Feedback (Copied from Google Review) Lori and Yolanda were very helpful before I went through with leasing a unit in this complex! Tour was great as well, very helpful to see the different kinds of 1 bedroom apartments in this complex! Apartments are clean and well kept (Interior and Exterior). When I first moved in they were pressure washing the walkways and exterior patios/balcony's. Neighbors are great and maintenance staff are very kind and responsive. Smoke Alarm went off called the emergency maintenance number, Henry the Maintenance Supervisor showed up within 20 minutes and was very helpful with taking a look at the issue and kind as well. Thank you to the staff for making it easy to setup work orders through the website and via phone or call. Later in the same day, another kind worker showed up to replace the smoke alarm and was eager to take a look at it, I can say that all the leasing staff and maintenance crew are very kind and helpful! Absolutely, will recommend this complex to anyone looking for a unit

The promotion and location were big points for me I'm close to family and got a discount for the rent for several months. The apartment is spacious The balcony has a screen so there are no bugs when I'm on the balcony.

It's been an okay experience. The neighbors are great and it's decent for what you pay for in this economy anyway. The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly. The downsides are the pool is frequently closed due to issues and the gym could use a huge upgrade.

Please use this complex only if necessary. They charge outrageous prices for section 8 quality apartments. Nothing is ever fixed appropriately and the management likes to play favorites when problems arise between tenants.

Excellent services, and organization the apartments nice this place is great, I recommend you check this places, the rent is comida, also near shopping, the personal they are nice grande friendly My experience moving into this apartment was wonderful. From the very first moment, I felt comfortable and welcome; the people are very friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. It's a beautiful, quiet, and well-maintained place where it truly feels like home. I definitely recommend it; it was an excellent experience.

I absolutely love being at the Columns. Everyone is so nice and friendly, from the office staff to the residents and everything in between. The complex is nice and clean. When I have a maintenance issue, they respond right away. The rent is reasonable and the facilities are clean. I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a place. It's very convenient to shopping and the neighborhood is very quiet.

Sometimes experience a water drop in the commode. Trash is not collected sometimes on the open days. Saw some trash, papers all over the surroundings. Better add more items for the children's play area with safety features. Gates are not working all the time.

The staff is friendly. The maintenance responds in timely manner if you have an issue that needs to be addressed. When the gate works it is great. The neighborhood is peaceful most nights making it a nice sleep.

I actually love where I live. It's quiet. Clean. Friendly. Helpful. I don't have much to complain about for the most part. It's close to Publix, home depot, dollar stores , and plenty restaurants in the area. Very convenient.

The office and maintenance staff have been great, but there is a serious cockroach infestation in the community. In less than a week at this apartment and I have had to kill nearly a dozen cockroaches a day. The cleanliness of the apartments at move-in were less than satisfactory. Appliances are not properly cleaned under between tenants, so the roaches can nest and hide out under them to avoid any in-between attempts at pest control. I thought I could manage a small roach problem based off of other reviews? this is NOT a small roach problem. I am OCD about keeping drains plugged, have sealed cracks, have set roach bait, and make a point to clean up dishes and any crumbs immediately and I still kill between 5 - 15 roaches a day. Anything I can do as a tenant to mitigate the roach problem is ineffective. The landlord needs to do an interior pest control on a regular basis with all apartments.

The only thing I don't like is that the inside clubhouse can only be used during office hours when most people are at work and we pay for that. Seems like we did more gatherings in the first year that I was here.

The apartment complex is very clean and quiet. All the neighbors are nice and respectful. The laundry facilities are clean, as is the pool and front office area. There are computers to use for free and Lori and her team are fantastic.

If you move to Florida and looking for an apartment trying columns at Cypress point. This was my first apartment when I moved to Florida and I've been here 9 years the staffs and the leasing office is outstanding the maintenance they follow up and do the job right and it's very peaceful in my community. Needed apartment that was in close proximiting to Grandaughters job and close to greatgrandaughters school. Wanted area that was close to stores that I frequent and in an area that wasn't in a flood zone.

Run away fast

My BF lived here 2 years near the pool and since new management took over, their are constant loud parties with loud music until 4am in the morning. Also, he lived next to a couple that would constantly stare at everyone and tell on people. One drove a ford truck and the other constantly wrecked her Mazda because she cant drive. The amentiies here are awful and with all the new apartments and condos being constructed, you have better and cheaper options to utilize in wesley chapel. I do not recommend this place because all decisions are made at the corporate level, where noone cares about you or your family. This place has been turned upside down in the last year and the roofers put a new roof on the buildings, but left nails and trash everywhere. The vacany percentage is climbing as people are rapidly moving out of this place and now the new management is letting section 8 rent here. The quality of life is awful and people fear for their safety as the gate is always broken. Please go elsewhere.
