Overall experience unfortunately decreased as each month passed. From the sporadic construction throughout the community to the overall service from manager and maintenance alike has completely diminished overtime. The most important thing to a resident is to know they are cared for. Its naive to think we will always get our way, but at least make me feel that my concerns are valued and if not corrected, the very least you can do is hear me out, especially if I participate in solving the problem. Disappointed is all i can say about my experience.

Beautiful community. Very friendly staff. Clean grounds. Family friendly. Great place to live. Schools are great. Close to both grocery stores and shops. Lots of restaurants near by. Very dog friendly community.

The previous manager was unprofessional. There were issues with move-in specials I was promised but the previous manager was unresponsive and dismissive when I brought it to her attention. The issue was resolved but it shouldn't have been an issue in the first place and felt that her business practices were somewhat shady under the circumstances. But I'm glad she's no longer with the company because it's run much money re smoothly.

Overall, a great place to live. Relatively quiet community with the exception of being able to hear your upstairs neighbor walking around. Leasing staff & maintenance staff are great, always very attentive and helpful.

Overall nice but not worth the money each month. The fountain doesn't even work. Grounds are kept up but parking is scares. Some of the office people are friendly some are not. Great spot if you like to go out.

I have enjoyed living at Monroe Place. The community is quiet, clean, safe, and the dog park is unmatched. There are some issues with reserved parking, but it appears that efforts have been made to improve this.

The leasing office has helped me with my needs regarding rent, packages, and work orders. Maintenance always completes work orders within a day or two. I love the area and school district. Look forward to more resident functions.

It has been a good experience. I like the location. It is near most everything in Atlanta -- 10-15 minutes away. It feels safe. It's a good place for my dog and I can tell management really does care about our pets' experiences living here.

I chose Monroe Place because it was the best fit for both me and my dog. I have a big dog that has a lot of energy and Monroe Place provides a convenient dog park for the days I don't have time to get the dog out and about. The staff here has been nothing less than amazing. The very few times I have gone to them with any concerns they have addressed them right away. I honestly have no complaints about Monroe Place!

This place is very bad when I couldn't endure when moving in on the first day, all night party upstairs them whatever. Not one or two in the evening but every day I lived there for more than 3 months is a state of being harassed. Community is full of junk inside dog ----, people in the office look good but they will not deal with the problem in the past. I've lived here since I grow so big never had bad, when one day I go out shopping home found home into the thief when the door was struck in the alarm people actually stopped working without alarm ok we are not at home if I don't know what will happen in an accident, I was frightened with my child mental hurt that I couldn't sleep for a long time, we can't continue to live nor how they handle we only paid for themselves to hotel until we find a new place to move out. Half a month time I paid more than 2000 hotel with my child. Until now I was frightened, they often accident robbery crime here, I hope you be careful here to share my experience.

I absolutely love the office staff they are always smiling friendly and ready to help me, they by far surpass many other communities and their staff that I've lived at in the past the staff at MP address me by name wave to me when I pass the office they make me feel like I'm home.

This apartment complex is located in a great area. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive. There are fun events planned every month or so. The appliances are new and the apartment itself is modern.

So far, so good. There have been a few minor safety issues, but I think that would happen anywhere. The office staff is friendly and professional. The maintenance guys are truly wonderful - issues are resolved promptly.

The apartment is well laid out, well maintained, clean and pest-free. I seems to be well insulated as I have seldom heard my neighbors. The other residents I've met are friendly and welcoming. The staff has been extremely helpful and the very few problems I've come across were addressed immediately.

I moved into the community about a year ago, and decided to move into a larger unit because the location is very convenient for my work. They have Google fiber and the gate works most of the time. Very friendly neighbors and pet friendly community!

Would love if they ensured all parking areas were very well lit. Would love if they clearly marked private parking spots. Would love if the staffing didn't change so frequently. Overall it's a good community. My unit is very noisy and very dusty. Staff can be combative.

I've been very happy after moving in here - and this is after living in a 4 bedroom house. I love the layout of my place and you can't beat the location. Being so close to 400, 85N, 75/85S and Buford Highway is fantastic.

The neighborhood is great. They are so nice and friendly. Monroe Place is a gated community, so I feel safe here. The school district is in Morningside and Inman and that is a huge benefit for parents too.

I had a lovely experience at Monroe Place. I highly recommend everyone searching for an apartment try Monroe Place. The staff is friendly and the location is A-Plus. They are conveniently located near Virginia Highlands, little five points, Lenox Mall, and Buckhead.

Community is very loud (and walls/floors/ceilings are very thin) so you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. Grounds are not kept of trash sitting around and many don't clean up after their dogs.

I moved to Monroe PL because its location but since the day 1 I started to have a feeling that the front office is not really competent. They messed up my our contract and we end up delayed our move in date twice. When finally we moved in, I tried to stay away from the front office people. But on December 2017, their incompetency got me. They booted my car illegally when I was traveling aboard because I parked in my reserved spot and they FORGOT it was MY SPOT... I went to office afterward to discuss the matter and was told " you should be appreciated it that we only charged you $187". If you have a high tolerant for stupidity this is the place for you. If not, Stay Away for you own sake.

great so far! feeling safe and love the location and the apartment complex. I wish there was a washer and dryer in the apartment - the complex laundry room is far for a 3rd floor resident, not on the same building and I have had issues with my laundry that came out of the machines.
