Not as responsive as I would like. Some maintenance issues took longer to respond to than I thought it would. With COVID-19, unable to enjoy amenities, & not enough communication from management about what changes happened & how they were dealing with it.

The staff is friendly and courteous and treats us like family. They work hard to keep our environment safe and pleasant, and have worked to be very communicative during the covid crisis. They are also quick to help with maintenance issues... Charlie got our AC back up and running in less than half an hour from the time I called the issue in this afternoon (on a hot summer day!) We also like the layout of our three bedroom and appreciate the attached garage. All in all a great place to live!

I have had the best experience ever starting with Deborah Santiago who assisted me with the move in process. Deborah answered all of my questions in real time prior to moving in and after. She is awesome!!! I have been assisted by others who work in the office and they are awesome too! Mike and Charlie have assisted me with all of my maintenance needs!! They are the best!!!!

Henley at Tampa Palms Apartments are located near I-75; publix; amenities are great, very serene atmosphere; love the gated access which is a sensor on your call and it only allows 1 car at a time and well; management is wonderful in responding to requests even after hours and weekends as well; and the majority tenants are professionals; love the 2 car garage; and it's very quiet. We are very pleased in choosing to live here, but please I inquire if a smoker lives below or top of you because we can't enjoy our patio, but management wasn't aware and working on correcting the issue.

Awesome staff! The maintenance team is incredibly friendly and prompt. The front office staff are always helpful and informative. Parking is a bit tricky at first, but not unmanageable. Overall, we're loving living here!

So far we like the apartment and community. There were a few things that could have been cleaned or taken care of upon move in. We like how specious the apartment is and the staff has been able to take care of our needs in a timely manner.

Outstanding office and maintence staff. Beautiful. Big apartments, lots of nature, nice area to walk, run, or ride a bike. Great pet community. Quiet area and close to shopping and restaurants. Close to schools.

A wonderful neighborhood with nice neighbors. The maintenance team is amazing. Especially Charlie from maintenance. He came in was very polite and helped me with anything I needed. I've never had better service.

Bad experience with a neighbor but once they moved out things were actually good. The visitor parking is awful. The parking space is limited and me and my other roommate's cars were all hit by other vehicles and dinged at some point.

The overall living experience is great! The safety and sense of community here is what really attracted me. I just recently moved in and everyone has been so helpful and welcoming since the first day I stepped into the leasing office.

Great place to live. The staff here are very friendly and organized, especially Monica, Sabrina, and Debra. The maintenance team has exceptional work ethic and are very nice. Specifically, Charlie, who was able to go above and beyond for me when I had a leaky sink issue recently. The Maintenance Supervisor, Mike, is a staple of our community and genuinely enjoys helping others in any way he can. Interacting with these folks has been a joy, and I would recommend residing at Henley Place.

Just moved in. Apartment is great with lots of space for the price. Did whole move online due to COVID protocols but everything was easy to read and go through. Communication with office hasn't been the best but everything I have needed has been taken care of. Cannot wait to enjoy the amazing amenities.

The apartments at Henley are incredible! Huge floorplans with all the amenities I was looking for: large kitchen with dishwasher and garbage disposal, laundry in unit, large bathtub, bathroom counter space, walk in closets, screened patio, ceiling fans, garage, valet trash/recycling, and a perfect out of the way place to put a litter box in the pet-friendly apartment. Exactly what I was looking for. I'm very happy!

I've seen a lot of comments regarding bugs at these apartments. This is a natural occurrence in Florida especially when palm trees are part of the property vegetation. This community is beautiful. Another area I've seen in the complaints is the trash issues. If residents listen to directions and follow valet trash guidelines, this wouldn't be an issue. And yes, if you have a downstairs apartment it is loud. This is not the apartments fault but the contractors who use minimal materials to get the job done.

Very nice, floors where really dirty when we moved in! I cleaned the floors, and keep them shinny, but to Exspensive, you should give a discount on rent if you want people to stay! I love it here but we half to move after our lease

Good enough but the apartment is full of Cockroaches and I talked to office of the community but no one cares so I don't recommend living here and I can't wait when is the lease done. Also I think they didn't do deep cleaning before I moved in

Move in process was a little Rocky due to the virus. Had to wait a while before I could get my keys or even get into the office. Once I got my stuff, went to the apartment and the floors were filthy, sink didn't allow cold water because the people who installed it made the wire pipe to long and kinked it, and my garage door opener didn't come with a clip. As for the place though, it looked exactly like the model. The renovations were great. Everything just needed to be cleaned. The dryer also seems to not have the timer right. It doesn't seem to stop on its own.

We have lived at the Henley for 2 years now and really have enjoyed our time here. We feel safe and have plenty of room to move about on the property. We have really enjoyed having our own garage and driveway, especially during the coronavirus pandemic. The staff handled the pandemic well- initiating and adjusting protocols to reduce community spread of the virus at Henley.

It has been very excellent thus far no complaints! The management is very very good! The community is very well maintained and good looking. My friends when they come to visit me they always ask me is there any opening here!

Other than a few issues with timeliness of maintenance, this place is SUPER!!! Love the apartment!!! Love the community!!! The Management staff communicates right back to you. They find ways to engage the community. I would recommend this community to anyone!!!

I love Henley because of Monica & Debbie and the maintenance guys! They are always there to help me with anything I need. I love how spacious my apartment is! It feels like a house. Everybody is friendly here! If you are looking for a clean, spacious and comfortable home come see Henley!

I very much enjoy living here. (Unfortunately I am unhappy with pest control and the garbage disposal area, and trash cans around the neighborhood. Also unhappy with residents not cleaning up after their pets/dogs.)

I've been here since September 2019. I'm very pleased with my apartment, office staff and maintenance crew. They are all very professional and friendly. They are constantly working around the complex doing upgrades which I truly appreciate. I've worked directly with Deb, Mike and Fernando so far who are very good at there jobs.
