Very nice community, friendly staff. Great location it is very convenient close to Publix and USF. Lots of space, the view of the woods in the back is very nice. Maintenance crew is doing a great job here.

The maintenance crew (headed by a gentleman by the name of Michael), has been very responsive for us. We've been living her for several years and what we like most is the fact that you don't feel like you're living in a "complex." Talking a walk around the community, it feels more like a housing division. It's great to be able to leave for the day and go anywhere you want , only to return home knowing your place is well taken care of.

We love living here- the office staff is amazing, very accommodating and always friendly. They are willing to work with you to suit your needs and go above and beyond. Maintenance is also fantastic and very responsive! Whenever we have a problem they make sure to come out as quickly as possible and always seem happy to help. If you are looking for an apartment in Tampa Palms, I highly recommend Henley Tampa Palms :)

This is a great community to live in. It is close to schools, shopping and is in a very nice area. My family and I love the layout of this apartment as it is a little older and not so much of a cooker cutter and gives the place a homey and classy feeling.

Office staff are great, and attentative to your needs. The neighborhood is peaceful and diverse. There are a variety of activities to do within walking distance. Parks right around the corner. Helpful and courteous maintenance staff. Love living here

I lived in The Henley (f/k/a The Hamptons) on two separate occasions, both stints were for over a year. The first in the late 1990's when the complex was brand new and it was the premier complex ion the Tampa Bay area. The second time was from July 2018 until January 2020. I moved because I purchased a residence. While the address probably doesn't carry the cache that it did 20 years ago, I think it is one of the best values in Tampa. The layouts are large, so if you have roommates or a family, there is plenty of room. My unit was a 2BR that was around 1300sf with a dining room, large living room and a big eat-in kitchen. Also a full 2 car attached garage. The units have unique floor plans that are well-designed and make the apartment feel more like a home and less like a cookie cutter apartment. On the down side, it is an older complex. There will be some maintenance issues from time to time, especially if you are not in one of the "upgraded" units. (They are actively rehabbing units) . On the plus side, the office and maintenance staff are responsive and know how to fix the commonly recurring problems quickly. The place is pretty quiet. The pool area is nice. I didn't really use the other amenities. You are really close to a good Publix. If you nwant ton be in New Tampa, I highly recommend.

Have you ever rented an apartment and at the before you sign the lease the staff is happy and pleasant and then after the lease is signed and you move in they turn on you like you are just annoying them and they other things to do? That doesnt happen here at Henley Tampa Palms, This staff is excellent and friendly and quick to respond. I hvae been renting for ten years now and this place has THE BEST customer relations ever. Thank you all!

I sent a list of things or shall I say a plethora of things I needed to have resolved that I kept putting off due to my work schedule to the manager Mónica. The following day before office hours I sent another email expressing my concerns with my AC unit. This particular day I worked from home. The maintenance crew was here as soon as l logged onto my computer to work which was around 8:30. They fixed everything I placed on the list. What stood out the most was that Charlie and Raphael not only respected my furniture, they respected my work environment; remaining as quiet as possible while I conducted conference calls. I really appreciate Mónica for placing such a high priority on my list and definitely appreciate all of the maintenance staff who completed the items within a timely fashion and definitely give Kudos to both Ralphie and Charlie for being so respectful during the process.

I would like to give a 5-star review to Charlie, thanks for your great job. He fixed the A/C so well and he is a so nice man! Our A/C could not get started after a short trip, then I reported this problem to manager. The next day, Charlie replaced the old thermostat to a new one. That one works so well. Thank you Charlie!

Fantastic maintenance and staff, great amenities, apartment layouts are awesome. Only quirk is that my neighbor is too loud but its not the fault of the complex. Been Living here for 2 years now and never leaving.

My air conditioning unit wasn't working on a holiday and Thomas (crew member) quickly came through to help fix it. He was very kind and professional. Thomas has helped me on numerous occasions, oftentimes after hours, and has exceeded expectations each time! Very pleased with the maintenance team and their work ethic.

The community is very welcoming and active. The office and maintenance staff are quick to resolve your issues and any problems that arise. The complex offers a very safe and secure environment. The MyEnvera app also allows you to limit who can come in once the gates close for the day.

Nice area that is within commuting distance to everywhere. It is within three miles to I-75 and Tampa Palms is an up and coming neighborhood. It is a big difference from where we were in Northwest Florida.

Terrific apartment. Great staff. The leasing office staff are friendly and supportive. I am pleased with my new home. I would highly recommend this community. I actually wished that there would be an option from rent to buy.

Not so good. Initial work order discussed and agreed upon move in has not yet been done. My first night here there was a water leak in upstairs apt, this caused water marks/damage to my kitchen ceiling.... and they are still there.... after multiple requests and no shows by maintenance.

Front staff was extremely prompt with putting in my work order and they immediately notified the maintenance men regarding the issue. The Maintence crew was responded to the issue in less than an hour of being notified. Front staff was great

Completely satisfied with unit, area, quiet, clean. Appears to be more children, and big dogs. Some appear to have more than one pet and have watched many not pick up ?? droppings. One new tenant on end appear to be loud. Can be heard when talking on cell phone. Like diversity of tenates.Otherwise love complex. Miss some older maintenance people.

Just wanted to express my satisfaction with and gratefulness for the maintenance crew. They consistently respond in a rapid manner to the work-orders and are very polite. They always work diligently, but the other night specifically they went above and beyond for me. (Particularly Michael Scott and the gentleman with him) My AC unit had been on the fritz, and not only did they work for hours to fix this; but this was after 5:30pm when they should be at home enjoying time with their families, eating dinner, etc. I am truly appreciative, and just wanted to leave a positive review for their services.

The move in process was very easy & the office staff has been great. The were very amenable to dealing with our in state friend for viewing & information as we were moving from several states away. The size of the apartment is wonderful as is the 2 car garage. We very much like the pool area. Maintenance issues have been hit or miss.

The location can't be beat. easy shopping and access to both Hwy75 and Hwy275. Great floor plans and very nicely lit at night. Unlike other communities, the security gate is truly functional. It requires visitors to submit their driver's license if they are not on a resident's VIP list. Worth every penny to be here.
