I have had a very good experience living in this community. The staff and the neighbors are friendly and the environment is clean and safe.The complex feels more like a community than an apartment. I love living here.

Ups and downs but stable for now it's ok over the years a lot of issues with management changes and communication and things breaking down I'm hoping the new company will get things done and better than the last 4.

Great community! Top features are the prompt and friendly maintenance team and the leasing office staff!! My personal favorite is that a garage is included with each unit (attached if it's a 2+ bedroom one), which changed as 1 bedroom units never came with a garage before management changed!!!

A wonderful and vibrant community, everyone is very friendly and approachable. We love it here!!! Feels like being a house with all the amenities!!! I have recommended The Henley Apartments to everyone I encounter and encourage them to reside here!!

Maintenance
Resident for approximately 4 months. Recent change to management since my moving date, however, maintenance crew remains top notch. Work orders have been consistently addressed within 24 hours based on my observations from approximately 5 requested made since October. I wish to specifically show my appreciation for Christian who assisted with the repair of a downed closet hanger and demonstrated great work ethic and patience while handling the repair

Thank You to Teresa Hoffman for helping me with everything, she's a sweetheart . I just moved in 2 weeks ago. The apartment is Huge they're very nice , The only problem is appliances are very outdated and should be upgraded they are over 20 years old..my island is loose..I do recommend this place ..I love it here ....

Wonderful staff and beautiful property
Beautiful property and wonderful staff. The front office and maintenance went above and beyond to help with unforeseen things that came up prior to move in. Very kind and welcoming. We’re excited to start our next chapter here :-)

Haven staff is amazing, especially the maintenance staff. Fast response and always competed quickly. The problem is the other residents - very noisy, messy (garbage issues), and blatantly discourteous toward others with parking and navigating the property.

Good. Only issue was they raised our rent over 20% after the first year. The community is great and the apartments are spacious. Love the two car garage. Grocery store is less than five minutes away and highways are close as well.

Honestly horrible. Staff is rude. There is no urgency when you have an emergent issue. Pest control doesn't not work. Trash is all over. I moved from NY here and only visited once before buying and it was so misleading.

The spaciousness of the apartment feels more like a house. It's the best most beautiful apartment I have lived in. Whenever I need maintenance (which is not often) there work is excellent, timely, and they are professional and courteous. The office staff is absolutely wonderful and so is management.

Staff is wonderful! The maintenance guys are extremely nice and professional! The environment is overall clean AND quiet which is a huge plus! We've lived here for about 6 years total and I can honestly say, I've NEVER had a complaint!

It has been great so far. The neighbors and staff are friendly. Whenever there's an issue, maintenance will solve it briefly. I wish the parking was better for apartments without a garage but it's not a big deal.

Henley Tampa Palms is comfortable living in a nice apartment with a quiet and nice area. Henley Tampa Palms is safe people are nice. It is a clean nice pool area with a grill. It is a nice place to live.

Its a safe and clean community. Very responsive management. The utility and amenities are simply great. We do have food trucks that come. A great swimming and gym area. Very safe for families. It is very quite and beautiful.

My husband and I absolutely love Henley Apartments! If there is ever an issue, they are on it. Their staff is courteous, prompt, and professional. We would highly recommend Henley Apartments to anyone looking.

Our experience living at the Henley has been pretty good so far. These are older units so they have a lot of gaps but the maintenance staff will respond to anything you need plugged or caulked. The maintenance is very responsive in getting to tickets. We have the fully renovated unit so the issues have been pretty minor and haven't taken away from the experience. There are large rodents roaming about due to the trash collection process they have but that's mostly observable at nights. The community is safe and is mostly older residents with kids and a mix of students from nearby USF. The biggest plus is these units offer garages which is very rare for apartments. One big annoyance is that there are so many cars with loud pipes around the complex so they are always hitting full throttle coming out of the complex - it can definitely wake you up. Otherwise, I think this place is worth the price if you can stand it.

Community is quiet. Staff is courteous, efficient, and responsive to our needs. Grounds are kept well. Property is attended weekly. It is clean and scenic. Administrative staff are helpful, when needs arise.
