Quiet, happy community
I have enjoyed living here over the last 9 months and have renewed my lease for 12 more after receiving great service from the office staff and maintenance crew. Everyone is eager to help and are genuine unlike the other places I have checked out in the area. The crime rate is low and the neighbors are quiet. I have recommended this place to several friends who have also moved in and love it. The price is great too.

renter beware!!!!
Run from this complex as fast as you can!
Living here has truly been one nightmare after another. We now know why people buy houses. The Non-Intelligencia of the office staff is uncanny. Need we say more?

I Dare You To Rent This Place
I moved to Ashley "Crap Hole" Apartments A little while ago and this is what makes this place suck.
First off, the car wash ripped me off. I put a Quarter in the machine and it went on for about 5 seconds and then turned off. I asked the staff to refund my money but they said they wouldn´t. We had a little incident with this kid would would go around the Apartment shooting his paintball gun at other tenants houses and cars. Then a so called Vietnam Vet was reportedly going around giving children candy and doing crazy things to get children. WeightRoom is a ramshackle. Pool is OK. Noisy but close to the mall, Centennial High, and 400. Nothing is worth the trouble of moving here. Just take Ashley Forest Drive and keep on driving to another complex. Please, do not put yourself in this position. Keep Driving, Drive, Go, and don´t stop.

Bad All around Apartments.
I have lived there for 9 months and have had nothing but problems from them
(maintainence & assosiation). They appeared to be a nice community at first, but within 1st month my AC/ and Heater went out and took them 1 month to fix, and this was in Febuary. DO NOT LIVE HERE. They also will try to give you a discounted rate? This will in the long run hurt you after you figure out what kind of business they run. Otherwise, look somewhere else to live!!!

Not a happy tenant
The worst mistake I´ve ever made was renting this apartment. My heater/ac was out for 2 months. I have roaches, and ants. They say that they have an exterminator, but never send them over. To use the tennis court, you have to go & borrow a key. Very unprofessional office & maintenence staff.
If you´re thinking about moving here...
I´D RETHINK THIS!!!
