I have enjoyed living at Monroe Place for almost two years. The office staff and maintenance are first rate ! Also, the security is excellent, management has increased security substantialy when necessary.

I love the community and the proximity of my apartment to work and other locations but the condition of my apartment has been awful. Things breaking all the time, even still after being "fixed". I would not recommend this place to any friends.

I am unable to tell you about my experience at this community because my lease contains a "gag clause" that prohibits me from negatively commenting on the property and my experience as a resident there. I needlessly have to add additional characters this is SO NOT a 1 minute survey.

I just recently moved into Monroe Place, but so far my experience has been great. The apartments are clean and spacious, the staff is incredibly helpful and willing to do a walkthrough with you to make sure things are up to snuff. The management has also been very proactive in getting Google Fiber, which is currently being installed. So far, no complaints!

The location is great and the staff is quite friendly and attentive. Its the most pet friendly place we could find within our budget and allowed us the most space as well. I have recommended this place to multiple people who are wanting to live in an area with great highway access and proximity to midtown amenities.

I moved to Monroe Place from Charlotte NC and absolutely love it. The residence and staff are super friendly. I've met some great new friends and very glad with my decision to pick Monroe place, or Melrose Place as we like to call it! Haha :) :) :)

We just moved in and we love our new place, the community is very well maintained, clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment has a very nice layout and covers all our needs. The rooms are bright and the appliances brand new. Also, the location is excellent with direct access to the parks, local shopping and 85. Highly recommended!

From my first call to Monroe Place to my move-in, everyone is great! They did follow up calls to me to make sure that everything was going well with my application process. On my move in day, everyone welcomed me, and was so excited that I decided to move to Monroe Place. The community is nice and clean, the noise level is very low and I live by the pool. I have already met my neighbors and they are so nice and friendly! I'm really glad that I picked Monroe Place! I really like my unit, and the new kitchen and hardwood floors! Excellent customer service to the staff! Keep up the good work!!!!

Overall, not a bad experience. Unhappy with current apartment location. Noise (dogs, people talking) echoes off the buildings in the "courtyard" area and wakes me up almost daily. Cabinets in apartment were yellow-white from move-in. The office staff have been very friendly despite constant change. Rent has increased drastically compared to the quality of the apartments.

Fantastic experience from lease approval to moving in. Neighbors are great. Office agents are extremely responsive, friendly and professional. Kelley feels like a part of the family. Communications are timely and useful. Maintenance requests fulfilled very promptly.

The first year and a half was great!! I enjoyed the location and the staff members. Over the last few months of my lease I noticed a significant decline in the quality of the residence. I know staff changes can impact that greatly. I wish my exit from the residence would have been a better experience. I know I'm not the only one who feels that way.

The community is very nice along with the staff. The only issue I have is with the communication when it comes to maintenance requests. They send multiple emails about pool parties, but are silent about when something needs to be repaired. .

I really like living here. Great office staff and friendly neighbors. This is going on my secing year here and look forward to continuing to stay another. I take great pride in patio and try to help keep out little neighborhood pretty. I have recommended several friends to our neighborhood.

Adam is the best!!! He was amazing and did everything he could to get me out of a sticky situation and into my new place!! He was very understanding and I was able to get everything done in one day! Highly recommend anyone looking to move to Monroe Place.

Woohoo!!! My apartment has just been renovated and we couldn't be happier!! We received brand new beautiful granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances with new, oversized sinks in both the kitchen and bathroom. We also received upgrades to the exterior sconce on the porch and brand new 2" wooden blinds inside. Additionally, we received a new digital, user-friendly thermostat. The look and feel of this place is completely different and WE LOVE IT! Thanks to the staff and maintenance workers for making this a smooth transition in a timely fashion!!

Staff has an attitude. Safety here is very circumspect. The floors are poor quality even hear your neighbors walking around all the time very loud. Neighbors don't respect time of day they come in they don't respect people that work during the morning . They come in there late at night making noises washing clothes, running disposal, etc. We can hear everything.

The leasing team and property management/maintenance staff are wonderful! The covered parking, free laundry room, and being dog friendly were HUGE pluses for me. Residents are friendly and super convenient location! Im so glad I chose Monroe place!

I have been there based upon a years lease. Some very great staff and residence. Did not have any crime problems , only loud neighbors and since the walls and floors are older there is little insulation. Location is great but not for what they charge.

Management and staff turnover has historically been an issue. Also the grounds and appearance was not well maintained nor was the quality of attention in maintenance. I can say the team of professionals now is turning these items around and has provided residents a sense of relief and confidence that the team is committed to the community

Great management team. I was looking for a place to live and I found a great place. I like my space and was very happy with the appearance and quietness of my apartment. Its close to everything I like in the city and to work. The management team are nice, funny and made the process easy.

This community is fairly priced for the quality of apartments and location! We have great neighbors and do not have issues with noise, which is awesome! The pool is super fun in the summer too! The maintenance staff is actually on the property all day, which makes getting work orders done really quickly. If you need something in the middle of the night, there is someone on call who will literally stop what they are doing to come help you if it's critical. We had trouble with our AC over the summer, and one of the guys came in the middle of cooking his dinner to set us up with a window unit to get us through the night! We were so impressed!!

This community is absolutely fantastic and the management is part of what makes it so great to live here. The apartments are newly renovated and the community overall is kept very clean. I feel safe in this area, but still have access to the best locations around Atlanta within just a few minutes.

They're ok. You can get nicer at the same price in other places with a more professional staff. They blow a lot of smoke when you tour your new apartment. The residents are fantastic though and they are improving security. Location is nice and they are upgrading all units to nicer appliances and cuter fake wood floor.
