were just not what i expected and im ready for my lease to be up so i can move.

While this is disappointing, the property does offer appealing amenities, including two pools and two gyms, and it is conveniently located.

I wanted to share my honest feedback regarding the current living experience. Considering the rental rate being charged, I would strongly suggest prospective residents explore other options. The level of maintenance service does not reflect the amount residents are paying. Requests often feel like an inconvenience to staff rather than a priority. Additionally, for the price point, lease renewals should include some level of property upkeep or improvements that do not result in additional out-of-pocket expenses for residents. There should be added value and care that aligns with the cost of living here.

I believe that the common areas of the complex need more attention and maintenance. In particular, the hallways and stairways look very dirty, and although cleaning is carried out, it is not done regularly, which causes these areas to continue looking stained and neglected. In addition, there are areas that require painting maintenance and repairs, a situation that is especially noticeable in building 22, where the common areas appear more deteriorated. I believe that, just as improvements were made to the parking areas, it is also time to renovate and paint the common areas, as they currently look very worn and dirty. Thank you for your attention.

MILA is an awesome place, I saw the whole construction of the new pool and kids water park, before my kid was born, and we enjoy the water park every time we can, same with the pool, it's an awesome place

It has been great so far. Maralyn has been the absolute best with getting things done quick and efficiently. I highly recommend working with her. Also make sure the apartment is move in ready when you do your walkthrough and if you let them know they will make sure to fix any issues you encounter. We unfortunately did not have the best experience with Lucia, she is kind but seemed annoyed when we asked for the apartment to be cleaned after finding burnt out light bulbs and stains and dirty floors upon move in. We also had a difficult time communicating with her regarding our lease improperly generated. Outside of that our experience has been great, thanks so much to the team!

They never fixed the washing machines or replace them. I called maintenance four times on the same issue and it is never resolved. They come in and pretend to fix something and nothing is really fixed.

Great clean and safe community, never have a problem when I travel out of the city. Once you are in your home you didn't hear the outside noises. Services request are done on time and professional manner.
