Most of my time here has been positive. Issues are the rent was already too much and after covid it went up by $400-500. I do not like when, there is a issues with something, they take rheir time, all while costing you extra money. Their extermination measures are a joke, as they use a 30CC syringe to spray your apt. Always be home when they are present, they broke a new set of dishes and did not mention it. Appliances are old and inoperable at times. You have are assessed fees, even if you do not use valet trash. More fees have been added to the already soaring rent.

Love the architecture inside the unit we rent. Very unique. The unit is very spacious. Built in 1997 so it does need updates for flooring and cabinets. Prices are increasing a lot. Once tenants move out the updates are used to remodel but then rent increases big time.

My husband and I were shown a unit and when we came to move in we were told the unit was not available and we were forced to move into a unit across from the trash. We get sick continuously and so do our dogs. When we asked to move to a different unit away from the trash we were told we would have our rent raised and on top of that we would have to pay a moving fee. HA!

It is a great location. Close to shops and centrally located. Very clean community. The amenities the community has to offer are up to date. The pool is clean a big. The appratments are very spacious.

I have been here in a very nice apartment since 2018. I selected this community because of the grounds and the professionalism of the staff and its proximity to my office. The place has not disappointed! Very responsive staff. The buildings are solidly built and there have been no problems with summer storms that run through. I have 2 one car garages which is wonderful as my car is in one and toys/simple storage in the other

I wish I had something positive to say but I've been left with a very bad taste in my mouth for the way that I've been mistreated by the staff by the way how long it's taking maintenance to fix issues with my apartment the whole experience here has been very negative especially for the amount of rent I am paying and till this date we still have issues with this apartment

It's pretty cool, I live closer to the street so you can hear all the cars passing . The walls are hollow so you can hear every step the person above you takes unless they're are just as big as an elephant lol... And if your neighbor has a barking dog you definitely have to hear it. Other than that any maintenance issue you have gets handled quickly.

Love the apartment. Wish the ----- bugs would be handled since the ants and water demons keep coming since day we moved in. Home is quiet and cozy. Neighbors are nice and awesome. Love the pool and dog park.

Quiet community. Price is not bad. The only few things that I wish they could be improved are (1) The promptness in which work orders are addressed. (2) The care of that complex gives to the apartments/complex for example, the mailboxes are in very bad shape, and also when I moved to my apartment we have to submit several unnecessary work orders for things that could've been addressed before the move-in. (3) For the staff in general to be constant with the customer service/courtesy, including people in the office and some of the maintenance staff.

overall ok. amberly drive cars are loud and that Peabodys bar is loud. There is trash in pond many days. sometimes people leave trash on sidewalks and animals get in it so I go outside and pick it up. Trash situation needs to be improved if possible

Charlie with maintenance was fantastic fixing our issues today. I was very happy with how quick and efficient he was. He fixed our sink issue and then even cleaned the sink out after. Communication was great also.

Maintenance problems are usually a bandaid to the problem, the community wants to charge luxury rent cost like the new apartments in the area, but they are older buildings and not well kept. The only perk is the location and the intact garages. We would leave if it wasn't for that.
