Pretty decent apartment. I love my wood burning fireplace & the scenery of woods. As for the rest you can make that decision .It has it's flaws but what apartment doesnt. It's a quiet area which i love.

The staff is great along with the management team . Since our move here the apartments have been newly renovated and that has given the apartments more of a pop . My family loves it here and it makes us want to stay longer along with feeling safe and secure as well .

Not so great, neighbors never pick up after dogs. Apartment is falling apart windows are old need to be replaced. Counter tops and sink loose leaking AC and Heating unit. Dryer doesn't work still not replaced

I am experience poor rehab work to my unit. The location done by unproperly. The A/C and Heating until is not up to code. The until need be totally remodel. I hoping that corporate will resolve my issues.

Karl is a good worker. He is always on time, honest, and reliable. Highly recommend him as an employee. Had requests that are always met. I'm not sure what else to put on this survey. Not a bad place to live.

Enjoy it! Signed another lease .quite clean nice people! Leasing office crew is nice friendly and very accessible . The weight room is easily accessable clean and has enough weights to get a great workout in the comfort of your own community. Very nice.

From the beginning, there were issues with the apartment and information that wasn't 100% correct. We were told the living room was hardwood but it is actually carpeted. The apartment was not cleaned very well since the last tenants had moved out. But we got big issues resolved. Construction was a huge part of unhappiness here, but that's no ones fault. It is what it is. There is now new management and it seems as if we weren't going to be made aware of that until we personally reached out to see why our emails to the old management were not being responded to. My emails frequently do go unanswered still and it's difficult to get someone to answer the phone. There is also a roach issue. The leasing team seems to pick and choose which issues to focus on versus trying to fix all issues within the community. My apartment constantly smells like weed because of neigbors, people blast loud music at 2 am from their cars, trash is thrown everywhere, people drive carelessly through the complex, and the list could go on. I really don't mind living here as it is bearable and the apartment is nice but there are some issues that are pretty annoying.

It was wonderful. Just wish that they would've told me that some months would be a hundred dollars more. It's very quiet and chill most of the time it is quiet if they aren't doing construction in the building.

This apartment complex does not treat residents with respect. And not to mention the maintenance team is incredibly slow and ineffective. Upon moving in about 2.5 weeks ago, I became very ill, with flu-like symptoms, and I had rashes all over my feet/hands. After having these symptoms for two weeks, I began to worry. My doctor determined that my symptoms were likely due to black mold exposure. Sure enough, when I examined the vents in the apartment, they were FILLED with black mold… and who knows for how long! And I’m sure my apartment is not the only one with this issue. Long story short, I reported this to the front office on Monday, June 14th (I am posting this review on Monday, June 21st, a week later). I have a doctor’s note, advising me to stay out of the apartment until the mold issue gets fixed AND my doctor prescribed me various steroids to counteract my adverse reaction to the moldy, toxic air in the apartment. A week goes by and maintenance does absolutely NOTHING… even after I showed them my doctor’s note. My roommate and I went in a few days ago to complain (and have called numerous times) and staff treated us with little respect, and they said they had “no idea how to tell’ when maintenance would come by. It seems like they are blatantly ignoring us! The Atlantic Newtown apartment complex is extremely inconsiderate, unprofessional, unresponsive, and outright untruthful. AND the air is dirty and could make you sick and cause long-term health consequences, so watch out if you are thinking of moving in here! And LASTLY, the apartment complex decides to drain the pool on the first day of summer; the pool has not been useable since I moved in. And it’s June 21st! C’mon now! 0/10. I will be contacting the health department.

Needs renovation. Cracks from kitchen counters (can shift; separating from wall) and leaks behind walls, hear dripping water. Pest issues (mainly ants). Electrical jacks don't work. Smells like dog crap from time to time; owners not picking up waste. Office staff is nice; maintenance staff is awesome.

Everyone keeps to themselves pretty much, but a lot of our neighbors are really noisy. If you use headphones a lot and don't listen then everything will be peachy keen. Otherwise you're gonna have a bad time.

This apartment community is nice, quiet with curb appeal and the grounds are kept up daily. The staff are always professional, helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff are always fast, efficient with quality professional work. I love my apartment unit, it's spacious, the layout is perfect and up to date. I would recommend Atlantic Newtown Apartments if you're in search of a new apartment home.

I moved in in July of 2020. Its been a good experience for my first place in Georgia. I know that due to the pandemic there was very few staff so some maintenance request was done as soon as it needed to be unless it was really urgent. but overall its nice a nice place.

Just don't live here. You won't be happy for long. You can hear your neighbors through the walls. You can feel when anyone opens/closes their door. When something breaks, it most likely will never be fixed. One of the dog trash cans was broken off it's place. 3 years ago. Pay attention when driving through and you will clearly see that no one cares

I have lived here for almost two years and have not had any issues. We haven't had to put many work orders in but when we have they have always been quick with resolving the issues. They are not always coming in your apartment randomly and when they do have inspections they give you a notice in advance of when they will have it. It is pretty quiet here and all the residents I have met are very friendly. Definitely recommend this place. When we moved in we did have a few issues with the apartment but they were resolved quickly!

Terrible. Moving here was a big mistake. I honestly can't wait till our lease is up to get the hell out of this place. The apartment staff don't even care to pick up calls so why would they care about the problems you have in the apartment. Ever since we moved in, we've reported the same problems and 6months later we're still reporting the same problems.

I have had several issues with the maintenance at this complex. I reported an issue with the smoke detector going off constantly and was told that it was because I was burning food while cooking. (If it was that, the smoke detector would be working properly and I'd have no need to contact maintenance.) When the unit was re-painted prior to my move in, it was done hastily and messily. There was paint covering the outlets, light switches, doorknobs, light fixtures, baseboards, etc. Living on the ground floor, bugs are a constant concern no matter how clean I keep the unit. Appliances are old and don't always function properly- dishwasher leaks and doesn't adequately clean dishes, dryer takes 3 cycles to dry a small load, etc.

Danisha is very accommodating and helpful. Although all concerns are still waiting to be addressed, she is proactive and willing to respond every time. Trash compactor area can be better maintained and grounds and nullifying pressure washed would be beneficial. Also front entrance light on sign needs replacing. Potholes in road in parking lot fixed.

I like the area , I love the apartment but how they handle the maintenance issues are really bad!! 3 have months waiting for a big problem in my bathroom wild mold and gabinete falling apart to be fix!!! I don't know what to do!! Calls emails I spoke with a manager and NOTHING

Mostly I have enjoyed being here. The first unhappy experience is the people who are in the apartment above me at this time. They are like elephants stomping and jumping and very disrespectful. The only other thing is the GIANT plant blocking the view for a safe exit from the complex. Maintenance personal are great and the office staff are nice.

It's a quite community and everyone is so friendly. It is so comforting to know that we are in a safe place. I love that my dog can live here with me, and they have little dog friendly areas scattered throughout the complex
