Easy move in. Great follow up. Very responsive to any questions throughout the entire process. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Even get an occasional deer in the woods behind the property. Very quiet neighborhood.

The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. I've only lived here 2 months, but I appreciate the quiet community and, as a single woman, feel very safe. The location is fantastic - close to schools, shopping, greenway and parks, yet nestled among neighborhoods so the traffic is minimal.

We were about 15 minutes early to our appointment, so we drove through the community to see what it is like on a daily basis. The property was beautiful and well-kept, with a recent renovation (two years ago) having been maintained well. We met Naomi upon walking into the leasing center and had a wonderful time chatting with her and touring the model. She was incredibly nice, very knowledgable, and her honest was a breath of fresh air!

The complex is in a great area in Alpharetta. I came to window shop for an apartment for myself, and was given so many options by the attendee working at the time, Naomi. She was super helpful and provided me with answers to all my questions. She even gave me some insight onto other places at the property that I might not even be considering that might be better for me. I could tell that she could relate to me and was looking out for me.

Great place to live in but needs competent management. Maintenance also needs a review from their head office. Having lived here for 6 years, I have come across better apartment managers than the current one.

Very peaceful and quiet. Residents do not pick up behind their animals. Playground area needs updates. Track area not very well maintained. Dumpster area over flows trash. I believe if these thing are addressed the community would a huge turn for the better

This complex is closer to my job than my last apartment. I was driving an hour everyday to get to work, now I'm only ten minutes down the street which is awesome. The complex is quiet and the unit is big. I have a lot of counter space and both bedrooms are a nice size.

The management here hates the residents. The first thing they do upon their daily arrival (which is often much later than posted office hours) is turn the heat in the gym up to 80 degrees. Several residents have asked them to stop, and for whatever reason, they refuse. They change keys to common areas without notice and require residents to find time to visit them during their limited office hours to update their access. They often also turn off rent auto pay and then charge late fees before residents even realize, since they don't send out notices. They will come into your apartment if you are out of town during winter and turn your heating from 70->80 degrees to avoid "freezing pipes"??? They will call you "not normal" for maintenance requests such as fixing a broken AC unit, if they deem the weather is "not warm enough to deem AC necessary." The only community events they hold are for staff only, and I am guessing are most likely funded by our rent. There is dog poop scattered across the property. It takes several requests and delays to fix any maintenance issue, including a broken fire alarm. They are unwilling to intervene in any resident dispute (ie noise complaints) and instead encourage residents to call the police on each other. I feel uncomfortable taking my puppy out to pee at night due to the high volume of suspicious activity going on when it gets late? and we live in Alpharetta?! This goes to show what kind of residents this property attracts. They really arent doing anything right and the rent is way too much to have this kind of service.

The community is nice, but the mandatory fees add up quickly. You have to use their Xfinity service for Internet, and the $60/mo is higher than what I pay for Xfinity now. The playground looks homemade and not very safe. Terrace level units are pretty dark. Not a lot of light coming in unless you're on the front side of the building.

We have been here a week and so far everything has been easy and smooth, they even added more flowers everywhere, the community is clean and lively while also quiet and comfortable. Maintenance came in and was able to get our outlet replaced with a shockingly fast turn around time from when i placed the work order. Our dogs love to walk around and we have had no issues with other pets as well. The community is diverse in terms of age ranges and roommate/ family ratio. Move in was simple and front desk is very helpful. For our first apartment we where worried about not making the right choice and not a day has gone by where we don't talk about this was perfect for us.

I am never able to get in contact with staff and I have tried multiple times. It's been so stressful since I moved in but I love the area. The rent is astronomical for the space and if I go 15 minutes down the road I can find something for the same price cheaper and with more amenities.

The neighborhood in this Alpharetta Community is very quiet, and is close to restaurants, schools. The only detail that I disagree with is the parking. Because some have more than 2 cars and they monopolize all the spaces.

Rent has risen to high, causing many families to have to move, causing many families not to have food on the table. Because your company is taking all of the funds that would be used for grocery and other bills. This practice of continously raising rates is an issue. But you can be the difference and the example to put residents and their welfare first. Have a great day .

Excellent condominium. I have lived here for 3 years without major problems. The last administration has improved in terms of services compared to the first when I arrived, however I have some problems that have not been properly resolved.

Carle and Bryan are the only reason I continue to live here!!! I dealt with my apartments not being ready for move-in on my move in date. The apartment had an infestation of roaches, the apartment was not painted and kitchen required major repairs. After 5 days of back and forth, I was offered an apartment across the street that was complete on my move in date. My new apartment flooded 3x. I had to go out and buy a water pump so the unit didn't flood during the 6 weeks it took to get it repaired. The Management should have purchased it and put it in in the first time it flooded. I was told they did not have one to offer. When I renewed my lease on 3 separate occasions and when I asked to have my apartment repainted or appliances replaced (due to age and falling apart) I was told that the company will not repaint, exchange old appliances or change flooring, I was told thats not done if you are renewing you lease. Management needs to get their act together, it has been 5 months since I turned in my security card to be reprogrammed. I have been told that there is an issue with the the internet cabl. Xfinity tells me there is nothing wrong with cable security system. If there is something wrong the cable, other resident cards would not work eithe. That must mean that management does not know how to program the cards Also, the manager needs to be in the office to assist with issues. I hope Corporate realizes that the rent hikes are outrageous. Apartments within a 5 mile radius that have better amenities and are 20 years younger can ask $1800 a month. Atlantic Newtown which is 40 years old should not. One final thought, charging $50 for internet service only, is outrageous. Also, clogged vents leading to the outside must be cleaned of mold and debris. It is causes serious health problems. (I attempted to hire a company to do it, but was told corporate would not allow access outside the buildings. Please contact me at: Camie Hunt Apt.417
