Nice community needs a bit of updating ,lots of energy goes out the old windows and doors The staff is nice , very minor things need to be addressed Needs new ac units, they go out every month and Florida gets very hot.

Love it. Hot spa, nice pool, and close to restaurants, medical service's and grocery stores. Staff and maintenance personnel is friendly and helpful. Spacious apartments in a great location. University is close enough to ride by bike.

Friendly and courteous staff. Calm and peaceful community. Easy to work from home. They make your live easy when you expect packages, that can be delivered to in the Leasing Office and pickup there. Easy access to mayor highways and stores.

NEEDS A FACELIFT ON EXTERIOR and CLEANING. NOT JUST NEW ROOFS ON A FEW BLDS. DOG DISPOSAL RECEPTACLES ALWAYS FULL. PAVEMENT NEEDS QUALITY REDO. LIGHTS NEED REPLACEMENT THROUGHOUT NEIGHBORHOOD. GATE NEVER WORKS.

If you are renting a 1 bedroom forget about the parking space. There are very less parking spaces and every time you come home, it's going to be a game to find a space. There were many days where I roamed around the community to find parking spaces and parked way away from my building. Every day it is a torture to find a space and guess what management says - "We cannot help, there are parking spaces near leasing office, come and park here". Thanks for the wonderful tip. Also, initially when we moved in, it took them 3-4 months to address and act upon our maintenance requests. Our AC broke down at least 6-7 times in a span of 6 months. There are some leakages in our living area. Few good things: The community is really beautiful. Great neighborhood. Good neighbors, no disturbance, quiet and peaceful.

Management is the worst of any place I have ever lived. They are never helpful or accommodating. Always roaches and leaks in the ceiling that they refuse to fix. Unbelievable how downhill this beautiful property has gone because of the lazy staff.

I Have Lived at "THE HAMPTONS at Tampa Palms" for a year now, my Lease was coming due and since I was still new to Tampa I had to do myself and Family justice and look at other communities to Live. We looked at several and after LQQKing at the communities NONE of them have the PERSONAL attention, CLEANLINESS and QUALITY that is provided by "THE HAMPTONS" staff, no matter what the problem, which there was only one with me and it was a garage door opener( I WAS USING THE WRONG ONE !) but the staff makes you feel like you are the ONLY TENANT and YOUR PROBLEM OR ISSUE IS THE ONLY ONE THEY ARE CONCERNED ABOUT!!. When the New Property Manager came to "THE HAMPTONS" she came to every Apartment to introduce herself and ask if there was anything that she or the staff could do to make things BETTER, That was the most impressive and MOST PROFESSIONAL thing that has ever happened to me at a Community! The staff know that I work out of Town for a living and work 7 days a week and that I am a single father. Sabrina in the Office goes out of her way to call me every few weeks and asks if everything is ok , as i leave for work at 5:30 am and come home after Midnight when the office is closed. The staff knows my Truck and on the off chance that I am home during office hours the maintenance staff will follow my truck till I park and ask if everything is OK and how my son is (he is 16) and to make sure that all is ok and in good condition. YOU MAY LQQK FOR A BETTER COMMUNITY, and some may look newer, but don't judge a Book by its cover! "THE HAMPTONS" is an 11 out of a 1-10 scale on Maintenance and quality, but the PERSONAL CARING FAMILY FEELING is OFF the scale and can't be Duplicated!! THANK YOU!!! the environment here is nice. I like here because it is quiet and clean. The people here are also friendly. one thing I don't like is the leaves of the trees is too much and there are too many birds here. The biggest disadvantage here is you can't rent garage if you live in one-bedroom apartment.

This is a wonderful community. The staff are friendly and competent. The residents are respectful. This is a great place to live! It is located in a great school district and close to several parks, including a golf course. The grounds are always well maintained.

Everyone has been helpful from the office staff to the maintenance team. We love our condo and surrounding area. We have a very diverse community. Would definitely recommend Hamptons Condominiums to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Quiet & Safety Community, I really enjoy living here! From 2 car garage & spacious living areas there is something for everyone. Pool, clubhouse, racket ball court as well as access to many of the Tampa Palms parks!!!

The new management staff has been great and both front office people are personable and super helpful. I really like living here, located close to lots of stuff, not too far from downtown and the beaches and my apt is huge and the garages are a big plus!!!

New to apartment living but external environment is great, Ground floor Apartment is spacious and perfectly adequate. However, little sound proofing on ceiling and very noisy neighbors aloft. Can not use two bedrooms due to late night noise - use fold out couch in living room

I am in a B1 unit, 2 bed/2 bath w/ 1 car attached garage. The unit has an awesome floorplan, nice walk in closets and a lot of windows. My unit has a mix of tile/carpet. For the price, having a garage is a huge bonus, especially with guaranteed parking. I would definitely check the driveway before you lease though, some of the units have very ....interesting.... driveways. I've been here three months now and have no complaints, this is a nice neighborhood super convenient to USF, where I am a student. Valet trash is included in the rent, which is awesome. Water/sewer is included at a flat rate per person. I signed an 11 month lease and easily see my self renewing when the time comes.

The Hamptons is a safe, clean, and well run condominium community. Having lived here for 2 years, I have only had one major issue but I was compensated for my issue and accommodated. I can only hope this community continues to get better and better!

I have been a mechanical engineer for 25 years helping maintenance people for commercial businesses. The communication needs to be two ways since we both have ideas to offer. Most of the time there has been good communication at this apartment complex but not always. My last experience was bad with a faulty faucet sink valve the maintenance person insisted was normal. It is not uncommon for the maintenance people to take a few tries before they get it right here. I am an engineer that has to haggle with these people. I feel sorry for the general public, but as a rule the maintenance people really are ok but there is room for improvement.

It was a little shakey at first, but new management has certainly been an improvement. Maintenance response is first rate, but at times response and follow up from office staff is lacking. Monica is a joy to work with and very attentive to requests with follow-up. She's a true professional. I am very happy with my apartment and its amenities.
