Rude staff.. not safe they allow anyone to move in .. its about money not responding to residents. Old buildings roaches.. racoons. Possums. Stray cats.. trash always left out ... Lazy office staff.. i hate that i moved here and leaving very soon!!

I recently moved in and LOVE my new home! The large kitchen and floorplans are amazing! The office staff (especially Debbie) have been wonderful in answering my many questions, and maintenance is friendly and responds quickly to requests.

It's a nice neighborhood and family friendly. People here are friendly and helpful. Staffs in leasing office and maintenance team are professional and nice . Love to live here and will recommend to friends .

Easy to use website. The pool is always warm and clean. Maintenance staff is very fast and professional. The neighbors are polite. The area is clean without trash. The community is quiet. There is not any traffic noise from the roads.

Found a couple of items that needed to be fixed and the maintenance team is very nice and take care of the fixes very quickly. Charley from the maintenance team was super helpful and hospitable when coming to hook up the washing machine.

We love it! A little expensive, but nice and friendly! Close to a few shops and restaurants, bike path, bus, etc. Having attached garage is nice, the bedroom layout is nice, staff is helpful and friendly!

Charley and Ernesto came and changed my dishwasher mere hours after I put in the request. And they changed out a door to my laundry room as well. Did a very good job! They were quick and efficient! Definitely happy with the job they done.

I love living at the Henley. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and committed. There is very little turn over. It is totally handicapped accessible and safe. The apartments are spacious and you have the feeling of living in your own house. It also peaceful with a real sense of community.

I really like the apartment. Staff are very nice and helpful. The negative part of living here is that there is limited parking for residents. Would suggest assign parking for residents so that they can comfortably come home knowing they will have a parking near their unit.

This is such a great place to live. Love the attached 2 car garages and large floor plans. Only wish there were a few more amenities around the property like a car wash station and a playground for the kids.

The Henley is a community with great staff, quick response work orders and beautiful spacious apartment homes. The schools in the area are great and you are literally within 5-15 minutes of popular restaurant, medical care, grocery shopping etc. Parking can be challenging if you have a lot of guest but you can work it out. God willing we will be here until we purchase a home!

Henley at Tampa Palms has taken care of me and my pet family. I love that they have great quality apartments and are also pet friendly. I know the office and maintenance staff by name and they are always asking me how I am doing. They make it a pleasant place to stay and I also feel very safe at this location.

Great community. Feels safe. Pretty decent price for the Sq footage. I would like if the gate were more consistently up but it seems that tailgaters are to blame. I'd prefer not to have an increase in the monthly rate during a global pandemic that is affecting my finances.

Beautiful unit and wonderful view of lake! Lots of wild life. Terrific pool and spa. I enjoy living here and appreciate all the amenities and staff. The location is great as it is close to shopping and theatre and parks.

Great community overall. Office staff is great but the maintenance guys do outstanding work. Charlie and Ernesto always go above and beyond in terms of taking care of our maintenance needs. The property does not look like the typical "apartment complex" and the units are more like homes than apartments. It feels more like a neighborhood. I cannot hear my neighbors or their washing machines. The property is currently renovating apartments and roofs so there are slight inconveniences.

It has been a great experience. Staff are attentive, maintenance staff are prompt and courteous. It's a quiet community that makes you feel at home. I would recommend it to a relative or a friend. Sabrina, Debbie and Monica are very nice.
