Staff friendly! Maintenance Bryan is a great asset to the company and very professional. Think the company charges way too much though for this complex to have less amenities and quality of units. Overall, community feels safe and quiet however.

overall i would give my experience living here a 6/10 rating, the maintenance team is 10/10, office staff varies due to changing so often, neighbors are 4/10 just due to the amount of children, condition and overall look of my unit is 5/10 due to updates and aging, the bugs are 4/10 mostly outside but sometimes there will be a small one that gets in through a crack at the bottom of a door, i signed the lease to my unit at the end of 2020 so the price is great but the current prices on other units are a bit expensive due to inflation and housing demand which is understandable.

Worrible worst management ever. The staff is not cooperating with renters. Extremely poor communication. And they make no efforts to get better. Sonia Nunez the worst staff you want to deal with she is very rude and not welcoming at all. She is a nightmare to deal with. She has not place in a leasing office, she has no customer service skills.

While moving in, I was dealing with the old management and was told incorrect information regarding the unit I would be renting. I was under the impression that I would be moving into a unit with no carpet and no fireplace and received both. After having conversations, nothing could be changed. New management has had some hiccups from sending a late rental reminder to renew my lease to sending me information regarding terminating my lease when they were under the impression that my rent wasn't paid, but all has been corrected after conversations.

Trash is always everywhere in the parking lot, dumpster is always overflowing and half the time is broke, maintaince takes forever to fix and issue and usually has to come a few times to get it done right.

The maintenance and leasing staff are the bomb. They've helped in move-in, prompt with requests, and are transparent about the complex. Our leasing agent Rickaya has done her best to make us feel at home and make us feel heard. 110% better than the last place we were going to live!!

Beware Beware Beware! This property is a death trap. Take the time to read through the comments to see the common pattern of issue this company(Atlantic Pacific Properties) has. You can tell the reviews they write themselves. The office staff is incompetent and lack training when it comes to customer service. Their maintenance dept. are not licensed or trained to deal with the many issues this old complex has. They slap on new paint to cover up the run down conditions. This place is a HEALTH HAZARD!!!!!!! Black mold, faulty HVAC/Furnaces, roack and ant infestation, rotten floors...and the list goes on.

The Atlantic Newtown Leasing office has handled my move with patience and care. The leasing manager, Rickaya Brand, has been soo helpful and efficient. Because this was my first apartment, she was so detailed. I would definitely recommend The Atlantic Newtown apartment.

You really don't want my feedback here. My apartment flooded 3 times the first month I was here. I continue to have a leak and my bathroom wall is falling down. Mold is around overhead air outlets. The community is ugly since the renovation. Office staff are nonexistent. Phone is never answered, and call are not returned. Using the email address provided me by office staff my emails are returned as undeliverable.

When I initially moved in 7 years ago I felt that it was a good value for the money. Now they are charging too much for what is offered. There is a big problem with bugs and neighbors have told me the same.

You can tell when the apartment workers write the reviews and reply. Don’t be fooled and tricked into moving into these apartments. The corporate company is Atlantic Pacific. They will show you the model apartment which is the only updated apartment. These are old apartments with old appliances and maintenance only do patch up jobs. The HVAC and furnaces are not up to code and very deadly(report them because they dont have a licensed maintenance person that is required inspect the units) They have a roach and ant infestation. They have black mold in the vents. Their management turn-over rate is often and they don’t believe in picking up the phone. They are rude, unprofessional, and con artist. Beware of Atlantic Pacific properties because they own quite a few. They hide behind their lawyers. They need to be held accountable..so if you have stayed in this property or any of their properties. Send comments and any pics to your local news station and also state health department.

So far so good. Overall, there are some things that I didn't notice originally but they're not big issues just a few things need/needed to be replaced. The office and maintenance staff respond well so as long as that doesn't change all is good.

The neighborhood is awesome but the apt complex sucks , a nice place to live if they paid more attention to the upkeep of the apts and not so much the exterior , the office staff changes to frequently and they don't make good on getting you the right equipment needed to upkeep your apt

The complex has is very nice in outside appearance. Only concern is their roach and bug problem. Exterminators are quick here but it does not seem to help much in the area. They are very swift with most repairs especially the ones that are deemed important.

Communication from management about upcoming activities (construction, inspections, etc) can be last minute which can be stressful for someone who travels frequently for work. Community members sometimes leave trash around but maintenance diligently cleans it up. You'll have a hard time getting appliance upgrades when things are old and working poorly... but still working. Maintenance neglected to change air filter for 2.5 years. Furnace was not up to code upon move in and gas company could not legally light it until changes were made. Rent was great upon move in but has increased annually.
