Great place and it can be very pricey with the hidden and miscellaneous fees they hit you with the 30$ processing for rent man. But besides the rent, the living- upkeep and service makes it worth the money we have spent .

I've been here about a week, and it's pretty good so far. There were some minor maintenance issues in the apartment when we moved in (sinks and tubs don't drain well, holes gouged in the doorknobs) that haven't been addressed by the maintenance team yet even though we noted them on the move-in check sheet. But it's a nice community, very quiet and pretty, and the unit itself is very nice. So far we're pretty happy!

Horrible . Management does not care. Called the office and the manager acted like she had something more important to do. Been dealing with roaches for 2 years here . My lease expires soon . Can't wait to leave here.

Very safe and quiet community. So far I haven't had any issues with my apartment or with my neighbors. Everyone seems to mind there business and stay out the way. The staff here are very nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family

This apartment complex and all the apartment complexes Atlantic Pacific properties owns are a death trap. https:// This company changes apartment managers/staff monthly because the lack of professionalism they lack. I have posted a link to Atlantic Pacific properties so that you can check to see if this company owns any apartments you may be searching for so you can read the reviews. The maintenance and upkeep of their properties are patched up work orders claimed to be completed. They have roach infestations(see reviews of all properties). Their furnaces units are death traps and may be leaking poisonous gas due to old and poor ventilation. Again please do your homework on this company and the complexes it owns. They dont care and try to cover up their many issues. They will continue to get away with this carelessness until they are held accountable. They are dangerous and dont care about human life all in the name of a dollar.

Lived here for 3 years. The communication between Tenants and Management does not exist. Once you move in and they have your money, they don't really care what happens to you. There was a murder of a 17 year old girl who didn't even live here, by the pool about 1 1/2 years ago, and they still refuse to get any kind of security. Police has been called MANY times because of Car Vandalism, and stolen Packages, and still, no Security. Mail will constantly be put in the wrong box, so you have a 50/50 chance of never receiving your mail. Black Mold lines the vents, They wont repair any water damage, they wont repair any electrical work, and they wont do any real Pest Control unless you go there in person and beg them, then they call pest control company who cant do the job. I had to have the guy come out 3 times in a 3 week period, and he still could not take care of the ants, AND I AM ON THE 3rd FLOOR! They refuse to take responsibility. They require you to wear a mask to enter their office, however, THEY refuse to wear one. They lock their office doors, even though the Hours of Operation are 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Mon - Fri, and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday. At 1:15 PM on a Tuesday, they still had their doors locked, and they refused to let you in. You have to stand out in the sun and talk to them through the door. All they want is Money. Nothing else. This place does not care about anything other then that. They violated Georgia law, They Violated their own Rental Contract, and they still try to argue with you. This is, by far, the worst place you can stay at. Its dangerous, the staff is Dishonorable, and the Maintenance can't figure out HVAC or anything requiring professional skills. Every year, The AC cannot keep the place below 75 Degrees. We have had 9 tickets in 3 months, and all the Maintenance people will say is "We fix AC. Put more Freon, Change Filter. Good to go." Every.... Single..... Time. If they need to replace the Freon that much, that means they have a leak, and its damaging the Environment. Move here at your own peril.

Worst, still live here because do not want pay for moving out. Going to buy house in 1-2 years. The pool is dirty. Filters have turned off today 07/12/2020. It happened before many times I pay my rent always right in time. Why you do not do what you HAVE to do. Clean up the pool!!!

There was an issue with my first assigned apartment which caused me alot of stress. But after speaking with management and expressing my concerns, the apartment reassignment was resolved within 72 hours. No other issues after that. Move in was fast and easy.

Was a beautiful area and community till various young elements moved in. They have no respect for other tenents. I had to get a background check before we moved in. I understand that you must fill vacancies, but at what cost?

I love living here except for not enough parking space There should be assigned parking space for the residence. Your maintenance staff is excellent. I will be renewing my lease when it's due next year

I've have lived at this property for the past 4 years and I must say I haven't had any problems. This was the 1st apartment I moved in when I relocated to Atlanta and this was a great decision. The neighborhood is quiet. It is easy access to everything.

I have not been in the condominium for a while, I just have to say that a touch of attention should be given regarding the staff that is available to receive residents or future residents, and improve the cleaning a bit, I have nothing more to complain about, the I like a lot and it is in an excellent area

I will not be renewing my lease, and I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone I know. It was a somewhat cost-effective choice, but you get what you pay for. The apartment was dirty when we moved it. There was a used bar of soap from the last resident in the master shower. The walls are thin and I can hear every step my neighbor takes. The kitchen is tiny and for more than two people would be almost unusable. The cabinet space is a joke. The location is convenient for my needs, and the price was attractive at the time I moved in. Knowing what I know now, I would have been much happier paying for a higher quality complex.

Overall happy with service with response to maintenance requests, but it is often difficult to reach staff by phone as they sometimes close early. Also not happy that I had three packages missing this year.

Whoever the management company is doesn't give a rats --- about the residence... Beware of moving into this complex!! They work deals out with Comcast to their benefit, you have to pay for Comcast regardless if you want AT&T or Comcast!! As a consumer, I should have the right to choose!! Next, I was out of electricity for 6 days because of an outdated electrical panel... I was displaced from my home for six days and was living out of a suitcase... the only compensation that was given was for 5 days!! Not to mention the fact there was a murder in the pool area of this complex this past summer

Staff is great. the interior of my apt is completely run down and delapidated. They repaired a cieling area that was falling down in the bathroom and another in the bedroom. the paint doesnt match and the cielings have glossy stripes now. in the bathroom there were mold spots 3" from the repair job and they just left them forme to deal with. The upstairs neighbors shower makes a VERY loud noise when it is on and the floors creak so loud I cant sleep any later than when they get up.

Move-in was great, the staff was very polite and quick to give all the necessary keys and paperwork needed for move-in. We were situated in our unit as soon as a couple of hours. Our neighbors are friendly and there's a good sense of community as well. Happy to be a part of it.

In a crunch to move this seemed like a great deal. Rent goes up every year but nothing seems to change on the property. New staff seems to be better than old staff but in my almost 3 years staff had changed 3 times so you never get completely comfortable.

Not much communication between resident and staff. My roommate and I were suppose to move in on Aug 30 and we were unable to see the apartment until Aug 27. Apparently the apartment had a leak that ruined the carpet and created a mildew smell and bread mold, we were not notified about the leak until move in day and was told that the smell was there perhaps because the apartment was sedentary. The next day the smell was worst after taking as many helpful step as possible such as dehumidifiers, candles and a essential oil defuse. Went by the office and staff told us that we were inconveniencing her since her holiday weekend was about to start. My roommate and I have paid money and we are basically being told there is nothing that can be done till Tuesday Sept 3rd. I will be contacting corporate!

The staff is very nice and helpful tho I wish they'd given me my mailbox # and a key to the storage closet. Maintenence has been good with other issues but still haven't replace the non working dishwasher 2 weeks later.Overall tho,I am happy with it here.
