Since I've moved in Oct 2013,I haven't had a problem with maintenance or the office staff.You have occasional noise,but I play my music,and me and my neighbors are All understanding and nice.The pool has been drained and cleaned,so I know they do care about US and Will Go The Extra Mile for Us.Thank You for All of you guys hard work you put in everyday#TeamForest ð???

I was not sure if I was going to enjoy it here at first- but I actually have. Most of my neighbors are nice, it is quiet. You get the occasional noise hear and there but not bad. There is only one person in the office who has stayed since I moved in- but they all are fairly nice. I would recoommend.

I love my apartment! I've only been here 3 months. The maintenance crew Nick and Tony have responded quickly to my requests and the office crew have always made me feel welcome. The pool is nice and clean and I feel safe here. So far im happy I chose Ashley Forest. The only negative thing I can say is the garbage area tends to be an eye sore sometimes.

There has been a consistent change in the front office staff in my stay here. However, the maintenance staff has always been courteous and efficient. Nik has been on the maintenance staff since I've moved onto the property and he has always been a great help. He never hesitates to come by and fix things in a timely manner.

Nik the maintenance guy is great, he always comes out to fix things in a timely manner. Even when I stop him while I'm walking my dog, he tells me he'll stop by tomorrow & request I call the office to put in a maintenance request. Great Job Nik thanks for all you do!

I really enjoy living in this complex. What I really like about the place is the maintenance team, very concerned and fast they react fast to the problems and are very nice

Decided to stay here another year. The increase was a little more than planned- but we like it here. Fairly calm and quiet. Maintenance tries to take care of everyone from what we can see. Office people (the new ones) are nice, usually smiling everytime I come in.

Every time I call the office and express a concern they take care if it the same day! I called and said the kid are being to loud at the pool it was addressedâ?¦. My neighbor kept leaving her trash outside. I finally called the office because she only did it at night ( it was addressed same day) hasnt been a issue again! The staff really cares about our us and where we live. Thank you

Had an ac issue when I first got here, but they quickly took care of me and got it right. Have not had problem since. Friendly when I pick up my packages.

To be honest they say luxury but kids are smoking dope running around at all times of night yelling it's looks like a landfill they throw trash everywhere I would not suggest moving there unless they drop the rent u wanna live in the hood u should have to pay hood prices

Since I moved here I did not have too many problems, but when it is the case the good part is that the maintenance staff react fast and fix the problem you have once for all.

I moved in a month ago and immediately saw maintenance issues, which means this apartment wasn't ready at all to be leased. I feel like I was set up for failure or set up to lose my deposit. I still have maintenance issues that won't get fixed until I move out. The maintenance men are good people in this complex; however, the area could be a lot safer and have a smaller crime rate. Having a break in occur in the same building as the one you live in isn't quite what I wanted to hear or see when I moved in. I honestly wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone regardless of MOST of the staff being friendly.

Ashley Forest is an overall nice apartment community. The staff here is extremely good far above what I have experienced any where else. They are genuine and knowledgeable. They seem to be caring and very transparent. The community has been nice and quiet so far. It appears to be very diverse and it is in close proximity to many shops and the mall. The apartments are decent, the "luxury" in the name is misleading. The apartments are far below the standard of luxury but they are not bad. Overall I would be very comfortable reccommending this community to a friend.

I moved into Ashley Forest in March 2014. There were some maintenance issues that made me feel like the apartment was not ready for leasing. However, the maintenance team has been very responsive to my calls and the office staff is great. The laundry facility is a mess, but washers and dryers are in working order. I love the location and overall the apartment meets my need for space as I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit.

I've lived in Ashley Forest for almost 3 years total and have seen a number of improvements in that time. I think the largest improvements. all seem to originate from having a great, knowledgeable, staff that have been there for awhile. It seemed like most of the problems last year came from changing managers & apartment staff on what seemed like a monthly basis. Now there's more continuity so things are able to get done.

I moved in January. Maintenance responds promptly. Even if they can't permanently fix the problem right away, they provide a workaround until the permanent solution is found. Maintenance is quick to jump in and help even in a non maintenance issue (I had a very heavy box and they carried it up the stairs for me). Front office is great about responding to noise complaints.

Ashley Forest has come a long way recently..very happy w maintence and manager/office..very nice and accomadating..grounds have improved tremendously and are promising a great pool experience so looking forward to that.:)

My boyfriend and I moved in a month ago. We did lots of research and looked around for a while. Ashley Forest had everything we were looking for. Jackie at the leasing office helped us get our place she is awesome! So far we are very happy living here and we would definitely recomend it to others!

I would stay away from this place. They change management every other month. So you never talk to the same person. When I moved out i went to the office asked what's my prorated rent for my last month. They told me the amount and I wrote the check. Two months later I get a call from collections saying I owe in back rent and damages done to the apartment that were already there when I moved in. And they knew everything that was wrong and we documented it. So I called and they said they would take care of it. Two years later I get a call from collections saying I still owe them money. I call back no one will help. Called the corporate headquarters and they said sorry you have to pay and we won't do anything to help you. Everyone was rude, not professional, and just plain disrespectful to someone who rented from them for 4 years. Horrible place, horrible people. Stay away or they will rip you off.

So far we've been satisfied with our stay. Ashley forest has been quick to respond to any issues we've had so far and the staff is friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this appartment complex to my friends.

I would NOT recommend moving here. I haven't had to live in an apt in years but due to life changes I had to find a safe, affordable place for me and my child. I thought it was here. But I was mistaken! I have had major issues in my apt from plumbing to bugs and have not been satisfied with how they have handled it, or lack of. Do not move here. Pay a little more and find a place better then this
