There are bugs in the apartment and after it that they sprayed. The bugs were still there after several days had and the carpet in the room by the front door smelled like urine if this matter can be currented this will be greatiy appreciate

Multiple deaths, crime, slow repairs and disinterested staff make this place a challenge to live. A shame. The walls are very thin, water gets turned off every few months for maintenance and they nickel and dime you for everything.

This has been the worst apartment experience in my life, and I've lived everywhere. The new AP is extremely nasty, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. No one cares about the tenants nor do they listen. I see why you all get horrible reviews but, I have tried from day one to talk to management to let them know what is going on but, it doesn't matter. I see why the maintenance people don't care and are slow and lazy 100%. Learn how to listen and properly communicate.

This community is quite, I feel comfortable with my surroundings. Its very comfortable and convenient if you are working in the area or shopping. Kool neighbors. Kids and dog friendly. The upkeep is good but trash area is horrible.

I would like to see more attention to appliances. The water heater leaked for a couple weeks before they could figure out why the flow had water in the cracks of the tile. Once they did and replaced the heater with blowers to dry it out. There is still water damages that need to be fixed.

Since the new management took over, it has become the worst comminity i've ever lived in. They refuse to fix maintenance issues and don't take security into account at all. I actively tell anyone who asks that this is a terrible place to live since Atlantic Newtown took ownership, especially with the newest manager Tracy.

So far not good. Had to have countless things fixed within my apartment, some of which still aren't fixed. I pay almost a thousand dollars for rent and even more for utilities to live here, and I signed a one year lease and almost regret it. I'd like to enjoy living here. But with my bathroom smelling of cigarettes and my living space being barely functional, I'm not sure if I will stay here much longer. Fix issues BEFORE an occupant moves in. Thank you.

It's been rough, because we had a leak in the kitchen and the apartment refused to say it was their fault and we had to have someone else out of our pocket to come out and verify that it wasn't the equipment that we brought in. Then we have had issues with the Apartment Complex not taking anything off for rent due to the fact that their complex is crawling with thieves and having issues with the roof leaking and again nothing being taken off for the issues that we've had to deal with. It's heartbreaking but we need a place to live.

The management and staff change so often, I'm not sure who I need to speak to regarding anything. My home is nice and service is mostly helpful. Sometimes the women up front get frustred or short with the clients. Over all though, it has been a mostly quiet and plesant apartment.

I've only been here a week but it's pretty quiet and peaceful minus the crickets at night. I feel safe and right at home just wish the gym had more to offer. I wish the bathrooms were more updated and that a ceiling fan was included in the bedroom. But it's a great price and it's quiet.

The community is lovely. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to a lot of restaurants and fun places. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The apartments are all upgraded and have washers and dryers already in the apartments. Big floor plans.

Property management changes at any given moment. You won't know until you go to the office, call the office or an e-mail is sent out introducing new staff members. We were promised items for our apartment with a previous management team, none of those changes were completed. We don't have screens on some of our windows.

I really love the location, i feel completely safe. every time I've had an issue it's be resolved. The inside of the apartment is a little dated/Slightly falling apart but thats to be expected i suppose.
